The store itself Is great, very clean. Bright items are easy to find and Very well stocked. However, if I could I grant it a negative 5 customer service Two cashiers, in particular, janet and george very rude, almost harassing the times. Actually Yelling at me about leaving my backpack behind the counter. I absolutely will not stand for leaving my backpack in the hands of a cashier or anyone else for that matter.Does Janet leave her purse with the cashier When they go in any other store. No I thought not. Tonight I went in and spent $38 and when I came out. I stood in front of the doors on the sidewalk. And I texted a friend to see if they needed anything while I was at the store. Wild typing. I was approached by George Fur. And told that I had to Leave the premises. I explained. I was seeing if a friend needed anything while I was at the store. And he became almost aggressive. With his tone telling me there was no loitering. And I couldn't park my bike there.It was obnoxious. My friend did want something. However, I wouldn't go back in because of the way I was treated. It should be some kind. Of course, these people need to take for customer service. My experience was very.Sir, bad. Absolutely, terrible.

My mom is 81 and occasionally goes shopping by herself when I'm at work. Recently, at the Bloomingdale NY store, she had a hard time with the debit card transaction and began to get anxious which led to more mistakes and frustration. I'm very thankful that your employee Jackie Ely, was working that day. Jackie also noticed that Mom chose the wrong size clothing, graciously engaged her in conversation and was able to swap the item without embarrassing her. With her smile and good humor, Jackie then helped my mom with her debit card transaction and made sure she had everything when she left the store. Jackie's kindness and patience turned an overwhelming and potentially panic-stricken moment for my mother into a positive experience. Mom told me what happened, joked about the wrong sized-item and praised "the lady that helped her" again and again. This isn't the first time Jackie Ely has helped my mom get through the register process and I've seen her treat many others in line with the same respect. We love your clean, well stocked, bright store, but we'll continue to shop there especially to see Jackie. Thank you!

Love this store !! The crew is amazing and always busy busy!! Clean and as organized as it can be with all the items they are shipped and don't need! Keep up the good work!! Bloomingdale DG is where its at !!
