I love this place!!! There is something for every age. I used to own a surf shop and this place is a dream. So organized, has the best items from each company. Who ever does the ordering is on point. The staff is so well trained, helpful and so sweet. Because of this we were there everyday. No joke. And it has a toy store attached too. Unique toys, classics, no junk that you will throw out after a week. Wish they had an online business because I would do all of my christmas shopping there. Thank you Happy Jack's and I cant wait to see you next year when we visit lake george again!

Walked in today with no expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The store is larger than it appears on the exterior. I purchased a great swim suit as did my friend and another friend purchased Reef sandles. We were very eased with our purchases. There are a large variety of products to be found.

An amusing gift shop with good quality merchandise. I wouldnt shop anywhere else if looking for good style LG apparel. Not a tourist trap, just a good local business. Thank you!

We love this place! It seems to change every year too, not in a bad way either. The selections always seems to be a mixture of new products mixed with last years best sellers. I enjoy the flip flop selection and make it a yearly habit to make the trek up Lake Shore Dr. to get a new pair. This year was slightly different then most. With Covid and guidelines opening up slightly they have a very fun sign on the doors letting people know that anyone 12 and below must wear masks and those who have been vaccinated do not have to. With that being said they did offer my kids masks at no charge and when we attempted to show our cards the employees stated they did not need proof. We talked with them for a short bit before making our way to toy side of the store. This is what the kids love most, they have puzzles, games, balls, kites, dolls, inflatables, clothing and more. The hardest part is getting the kids out the door. If you are in the area, stop in. Nice people and fun store for adults and kids.

The store is a great distraction for the kids, and if you're coming into town to shop, is a great place to turn them loose and they'll be able to find all sorts of weird stuff to bring back to camp. It's a lot of fun

Great store lots of fun stuff for big kids and little ones. Retro toys that brought back my childhood memories, gag gifts, clothing, shoes and so much more. No matter what your age is do yourself a favor and stop in and check it out. Great prices and very friendly staff. We come to the lake George area 2 times a year and I have to say this was our favorite store and can't wait to go back next year. See you in the spring. The singers

Great toy store in a small town! Not much of a selection but, I go there every year. The toys can be a bit overpriced. But, it has everything I need. I would recommend this for people with kids who are 4-15. Cool surf shop too.

Quite the cool fun selection of Gifts. Even those that get you great laughs or both the receiver & giver.The only thing I would like to see more of on the coats is they say Bolton Landing themselves NOT Lake George. Or back in the day there is a similar shop up there that had sweatshirts that said. Bolton Landing On Lake Gorge.Personally Lake George has plenty of there own merch already.It has been a pleasure to see Happy Jacks grow in Bolton Landing even more with the expansion to Rude Betty in Glens Falls. I have had the luxury of watching seeing Happy Jacks get to where it is today from when it originated before it opened back in the day. The own always keeps everything up beat between the music and the setup.They will always treat you right!

Cute place. Unfortunately unwilling to work with you to exchange and item. The tag was missing. However I purchased flip flops just 2 days prior and had the receipt. I wasn’t looking to return just exchange. I’ve never had any problems doing so at any other store in my life. Poor customer service.

I have shopped here every year for about 10-12 years. Most exciting store in Bolton or at least it was. As I walked up to the entrance I put my mask on. I opened the door and was approached by an associate that I have to pull my mask up higher. I found it a bit aggressive seeing as I was actively lifting over my nose before I opened the door. I responded saying that’s exactly what I’m doing. The manager(I assume) approached me moments later and asked if I needed help. I said no thanks.The next 15 minutes I watched every associate whisper and point at me with their colleagues as I walked through their store. perhaps the most unprofessional and unwelcoming experience I have ever had in lake George.As I was walking out after my girlfriend purchased $130 worth of merchandise. I approached the manager, not the owner because he didn’t have the dignity to approach me after witnessing the entire thing and not saying a word. The manager told me that I “came into the store angry” and they were notifying their staff of my presence, uhhhh what?!I came into your store to spend money.It is a shame that one of my favorite stores has taken such a nose dive given the current social climate.I’d strongly suggest management and ownership should reassess their customer relations perspective because I don’t know what business owners think it’s idea to berate customers prior to walking into their store and when said customer asks to speak with you as their walking out you can’t find the decency to apologize.Shame on you Happy jacks, you lost a life long customer.

This store is full of unique brands and fun things! I think I spent over an hour wandering around looking at all the cool things. Great place for gifts as well as clothes and shoes.

A nice little souvenir shop with all kinds of knick knacks. T-shirts, boardshorts, sunglasses, flip-flops. They sell Olu-Kai sandals and sneakers which are very comfortable and theyvhavs a good selection of them. Also carry hats and stickers and toys for the younger crowd. Worth a visit although currently can only hold 18 people at a time but the wait wasnt bad. I visit every su.mer and always find something. The kids love it!

Wont be back. Brought my grandkids tonight to buy some toys. Was the third person in line and no ones credit card was going through. We asked if the manager might be able to help. A woman came to the front and had to put credit card in manually. She was so put out that she had to do this and incredibly rude . I am mad at myself now that I made the purchase at all. Never been treated like that in a store. Should be call Unhappy Jacks.

Bathing suits, beachy cover ups, flip flops, crocs, novelty tees, adult board games, sun glasses, silly things, things you don't need and some you might... always worth popping in, even late at night. Lucky if you find clothes on sale (and there's usually something) as they can be pretty pricey. But they have a great selection.
