They totally messed up my almost $60 take out order, I kept the receipts! #280 & #286 @ 5:53PM on 04/01/2024. They were inattentive to their customers and the delivery drivers, and had them waiting an extremely long time to get any type of assistance or acknowledgement....I did call ... I did speak to a manger... With no resolve! Main Street McDonald's in Binghamton, you need to hire new staff and do better. Because your customer service NEEDS DESPERATE HELP.McDonald's used to be a Happy & Fun Experience ... a treat, a place my grandchildren would look forward to going (per their reward system). NOW... All I saw was disappointment, sad faces, cold nuggets, stale fries and no toy! In their "Happy Meals"!!!...that's not happy at all!Not to mention, I was looking forward to that double fillet o'fish... Which wasn't a double, at all, and cold!!! Who wants to eat COLD FISH??? They need to put an undercover liaison in there! You'll see...

I have a special needs bird who needs syringe feeding due to a severe beak deformity called cross beak and hot water to make her food up these guys got my Izzys water perfect and my hash browns too. Don't bring non service animals in the restaurant that is not fair to your animal or yourself. But this mickey ds has wonderful staff that will sell you things like hot water if you are traveling and need it for some reason.

I'm updating my review of this particular McDonald's again (it's been 4 years), and it looks like things are finally changing for the better here.This McDonald's shares the building with a gas station, and was updated sometime right before COVID 19 hit in 2020.I decided to eat in this time during lunch off from work. Service was prompt and friendly, though it also wasn't terribly busy. Still, an improvement over what used to be. I had my food within 2 minutes of ordering and the food was hot and fresh, although the fries were a little undercooked from what I would typically like. Not a big deal.I hope this is the new norm for this location. Happy to see things have improved, at least on this visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic sliding glass doors on the gas station side make for easy wheelchair accessibility.

First of all I what inside on upper front Street at the gas station the Speedway . So then I stood at the counter for more than fifteen minutes before I finally got someone to come over and acknowledge me. After I said repeatedly hey can I order here ??? Then I spend more than forty dollars and I take my daughter and her friend who are sitting at the booth patiently waiting for the Big Mac and Chicken nuggets and french fries. I take a bite of the nugget and it was ice cold. . like after ordering I waited another 20 minutes for food. Then I get the Big Mac and fried maybe ten minutes after the nuggets and the fries were disgusting so I return the teeny piece and asked for fresh nuggets please and return the 2 large fries and as I stand and wait for the rest of the food I see a 20 piece get out into the warmer but figured it wasn't mine. Well never got the fries after waiting another fifteen minutes. And then when I asked about the nuggets sitting there and were they mine she hands me the nuggets now they are cold. I need up gettingy money back and leaving. Fast food is horrible anyway but this place is just horrible all the way around . And don't help that there are only 3 workers so they run around like chickens with their heads cut off . But ice cold food all the way around . Do not waste your time and especially DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. /!!

Place is absolutely disgusting. The floors were so dirty. The garbage overflowing. Employees standing around doing nothing but talking. Took 15 minutes to get cold McDoubles and two frappes. The bathroom is never ever clean. Carpets look like they haven't been vacuumed in over a year. Floor hasn't been mopped in months. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! Get it together. A place like this the health department should shut down. Never coming back.

I went in thinking about getting a couple burgers, but I had to stop in the bathroom first. The urinal had a puddle in front of it about 2 feet wide. Looked like water, but I wasn't about to investigate. I decided to use the stall instead. The toilet seat looked like it had been splattered with mud... I figured it wasn't mud, but again...not investigating. I washed my hands and went to use some sanitizer, but the dispenser was either broken or empty. This McDonald'sis connected to a gas station, so I decided not to get burgers from McDonald's. I got a slice of pizza from the gas station instead. The pizza was freshly made and actually pretty good. I wouldn't recommend that McDonald's though. I've had problems with their service in the past as well.

The women's bathroom left stall has been out for days. The apparent overflow toilet has overflow debris on the floor still. Not one person has mopped the floor!!! Absolutely no toilet paper in either stall and when they finally did ADD some it was in the non-working, non cleaned stall. This should be reported to the health department because it is a gross health code violation. If this is how you clean your bathrooms, I'm not sure it's safe to eat your food. Buyer beware if ordering here. Shame on you for caring so little about your customers and hiring incompetent staff!!

They're slowly getting better. This last time I ordered (about a month ago), and I got exactly what I asked for. I have gotten food from there a few other times before as well with either the same satisfaction or close enough that it wasn't troublesome. Service has been faster when permitted. I say that because there's only so many employees that can take on so many orders. The atmosphere could be better, but it's important to remember that ultimately, this depends on a few things. If the reliable staff have enough time between orders. And if it is the reliable staff doing the work.Parking: It usually can accommodate about 17 cars. This does not include, however, if there is a delivery truck that usually blocks the main entrance, which acts as a weird deterrent from parking. I'm assuming people are afraid their car might get damaged, but as far as I know, that has never happened. Or if it's extremely busy and there's a backup in the kitchen of some kind. Then forget about parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible for wheel chairs is adequate.

****Stay well clear of this VERY FILTHY McDonald's****NYS HEALTH DEPT., where are you? Obviously on the take for this dirtbag restaurant.I'm staying in a Motel 2 doors down from the McDonalds where I purchased this meal. I just wanted to grab a quick meal after a long day. It was the worst McDonald's food and experience ever. Two buildings away and the Fries were cold, tasteless and tantamount to hardened cardboard. The Double Filet-O-Fish was chalky and actually broke up into square chunks after the first bite. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese was absolutely tasteless. This was a Mobile order, that they kept me waiting at the Drive-thru window for, for 15 minutes. I don't know why, as this food was obviously not fresh. Last but not least, I had to run-in to use the bathroom, which was very dirty, replete with baby black flies....the baby black flies were also quite present throughout the restaurant. I drank my Coke , which was the only good part of my meal, but my food went into the garbage after one bite of each sandwich, and a couple of fries. I'm hoping I don't get sick from this establishment. This is not how the McDonald's locations operate in Queens and Long Island. I'm writing this because I'm highly dissatisfied with your poor food quality, filthyness(sic) and that I wasted my time and money for such a poor experience.Monday morning I will be contacting The Health Department!!! Count on it....

This McDonalds was in complete disarray! Avoid and go to another McDonald’s if you can. Management appeared non existent. Took 10 minutes for someone to assist. It appeared everyone was on break. Quality of actual product was non consistent with McDonalds standards. The Big Mac was completely out of place and all sandwiches were upside down in boxes.

This McDonald’s is part of the Sunoco gas station. They have limited seating that is crammed together. The inside of McDonald’s is directly attached to the market part of the gas station. They have a drive-thru for convenience. If you need gas and a quick bite it’s really a good find.
