My experience at this Walgreens was just fine, however my visit consisted of walking in for snacks on our way to a softball game. The inside of the store is modern and looks nice, but apparently many other patrons have had issues with the pharmacy staff, so be warned.

Staff needs to be re-traind. Customer service is essential. Greetings to everyone is a good start I was told " yeah we see you in a very aggressive tone" I am a new customer and I am concerned about the pharmacy staff including The Pharmacist on duty

Sometimes the most competent Walgreens pharmacy in the area, but that isn't saying much. Quality and amount of staffing is unpredictable and if you don't get the usual hardworking staff, good luck. They also apparently don't plan for weather accomodations which is wild because we live in CNY.

This place is the worst when it comes to just being nice. The pharmacist laugh at people as soon as they leave the counter. If you don't believe me just eves drop and you'll see what I'm talking about. Then there's the ignorant cashier's. If you ever try to use your extra bucks, there's usually an excuse as to why you can't use it for that particular purchase or they say it has expired so it's my fault now. If you have a EBT card and let's say your magnetic strip is faulty generally you can enter your card number manually, that's every other location that honors EBT, not Walgreens, nope " we're sorry we can't allow you to do that here" soooo , yeah do you have 37.00$ ?Terrible people, terrible experience, terrible, I'm never going back for anything except for my shut in neighbor...

I recently had scheduled to take a covid test at the Robinson St. pharmacy and had to wait over an hour just for the employee (Frederick) from the pharmacy to tell me they couldn't perform the test becuse they didn't know how to. If you valye your physical health maybe take your business elsewhere thab this Walgreens.

The people here are nasty and refuse to fill my fast acting and long lasting insulin that I need to survive. I am a diabetic and have gone up to 3 weeks without it and it's causing me to lose my eyesight. When my daughter goes to pick it up they are always nasty and roll their eyes when they see her in the drive thru. DO NOT go to 85 Robinson Walgreens! Me and so many others you can see reviews of say the same thing, that they are rude and lazy and nasty and just don't seem to want to be there. This one woman with long curly brown hair is always refusing my meds, or will say they only have the vials when they have know for over a year I can't use those! And corporate calls will be ignored or they'll tell you they're sorry it's happening and that theyre gonna take good care of me. Yeah right! The upper front st pharmacy is full of wonderful, kind people who get what I need and they do it quickly and with manners. Go to upper front Walgreens, NOT ROBINSON!!!

Shame on this particular Walgreens location for having pharmaceutical staff that is not knowledgeable about current CDC guidelines! These people are responsible for administering vaccines, yet refuse someone that is eligible.What's worse was COREY'S attitude and treatment toward me when I tried telling him what the current CDC guidelines were. He even had a pharmacist from another location on the phone trying to explained proper protocol and he refused to take the call. I stood there and heard/ watched. Once I spoke up he said, "I am refusing to give you the vaccine and you can tell my manager I said that."I had to drive to the Walgreens in Johnson City and waste an hour and a half of my day trying to do something that should have taken 15 minutes tops. At least the JC staff was courteous, competent and knowledgeable.Don't trust Corey! He hasn't a clue what he's talking about and is extremely rude! I did not deserve to be treated the way I was today. Particularly when he was wrong.

When I used to live in Binghamton, NY I went to the Rite Aid there all the time. Great store with a lot of stuff, & very respectful employee's.I went to the Walgreens once in 2020 to buy a nice small gift for my Niece there. The employee's were all kind, & respectful as well. The gift I was getting for my Niece was a certain amount less with the Walgreens card which I forgot to bring. A female cashier was very considerate, & put her card in for me without me even asking so it did come out cheaper than the regular price. That's kindness. Sadly, where I live now (NYC) you just don't see as much kindness as that. Employee's who work in stores, ect.Thank you to that cashier.

BE WARNED, Disgusting staff in the pharmacy, do not use their pharmacy for prescriptions, they treat people like garbage, IF you order your meds there is an 85% possibility they will not even bother, or they will lie like the truck is not here today, you will wait for a week for it and then they will act like you never did order anything. If you have life-saving meds and need them on time do not use them, I still can`t believe how cold and inhumane they are.

