I can't go north without stopping at Charlie's. Probably one of the best liquor stores that I've been in the amount of variety is unbelievable in such a tiny little store. The people are fantastic , you walk in. It's a very homey atmosphere. Kind of like you can sit and talk with these people all day long. They are very knowledgeable of pretty much anything that's got alcohol in it, it's a very great place to go to. Charlie's liquors is a must stop if you're ever in boonville New York

My favorite liquor store! Denise is such a fantastic person and always keeps the store stocked with lots of fun things to try as well as all the old standbys. Prices are great and she loves to chat you through a tasting over the weekend! No need to go anywhere else - Charlie's is THE BEST!

Charlie's Liquors is a landmark in the Boonville NY area, and for good reason! Their selection and prices can't be beat, plus, the proprietors and staff are the friendliest and most caring group of people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. You walk into a warm/inviting atmosphere and are greeted with a smile....maybe a taste test or two, or five 😉. No matter what you're looking for, chances are they have it, OR, will happily go above and beyond to source it for you...whether you're a frequent customer or it's your first time there. This store will treat you like family and keep you coming back again and again for more.I don't often review places, but, if I do it's because they've earned my respect and appreciation....Charlie's Liquors has done that, and much, MUCH, more over the 24 years I've been going. I cannot recommend them enough!Yes there are other "stores" in the area, But, I personally guarantee that you will not find a better price, selection, or service than offered by the amazing family at Charlie's Liquors!

Charlie's Liquor is the place to get rare bourbon. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if they don't have what your looking for just ask them to order it for you. If they can get it they will. One of the best in the liquor business. Can't wait to see what they will be getting in next.

I don’t get to Charlie’s Liquor very often but for the last 8 years, it has been my go-to when I’m in town. They always carry exactly what I’m looking for at some dadgum low prices. I’ve also discovered a few tasty items at the suggestion of the proprietors. All in all, a great experience and great value. And you should see their commercials!!!
