I overheard a manager talking to the employee about her not coming in for a shift ( she was younger maybe 18) and it was in a very rude, unsettling manner. She said something along the lines of “idk what’s going on in your life for you to be the way you are but you need to stop” as a manager myself I wouldn’t scold someone for missing a shift, exp if it was covered. but hey what do I know. Seems like your store needs managers with better attitudes.

Can't ever walk threw the aisles. There will be 3 employees and maybe 1 working. This store is a joke very unorganized and dirty, it used to be a good store but has gone severely down hill in the last year or so.

Worst store ever, employees love to put carts in the middle of the isles so you can't go around and they are so rude even if you say excuse me!!! Don't go here, Great Bend is 1000 times better and more polite workers.

The store has great selection, but when I have to walk by smoking employees to get in the front door, and listen to certain employees curse while I am inside the selection means nothing. I have waited at the register for someone to check me out, while they are somewhere in the store. One employee showed up but I wasn't at their register, so was told that someone else would be right with me and again I waited. Put a bell at your register or something and smoke out back on your break!

Good people, it's just a little dirty. My opinion of dirty is most likely not the same as others, to me this place needs a clean up. It still doesn't stop me from coming here, it has good selection and like I said the people are great.

The customer service here is always outstanding. I have ever had a bad experience in this store. I went in for boxes one day and one of the employees helped me on her break. They have an assortment of thi gs with great prices.

Horrible service!!! I was in there a few Days ago and had the rudest employee. I couldn't find a type of deodorant thaf i always get there. So i asked A boy named martin he could help me with that item and he completely ignored me. I will never go to that store again!!!

Lots of low quality, high-priced toys, great sales on sodas, and good customer service. Make sure you check the price of their everyday items against Walmart and/or Commissary. Can't compare, but for convenience of not having to go the distance to those stores....might be worth it.

Dollar General is a place to go to get in and get out quickly that is number one service is good all kinds of snacks paper towels toilet paper food frozen food for microwave fast food And they have all kinds of shampoos Deodorant razor blades even have phones that you can buy there It's a great store if you want something quick get in and out I rate it a 10 Stop by Watertown New York off of 37 and Route 11 coming in to Watertown on the right hand side you can't miss it have Good day

Rarely does it take long to be helped or cashed out. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable on store inventory & location of specific items. Has a large range of products, a little bit of everything.
