These girls are the absolute best at what they do. They love the dogs & treat them like they’re their own. My beautiful black lab always comes back smelling great & has a shiny, soft coat. The reception area & the actual grooming spot is always clean & smells good. I’d say, without a , they are the best in this area.

They are so wonderful with my dog Lilly who is a little anxious when she goes to get groomed! She’s a golden retriever and she always looks so pretty when we leave. I also love how they don’t cage your dog! This place is great!

I took our puppy for the first time today and was SO impressed! Our Westiepoo got the cutest haircut and we will surely be returning! The grooming salon was superclean and the staff is very friendly! While our pup often has a hard time w strangers (he's super protective), he was so sweet with their staff and surely loved being pampered! Our pup must have felt the positive energy as soon as he walked in, tail wagging behind him... I highly recommend!

I took my Irish doodle Tucker today for his first grooming, The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. They took great care of my pup while he was there, very caring staff. Joanna did an amazing job on Tucker. We will definitely be going back, I highly recommend Pup in a Tub.S DeSario

We always go to Pup in theTub for our dogs grooming needs and we are always very satisfied. Today we took our cat. He looks beautiful! I know the cat groomer offers services once a month at Pup in the Tub and she is amazing. I highly recommend this establishment for your pets! Cats and Dogs!

Excellent facility. Highly recommended. We had been to 3 other local grooming salons before finding Bows and Bandanas. We have now been loyal customers for over a year there and the service we receive here is top notch. What stood out to us most that we didn't find elsewhere is that Martha genuinely cares about the animals that are left in her care and she treats them all as if they were her own.

I have used Bows and Bandanas for some time now and for multiple dogs. I have always dealt with Martha and all the reviews about how much she cares for Dogs are very true.Recently I was late for an appointment. I arrived and Martha was not there, however there were multiple other staff members (whom I didn't recognize) and I was given a very hard time for being late and treated disrespectfully. Needless to say the staff there wouldn't take my dog in because of his tardiness. This was the first time I had ever missed or been late to an appointment.I emailed Martha as the owner to tell her about the experience. I never heard back from her. I emailed her again and also called and left a voicemail asking to have her return my call and never got a call back.I am afraid that Martha must have sold her business to others who don't care about customer service. Because I know that if Martha still owned Bows and Bandanas, she would not have treated a long time customer the way I have been treated, and I have to assume she would have replied to my email and voicemail and been very saddened to hear of my experience . This is one long time customer who has now found a new groomer.

Martha is fantastic, talented, kind and knowledgeable. She grooms each dog one at a time and cleans up the entire area before starting another dog! So many places groom your dog amongst the fur of previously groomed dogs. She IS the best groomer I have ever met. Listens to what you want and does and excellent job in an amazingly clean shop!

A fantastic find! We are very happy with the grooming for our standard poodle. Bows & Bandanas did a great job trimming our dog. The cut was everything we were hoping for in a new groomer. 100% going back!

Jill was very gentle and fast to trim the nails. My little dog was very disagreeable. Another tech(I didn't get her name) came over instructed me how to hold his head and stayed to assist. Although my little 15 pounder didn't want to cooperate (understatement) the staff remained calm and positive. I hope he will learn to chill because I am going to bring him again next month for another trim. Thanks Bows and Bandanas.

Called and made an appointment. The lady took all of my information. Went in for the appointment and they said I’m not on the schedule for an appointment and couldn’t help me. Didn’t even offer another appointment or anything. Also made me late for work because I had to take my dog all the way back home
