Outstanding establishment for almost everything you need at your farm, household, plant, organization, seasonal decorations, for your many animals. The staff and the customers, each, are real pleasant. Christopher andArwyn are most helpful. There's a pet washing station; you can buy live ducks and chicks. There are specials and a loyalty program to enjoy. One particular advantage: That single stop shopping what with the overpriced ⛽️ these days. Amazing spot, for all the right reasons !

I have to say that I love going into this store because every employee I’ve met so far make me have hope that the world does have some people left that really care and have to without a doubt love there job ! I know the owner and or Boss will be reading this and it also actually tells me that whom ever the owner or boss is must take care and respect his or her workers because when you don’t like your boss you can’t do your job anywhere near the employees I’ve met ! Don’t get me wrong the 2 stores I’ve been to this one and the Sidney one and they are both great but this one it’s just a little different ! Yes the stores has almost anything you need and might be alittle pricey but the quality of the products are top notch ! As is the friendliness, kindness, respect etc. of the Employees ! Thank you all for being the way you are 👍🏻

We went here to wash our big dog hes around 60 pounds the only thing is if you have a great Dane or something over 100 pounds this place might be a little too small but you probably could fit them but it would be tight.It was pretty clean. There was a little bit of hair and little bit of weird green stuff on the floor. For $10 I thought it was pretty well maintained. I would just suggest them to maybe power wash it really well.I really like how they had towels for your dog and a bunch of shampooing option. But I they did have hair combs, but they were filled with hair I would suggest they have a bin for the dirty ones so dogs don’t spread fleas.I would come back!! 😃😃😃

Sam the manager loaded my ton of pellets horribly. Barely in the back enough for the tailgate to close, the pallet then proceeded to slide all over my truck on the way home and I had to pull over to keep the bags from falling out of the side of my truck, opened the ton to find that almost half of the load was already busted open. Horrible customer service from the moron manager Sam.

I would give 5 stars but sometimes products are out of stock. I would love if you guys would carry Blue Seal Hay stretcher. I buy 2 bags a week but have to travel to CountryMax for that. So I just buy 8 bags at a time from there. With the 5 horses and poultry and waterfowl plus farm related items. I buy alot of feed and farm items from you and would love to add another 143.00 a month to my order.

I very much enjoy their selection of products for canines. They have good prices on cans of dog food as well as Rawhide chew toys. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a pet that you want to spoil. It's also great for those that own a farm.

Very nice staff ,however they are often out of stock on one form of animal feed we buy or another. If not the horse feed that's out of stock it's the chicken food and so on ... also noticed lately things which go go together are often missing a part such as chicken feeders or waters without bottoms or lided bids without lids...not sure why these thing keep happening but its a not enjoyable to have to go to another store all the time.

Was helped by Heather, who was at cashier, since I wanted to have just a quick trip in there. Very friendly and helpful. Then I get to where I need to be and another young man asked if I needed any help. I either looked like I needed it, or customer service just rocks in there!! Found what I wanted, check out was quick, and got everything I needed.

Had gone to Lowes after our pipes froze and eventually burst. Cost 700$ to get immediate service on an emergency basis. The gentlemen suggested a small heater placed in the area for the below freezing moments we are bound to have many times in upstate NY. So though Lowes had 15+ different options for heaters available according to their website after a Google search in the morning when our situation was found to be such. After roughly 8 hours it took to address this Matter we made it to Lowes to find that all electric and most propane heaters had since been sold out and only 2 options were available , bother of which were same company name and they had an abundance of them in stock. We settled for a small square ceramic deal as opposed to a oscillating tower heater and paid roughly 100$ to procure after chosing a medium duty extension cord. Just off a whim decided to check home Depot as well w intentions of returning the in my opinion extremely overpriced (by at least 30-40$) small space heater if we found something cheaper elsewhere. On our way to home Depot I suggested stopping at tractor supply and against better judgement from my parents we walked out w a much better quality more bang for ur buck lil compact heater meant for heating a work area of about 6500 sq foot area and it cost less than 40$. So we saved at least 30$ and I'll tell ya that this heater has made my basement stay at a steady 60-70 degrees and more like that of a finished basement that had the propper accomodations done to it to make the area inhabitable for humans. I'll honestly say that I've lived in this specific area of my home off and on for 30 years and this is the first time ever in that time that the general temperature was at a level that was tolerable without having to make accomodations to withstand it like bundling in multiple layers and using multiple blankets or electric blankets for that matter. Staff was friendly and willing to help and didn't treat my mother badly for asking questions and needing a price check. And when I saw the real price I almost wished I could've bought em 5 or 6 more of these compact lil things......

Always great service, I can't find what you need just ask. Tractor Supplies not just about tractors they have all kinds of pet food, household needs, truck and trailer supplies, tools, and all of your gardening needs. They are pet friendly they love for you to bring your dogs in and wander the store with you on a leash, or in your cart. They even have pet vet clinics several times a month. It is always fun to shop at Tractor Supply!!

The customer service at this location is a disgrace. The girls at the cash register and at customer service are so poorly trained I don't think they even understand how rude they are. Where is the manager? You should find someone competent to run this store, it reflects poorly on the whole corporation.

They do not have a wide selection of grain free puppy food and have been out of quail food the last 2 times we shopped. A really cool rabbit hutch was on display in the entry way , marked, "As is." It was missing part of the roof. They knocked it down to 179.99, giving 20.00 off. That should have been more deeply discounted! Convenient location for us and that is the only reason we return.

I love coming here for pet supplies. They have a wide selection and fair pricing of pet food brands, toys, treats, collars/leashes, beds, kennels, grooming supplies; and my personal favorite is their 14-way protection vaccinations for cats and dogs at only $15, I highly recommend this option for those looking to save on vet bills!

There is so many neat things in this store. Any kind of tool u can imagine. Farm equipment, live stock, clothing, pretty much anything u need to fix things around the house and farm.

I love the selection they have there. Anything you might need for your garden, yard or animals, they most likely have it. And the employees are always willing to help you, if you need it.
