Bruce doesn’t know his product very well and Marie is unpleasant on every phone call she takes.Bruce suggested a product that wasn’t baby safe, even though I stated that was my highest priority, twice. The company makes a product that is specifically baby safe. But Bruce didn’t know about that, and I had already put my order if when I found that it out on my own, so I’m out $400 for the restocking fee. Because I trusted Bruce, a 45 year professional.Marie said it was my fault I didn’t mention my it. I told Bruce very clearly twice. Well, the companies are always releasing new technology, he can’t keep up with it. Plus running a business is hard. Lots of reasons it wasn’t Bruce’s fault and I should have to eat the cost of my mistake for trusting Bruce’s knowledge.But when Marie brought up vaccine status, I ended the call. Marie was going to dismiss my health concerns for my child because Bruce doesn’t know his product.Ultimately it was worth my $400 because who knows what other problems we would have had to deal with. Good riddance.Like my review if you went elsewhere!

Five stars all the way, call Bruce if you’re in need of any flooring around Catskills foothills. Great selection and was able to accommodate my schedule, the workers are all family guys that did a flawless job! Great local business!

We just had carpeting installed by Bruce’s flooring in our basement. We are more than happy with the carpeting and the job! Gary was our installer and did it all by himself!!! This job also included stairs. Bruce, himself came out to measure and check on his installer. We were so impressed! The quality of the carpeting is excellent, Gary did an excellent job and even vacuumed before he left. I wish I could upload a photo here. Kenny and I are so happy with the outcome. For those of you interested, we had shopped around before going to Bruce’s, you’re not going to get the service, quality and honesty that you’ll get by using Bruce’s.

A couple years ago, Bruce installed area carpets for two of our bedrooms over hardwood flooring. We were very satisfied with everything from the carpet quality, the binding of the edges, to the comfortable pad underneath. This year, we needed to install hardwood flooring in the living room. We had shopped around nearby contractors in Middletown (we forgot that Bruce also does hardwood floors), but there was no one we felt satisfied with. Finally we went to Bruce for help. Since we had a variety of requirements to take into consideration, it took a couple of months to decide which kind of floor to order. However, once the first order arrived, to our disappointment, it was not as we expected. While the manufacturer had a no-return policy that we didn’t realize before, Bruce was kind enough to share in our loss (don’t do what we did, make sure you’re completely sure before ordering - lesson learned) . Needless to say, we were very touched by their kindness. He and Marie then helped us pick the right floor and had it installed quickly and nicely by two gentlemen, and we love it! We don’t know how to thank them enough. We will call Bruce directly for any future floor service needs. Not only are they reliable but they are also incredibly kind, good people.Thank you Bruce, Marie, and the other staff in your company!

Bruce and his team installed my basement carpet several years ago with amazing quality and at a great price. I recently had a small flood that required we lift the carpet to dry out the padding and foundation. Bruce was there himself, perfectly on time, to re-stretch the carpet to have it looking good as new. If you are in need of flooring services in the Catskills area (I'm in Roscoe) you HAVE to call Bruce.
