Great service here. Friendly and professional staff (thanks Chad), clean facility, and prompt service. When I made appointment they didn’t have a loader vehicle available but they do offer shuttle service. I’ve been coming here for 2 vehicles over the span of 5 years and never knew this!Great video sent to you explaining what was done and what they recommend. You have the option to decline the recommended services. I really like that feature.You buy a car once. You get it serviced multiple times through its life. This is the place to do both at.

My first experience with Audi/West Herr service. I’ve heard so many horror stories around the cost of “luxury car maintenance”. Have to say, it cost me way less than I thought. Plus, I thought I needed new brakes (bought the car used) but they explained that the brakes were in great shape. Very honest people. Nothing but positives.

I've been driving Audis for years and was recently in Audi Buffalo for service. Shawn is my representative in service and always have a positive experience, even changed my batteries in both key fobs out of courtesy since i was afraid to break them. The dealership is impeccably clean, even the service department looks like a showroom. I take advantage of the service coupons they send and they are significant. Very professional group all the way through to the ladies in the cashier. Love my Audi!!

Great service! Had a PCV issue that had an extended warranty. No issues for everything and got me in very quickly as an emergency drop off. Mentioned I needed it back prior to my baby shower. Not only did they have it done by then but also gave me a little baby shower gift! They go over the top for customer service.Thank you so much Allison!!

I am always pleased with the Audi Buffalo Service Department. Starting with Shawn, who provides top-notch customer service. He takes his time to explain the Automobile Service Report, and helps you understand the repairs needed. They also provide a Multi-point vehicle walk-around video. This is very helpful and the technician points out all areas of concern. The service manager Andy is friendly and delivers straight answers regarding any vehicle issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

The experience at West Herr Audi of Buffalo was truly fantastic. I wasn’t expecting to get a car right away, but Steve went above and beyond to show me all the options to fit what I was looking for at my price point and made it a seamless process with ZERO pressure whatsoever which is hard to find. Excellent service from Audi Buffalo. I dropped my car in for getting my roof cover fixed. It took a little over a week to get that fixed considering snow storm warnings. But I was completely covered with a loaner vehicle. They were in constant touch with the updates on my car especially Allison Gordon. Amazing experience it was. Thanks Audi Buffalo!!!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about all the people I dealt with at this dealership, my car was broken down, almost 100 miles away Audi roadside sent a tow-truck. This dealership went above and beyond to accommodate me with a loaner car on extremely short notice, they also took the time to identify the issues with my car and fixed them perfectly, and returned my car in a much shorter time frame then they originally thought they could. In customer service is very difficult to come by. The people at the dealership are so head and shoulders above the crowd it’s hard to even put into words! Kimberly and Allison are the best!
