Good pet store but has an "out of order" sign on the bathroom door for 2 years now. Ridiculous that they can't provide a bathroom for customers like every other pet store.

The staff at this location is always really nice and very helpful. I'm purchasing a 30 lb bag of dog food monthly. We bought a special food and they always have it in stock, the one time they didn't they were willing to call up other stores and see if they could do ship to store.I think it might be a few dollars more than PetSmart but it's a nice store and I like shopping there mostly because of the staff

Great but I just wish they checked on their loose dog cookie section a bit more. Maybe put the cookies in closed containers. Some bugs flying around and I had to double check for worms.

This is the best pet supplies store. Prices are cheapest of all area stores. Usually its cheaper to buy online but their prices are comparable to online purchases. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. I have always found what I needed for all 4 aquariums.

What a wonderful store. The kids that work in there are so helpful and go out of their way to assist. The store is very well stocked with product and their prices are the cheapest out of any other pet store i have been to. I will certainly be going back.

Horrible customer service they double charged my card , make sure you check your receiptsI was told they would reverse one of the charges and never didI called them three days in a row and each time they took my number and said they would call me back and didn'tIn the third day the person I spoke to was very rude. Calling hon and sweet heart telling to calm down . They asked for my phone number a third time to "look into it again" and that it was only 30 dollars no to get upset about. I don't care what the amount was they double charged me and told me they would refund the moneyNeedless to say I didn't get my money back from them and had to go through my bankThey do not know the meaning of customer service and seems they were hoping I would just give up on having my money returned as after being told numerous times they would reverse the charge they didn'tI was spending my hard earned money there every week I will not spend a dime there now and will make sure everyone I know doesn't eitherThere are plenty of pet stores that treat their customers with respect

My 5yr old Pom/poodle was injured in the store 2-26-18 and was rushed into emergency services for surgery on her lil paw afterwards I spoke with the Christina the manager and I was told the supervisor /owner said he would get back to me well I went back 3 days later and the manager was nice in my face but I believe she was telling lies to the owner who got on the phone and told me to get out of his store and drop the fact that I wanted reimbursement if I wanted to be a customer again “Threats” I had to call the police and I was vendicated all over an accident now I’m forced to sue Pets Warehouse over something that should have been taken care of by the owner I truly believe this would have been handled differently if the young lady Christina working as a manager was honest to Bryan to cover her backside my personal opinion is she lied to him but the truth will avail in court and hopefully they let her go and hire a more accountable honest person in the professional world or any platform liars are always discovered but not before causing damage!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge selection of dog toys! Dog food is only a couple dollars more expensive than chewy but definitely less expensive than Petco. Very friendly staff.

My wife stopped in here today for dog treats for our pets. Totally unfriendly staff member who looked like the only one working here. Waited for him to get off his cellphone to get rung up. Back to petco in Patchogue I guess.
