We go here for both our cats and our dog. The staff are all very friendly. We ended up here after calling numerous vets to get our sick cat in last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Since then, we have taken all our animals here and they have been great!

Hands down the best care for a dog or animal ! We bring are Australian shepherds there a lot as we have litters of puppy’s quite often and they do great with everything!

My cat was twenty years old and took a turn for the worse very quickly. We did not want to see her suffer. We called all around to find someone to see her. After many calls, and no one available. I called here. They were very friendly and got me an appointment that day. They then had an earlier appointment open up and called to see if we wanted to get in sooner. Although I would of loved the extra couple hours with my butterscotch, I knew getting her in sooner was the most loving thing I could do. The Doctor was so compassionate, actually everyone was there. They asked if I wanted a paw print, I told them I would love one of all her paws if possible ( I'm OCD and 4 is my number) they did it without any issues. We left there with our beloved Butterscotch in a better place and no longer suffering. She gave us twenty good years and they gave us peace of mind when no other vet could get us in.Thank you all for making our hard day a little easier.

First time here and it was a very nice experience. I brought our two dogs in with suspected kennel cough. They made time to see my pups that day, treated them with care, and both are on the mend. Definitely recommend.

I love bringing my baby here whenever I need them.. They are all very friendly and professional. They explain everything in detail. I love the way they interact with Neko. Any time I’ve ever had a question or something I felt was an emergency they are always very quick with answers or getting him in as soon as possible. I just wouldn’t want to ever have to bring Neko anywhere else. They work well together. They are a great bunch 🤗❤️

So thankful they took my dog , the same day another veterinarian had to cancel her euthanasia, they could not have been more caring and passionate, she even enjoyed a bowl of whipped cream before hand and it was done outside on a beautiful day with her loved ones by her side , so thankful 💔🙏so peaceful

Was recommended here years ago after a friend told me how they made her older dog much more comfortable in his last few years and how kind they were. Have been taking my current boy there for the last 4 years and couldn't say enough about how amazing they are. They are so kind and sweet to my Elvis. And so affordable compared to other vets. You can see everyone loves what they do there and I know my little man is in good hands while with them. They address your concerns even if you feel silly worrying about it with an open mind and kindness. Even when I lived an hour away still brought my man here, I trust them that much. If you can, come bring your fur babies to them

Countryside has been consistently wonderful with our animals. Recently our pho Mazie was hit by a car (she is ok!) and Dr. Pauly in Lowville took excellent care of her. We have been to both the Boonville and Lowville locations and they are both excellent.

I have spent thousands of dollars on my dog here and always paid my bills in a timely manner if not on the spot. They are very rude and unprofessional *eye rolling-scoffing* from the vets and the receptionists if you need to set up a payment option with them or cannot meet their full price on the spot. I would understand this being an issue with someone who is inconsistent with payments but, for someone who has been going to them for years and has spent the money we have I believe it is unacceptable behavior. Recently my dog was diagnosed with Lyme, they called the medication into my pharmacy to reduce the price of the vet visit. I called my pharmacy the day of and the day after both days my pharmacy said - "NO ONE HAS CALLED IN HIS MEDICATION from the vets office" mind you this is for Lyme disease. I had to call the vets office and they said- "THERE WERE NO NOTES SAYING THEY WERE TO CALL IN THE MEDICATION" after THE VET took down my pharmacy information and verbally said to me she'd call it in. Absolutely unbelievable and unexpectableThey are very expensive, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will be taking my business else where.

We haad to take our dog for an emergency visit while on vacation. We were recommended to countryside vet. Dr Pauly was so kind to us and compassionate! We were able to be seen within 2 hours. Thanks to Dr Pauly our fur baby was feeling better by the next day. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you!

Everything is going very well with this Vet. They helped me and my boyfriend know how to cut a the nails of my rabbit and they are very sweet to my rabbit. I was worried because I didn’t see anything about them taking care of rabbits on their website but they do know which makes me happy.

I've always been taken care of and they will work with me in case of emergencies. Dr. Pauly is great and my pets all like him. I just wish you could book your next year's check up in advance. I guess it's something they are working. They are now booking their next year's appointments before you leave. I wish they were open until 6 or 7 pm 1 day to accommodate people that work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

I love Foothills! All the staff are friendly and you can tell they like their jobs and like the animals they treat! Each vet that has seen my bulldog Gus has been very knowledgeable and friendly and interactive with him. I started going there because I had an emergency with Gus and my original vet couldn’t see him. This was a few years ago but - even though I had never been there before, Foothills got me right in. Gus has been treated there ever since! If you can’t be seen in Boonville at Foothills, you can call another one of their locations to see if they can see you if needed. They also partner with a 24/7 online consultation vet service where you can chat online with a vet and that chat record gets uploaded to Foothills/CVC’s chart for your pet. They are reasonably priced (cheaper than where I used to bring my dog) so that’s another good thing about them ! Nothing bad to say!
