Once a week we make the trip to this grocery store to get our groceries. We have four different grocery stores that are closer to our home but we choose to make the trip to this one because it is always a positive experience. The store is kept clean, the staff at the butcher station and the various bakery and deli stations are very friendly and helpful, and we can always find everything that we need here. it is a great store with helpful staff!

Hunter needs to be taken off order pickup. Not only did he NOT make replacement for easily replaceable items, he replaced bagged items with singular produce. We had to go in the store and find this stuff ourselves. I don’t normally complain about convenience services like this.. But if I’m paying extra for an order pickup, a competent human being should be the one doing it.

I ordered a cake for my graduation party and they showed us the 2022 book the lady told us that she could change it to 2023 because that’s the year I graduated. When I got the cake it said 2022 and it was a printed frosting top so it couldn’t really be fixed, they put a thick yellow 3 over the 2. Then after talking to the lady who took my order she tried to blame us saying we agreed to the 2022. We did not and why would we have agreed to it?? The whole cake was just wrong. The S in my name is inches from the rest of it and it says “congratulation” instead of “congratulations”. We still had to pay full price.

It's very hard not to like, or love, this Price Chopper. The quality and care is overall shown in their fine results. Quick examples of some favorite items here, unavailable in other markets. Just for instance: Proprietary egg roll or appetizer brand, Tim Hortons packaged coffee, an abundance of ready Italian entrees, a Utica Tomato pizza pie among many others including Detroit and Cape Cod style, large pieces of prepared Fried chicken, Kosher and respective holiday items, bulk lobster tails and crab cakes, very careful cuts of steak without hardly any fat, many other specialty items produced from across NYS and New England.Commercial baked goods - Freihofers / Entenmanns items, or English muffins - often have a special of buy one, get t w o free. The from-scratch bakery is far better than their competition. Things just fly out here and say 'buy-buy !'Staff are dedicated and more on-it than most elsewhere.

Standing in line right now...average wait time 10 minutes. They can't open anymore cashier lines...I asked!!!!10/26/23 update - I primarily visit this Price Chopper because it's so close to my house, but not anymore - I'm going to use the store that actually still has customer service...I stopped in this morning for a quick trip before going to work, I had 1 item and the only registers open were self-checkout - I don't work here!!!!! I also have a full-time job already! Further, I don't have time to fight with the computer that wants to ask me 15 questions about how many bags I have, coupons, items in the bottom of the cart (I don't have), etc. Lord help you if you hit the wrong button, then you have to wait for someone to come fix the computer for you - I'm going to WEIS - this is ridiculous.

Store is clean and organized. Prepared foods are fresh. Some of the bagels were bagged with the rest loose. I prefer individually packaged items and would like to see an employee wearing gloves at their front bakery dispensing bagels/doughnuts. Gloves were not provided and the thin sheets didn't prevent contamination.

Great pharmacy dept. Women's bathroom needed soap. Both were empty. The ladies restroom could also use hooks on the doors. Nice store. They have really good doughnuts and muffins. I also enjoy their yogurt parfaits.

Beings that I will be moving to Chenango Bridge I wanted yo try one of the supermarkets there. Price Chopper was a very nice supermarket. The store itself was very clean and the shelves were stocked. Employees were very helpful but their prices were high. I will try Weis next time for a little competition

We normally shop for groceries at Weiss on Front Street in Binghamton. I asked my wife to try Price Chopper today and she had a very pleasant shopping experience. Dusty, Customer Service was awesome and very helpful. She was able to locate the items due to the great signage in the aisles. We will be returning to shop more often!

You have to really keep an eye on the cash register in this place because they constantly overcharge and don't always honor sale prices. Every week it's something. My most recent visit I was overcharged $3 on paper towels that were clearly marked on sale. The overcharging happens about nine times out of 10. I don't buy meat there anymore because it's terrible so I have to make an extra stop for that. I think it's about time to make a switch!

I enjoy going the friendly courteous and know that and they stand behind it a lot of stores don't do that but Price chopper does it bagels are delicious as well as the cakes and everything great price shrimp has a great price keep up the good work Price chopper

Employees are so friendly and kind. They always seem to have things in stock.Prices are average for the area, but would prefer more in-store specials/coupons where you don't need physical coupons. Meat department should really consider having a "Manager's Special" or better sales in order to keep it moving. I think if they did those two things they would stand out more and get more customers.Food at their food court is sub par (especially their fried chicken).

Clean store. Decently stocked. Slightly higher prices than where I usually shop in the area but it was convenient. Was able to get in and out with minimal wait. Cashier was friendly.

Like price chopper have been a customers for years. However my last trip two days ago so so. New cashier. Gave her my PC Card and all my coupons. Had a helper pack my groceries. Paid my bill. Got home and not one of my coupons had been redeemed. Called store left my name. Store quite a distance from my home. Hopefully next time I go I will be able to get my money. Usually I asked. So a word to the wise. Ask.

The best grocery store around! They have a very large veggie and fresh fruit area and they have a lot of ready to eat food. Just heat up and you've got dinner.

The Chenango Bridge Price Chopper on 12A is always clean, well organized and the personal are very helpful. The bakery, fresh seafood and floral departments are especially nice.

This store always puts me into a fit of rage & frustration.It’s impossible to leave here swiftly. There are never enough cashiers, forcing you to use the self checkout. And Price Chopper’s self-checkout machines are slow, talkative, and moronic. When you inevitably need assistance from an employee, the children staffing the self checkout area are usually away doing something else. Pushing you to wait longer while the machine beeps at you, ramping the stress upwards.Anyway, I despise coming here. I am convinced its built on a some sort of evil space rock, thats the only explanation I can think of for why there is such bad mojo in this location injecting anger into peoples lives.

Such a rip off I don't know why I go here anymore it's local and close to me if I need to start going back to Wegmans because Wegmans is so much better. I will say that the pharmacy is great here and that's the only thing that I enjoyed this last time was that they went above and beyond for me when my kids were sick.

Always pretty well stocked, some stuff is pricey so you have to pick and choose. Their produce is always looking fresh and I can get in and out within a decent time period because of the self checkouts and fairly smooth running registers

This must be the flagship store. It's huge and has tons of selection. I also like the Montrose PA location but stay away from the Johnson city location.

Worst customer service ever. Very nasty night manager. Explained my situation about the charity that I help with. We collect cans bottles gets paid dble plus. Said doesn't support it.

Ok I just got home from.your store and even before cooking dinner decided to get on and write this review due to one of your employees that stood out tonight ... your store was packed plenty of cashiers on deck .. went to the deli I was behind 2 other people and had 2 behind me with one girl on working the deli...she apologized to everyone in line multiple times and work as fast as she possibly could have .. felt compelled to write this review to tell you what a great worker she was .. her name tag said Ashley O ...

Very clean and modern store. Mostly go here once in a while anymore because of inventory / stock issues in more recent year(s) They are always out of what I went in for and have to go to Weis like normal or find a replacement. There for I just keep going to Weis.The staff is very helpful and take much pride in their services / jobs tho and they offer carry out assistance. The store lay out is very friendly and there is a plentiful amount of room / Aisle space.

I love being to get my full grocery order so late at night here. They have good specials, and I can bring my NY recycling glass, plastic and cans to redeem toward my order or just get the cash back. The pharmacy is fast. No complaints, just good deals!
