Amanda was wonderful from start to finish! She was so responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. She kept me updated the day before and the day of pick up. Pick-up was so easy with Annie! She explained everything and handed me over my new pup. I am so in love! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a new pup!

She was so patient and understating throughout the whole process of getting my puppy.Jodi listened to my needs and worked hard to find the perfect Shih Tzu for me. She had great advice and made my whole experience from puppy selection to the day I picked her up, seamless.I now have an adorable female Shih Tzu. She is the sweetest and has become a perfect addition to our family. This was an amazing experience!!! We had almost been scammed before so we were skeptical. Amanda was/is incredible guiding us through it step by step - sending photos etc. These very informative folks even send you puppy 101 videos. Couldn’t be easier or a smoother transition. We just brought our beautiful baby girl home today and Amanda and I are still chatting about info I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I bought my puppy shih tzu and dealt with Amanda. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She guided me through the whole process and took the time out to respond to my questions during and after I purchased my puppy. She was very knowledgeable with the procedure and with my puppy care. The customer service she provided was top notch and you do not get with a pet store. Please know I have not purchased my previous dogs this way, and I too was concerned if it was all scam.It was NOT. Going forward I would use this service again in heartbeat. I was completely pleased with the process and most importantly my puppy. He has already had his 1st vet visit since being with me and he is healthy. I hope this review can helpful.
