Easy in/out; located in a plaza. Perfect to grab a quick bite when traveling Rte 12 betw Utica & the 1000 Islands region. Ordered via the app; burger & fries were hot & fresh. Crew members polite, professional, pleasant and accommodating. Patronized location while traveling northbound & again, two days later, while traveling southbound. Satisfied with both visits & will definitely return on future trips.

February 20th 22. Stopped at Burger King in Boonville NY. We decided to dine in. I spent $40 on food. While I was standing at the register I mentioned that it felt pretty chilly in here. We went and sat down…the chairs were freezing!! I went up and asked if they could turn up the heat as the lobby is freezing! The only response I received “twice” was “the heat is on”. I thought it was quite rude for them not to do anything about it!! So I looked around to find the thermostat. Well, here you have it folks!! A whopping 59 and 60 degrees in the lobby!! This is ridiculous!! I am not happy that my aunt, my 74 year old mother and myself had to sit in the cold!! I came here because I was craving a chocolate shake!! Let me say it was not very enjoyable in 59 degree temperature!! I should have went to subway…I never have to worry about freezing in there!! To Burger King Corporate….the three of us will not be back!! I wonder how many other customers you have lost for this very reason…my guess…several every single day!!

It's a great place to eat people there are really friendly and always smile. Sometimes it gets backed up but they seem to be sort staffed at times however the employees they do have do a great job the managers there have always helped me when something has been wrong with my order. Ali is always so cheerful and a pleasure to see when u go in and the older guy in the back who makes sandwiches at night does a wonderful job. The night time manager Amanda she was most helpful the other night when I had to come in due to a order that was messed up from a prior visit she must have apologized 100000 times and thanked me for allowing them to correct it differently would recommend people to go there.

Zero stars isn’t an option? Best way to lose all of your after fair sales-give customers attitude after making them wait 10+ minutes at the speaker with no explanation. Absolutely ridiculous. Come to Arbys in Lowville for some REAL SERVICE.

I have ordered no salt on fries every time I went there. I'm on dialysis and don't like salt anyhow. Fries always have salt on them. No one listens Fish over cooked most of the time.Vegetarian options: The Impossible Burger and other choices.Parking: Close to door. Manager very rude! Asked for the new original melt and all she would say is all burgers cooked the same way. Needless to say, she had no clue what I was talking about and wouldn't take tome to listen.Boonville NY burger King not a place a to visit. I recommend find somewhere else to eat.

I don't usually get fast food because it's normally pretty gross and this location definitely meets the "gross" expectations. Every sandwich that our family ordered was thrown together like they were busy but there was nobody there so I don't know why they couldn't take the extra time to get the toppings ON the sandwiches instead of piled on the sides. Didn't have sauces as advertised. Fries were cold. Staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't get food poisoning and facilities were clean so I'll give three stars but I don't really recommend eating here lol

I said hi to the manager I used to know while I worked there when I was 16 and got a fish instead of a chicken. Boonville BK, please tell workers to do the easiest and least stressful job RIGHT it's not that hard dim wads.

There were two women in black who I assume are part of management as the rest of the staff had on brown BK shirts. One of the women in black attended to me and was INCREDIBLY rude and just awful. I was so taken back, the place seemed busy yes but absolutely not acceptable to treat a customer in such a way. Especially as a person of management with your employees watching your example. Do better.