Every single time I get a prescription sent over there was always a problem every single month! And apparently im not the only one! I'm so glad I switched pharmacy. The Pharmacy staff were judgmental at times and definitely very rude. There were a few times where they were friendly but most the time it seems like they did not want to be there. Also a few months ago they actually gave me 10 less of what my prescription called for! Luckily I counted them before I left, but fortunately they were able to fix it.

The one star is for the employees that work the register in the front of the store. They have always presented as kind to me, but the pharmacy though?! There's just no excuse for the way they treat people. They log my medicine incorrectly every month, and then when I have to spend my day calling here, there and everywhere to figure it out, they give me this sort of attitude, as if I've been misusing my medication or something. They will cut you short, leave you on hold, and generally just make your day worse for having interacted with them.

My experience with this pharmacy is the same as others posting here... . On hold for an interminable amount of time.. When one gets to the point of being on hold for an hour, it’s simply too long. I own four businesses. If I ever left a customer on hold for a half hour or hour, I would have been out of business 40 years ago. When they do finally pick up, there is no “sorry to have kept you waiting, how can I help you”.. the basics of good customer service, They are busy, I get it. When my business is busy I hire more people, bring more people on shift. That’s the way businesses are supposed to run and offer good customer service. A call to the manager went unreturned as well, so I’m here, writing this instead. I must start writing of my positive experiences in places, as my review list seems to be too much negativity. There are businesses that offer great customer service and I’ll write more of them. This business, however, isn’t one of them. Advice: Hire more people. Put more people on a shift. Not doing so will make certain you won’t need to hire more people and out more people on, because customers will find other places to go.

Love the pharmacy here. They get my prescription ready quickly and always help me find things in the store if needed. They are knowledgeable, kind, and always pleasant to deal with whenever I come in. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. 5 stars!

I ordered some 11x14 photo prints online for same day pick up. They were done in about 20 minutes. Stopped in a little later to pick up the photos and they came out great. Very satisfied. Plus, found a coupon for 60% off, so they were only $4.40 each. I was in and out of the store in about two minutes and the girl at the counter was very friendly. I would definitely use them again for photo prints.

Trying to call pharmacy for 2 days and get put on hold every time for an hour and more. They told me To switch meds from cvs to them I had to call cvs. Cvs told me walgreens has to call. If I run out of meds lawsuit he I go. Same old thing on hold for over two hours today. No callers ahead of me. There will be a lawsuit if this causes me to miss any of my meds. Corporate Walgreen's doesn't care or respond to complaints.

Showed up one min before close to get an inhaler to be able to breath better. Waited in line only to be told my prescription that was called in the day prior would have to wait to be given until morning because the staff was too lazy to slap a sticker on an inhaler. Pathetic . No good workers anymore !!!

Unable to get an RX if it's their lunch time. Really? I Know of no other pharmacy that closes up so two people can eat. Seems like customer service would be a little more of a priority. No prob, though, CVS, Walmart, Medicine Shoppe and many more available and open.

The pharmacist, Leanne, is a cruel and mean spirited person. My regular pharmacist on Pennsylvania Avenue always treats me with compassion, dignity and respect. I will never support this store again.

People giving this store a negative review need to relax and understand they are going through a change of ownership and themselves are under pressure getting used to a new system that is not familiar to them. Imagine yourself in the other side of the counter just once and dealing with the public while keeping your focus and your opinions to yourself..

Everytime at first they friendly staff and my pharmacy and my medicine always ready at first but the product and food are expensive this was first that's gave but know they always my medicine or they give o it's not ready or some excuse or don't in stock that's giving know not very friendly either that's vote of 2 know and food and products have always beenEverything expensive

Worst drug store ever. We were in the drive thru lane before it closed. They took the two cars in front of us. After 15 minutes waiting, we drove to the window and they refused to give us our perscription. I have never dealt with such rude people.

This is a great store. The employees are very helpful and caring. Please be nice to them. It is the holidays and they have a completely brand new system they are trying to learn. Things will get better overtime.

Worst pharmacy in the world nobody knows how to work the machines nobody knows how to do there job and the pharmacy never answered the phone on hold for a hour ,drive there and the phone was just ringing waited in line 10 minutes listening to there phone ring which was me still on hold for now a hour anda half, my son is in need it medicine and they offer no help to confirm his insurance will be changing stores and pharmacy

Do NOT go to this pharmacy; but if you're unfortunate enough to need it; stay there and VERIFY your script and COUNT your pills. Don't trust them in the least
