Clean and well organized store with friendly employees. The cashier, Lynne, who has been at Lowe's almost 19 years was phenomenal! Leslie, Tools & Hardware is very pleasant and helpful. Most of the associates keep their respective departments clean, organized, and maintained unlike other locations that I have frequent. Vern, Assistant Support, Garden Department as well as Pedro, Order Picker and Owen, Paint Department were instrumental and helpful in assisting me in locating a Garden Pump Sprayer which did not want to be found! Moreover, there are always beautiful sunsets as well as moon rises at this location. I frequent this location at least twice a month and enjoy going there.

I'm not a big fan of Lowe's these days but I definitely prefer the Vestal location over Front St any day. **Edit** Upon receiving the reply from Lowe's I felt a 3 star review was perhaps a bit rough as I did not have a bad experience simply a preference to the Vestal store over the Binghamton location.

Binghamton store is very clean and well stocked. Sales associates are hard to find but that isn't unique to this Lowes (or home depot). I like the reserved parking for veterans and the ease of applying a military discount.

Actually got my order correctThis was the wrong review... A new employee Steve helped me find what I was looking for. He was very friendly as well. Need more employees like him. I was able to change a p-trap on my bathroom sink for a lot less $$ thanks to my brothers advice and the trap purchased there and ive never did this before

For a home improvement store the place looks bad. Idk if it's Corp or regional, market or stores fault but it's not as clean or presentable as it could be. One of the photos I took of their ladies bathroom. Looked like a cheap contractor fixed the wall n put the sink and mirror up.

5 stars to Dave Traver for going above and beyond to correct/fix a problem with part on newly purchased and installed outdoor storage box. He is knowledgeable, and respectfull. Lowe's associate store manager, Chris, started the service process and Dave came to my house to make my purchase and service experience the best. Thank you Lowe's Binghamton!

7/22/3023Last purchase from Lowe's. Never will I ever ,,I came in today to the store I frequent the most, to exchange a mower deck belt that was recommended by a Lowe's employee Late last fall. It was the wrong size. I just wanted an exchange. Only to be told by a snotty kid that it's over 90 days and there's nothing they will do about it.I once was in the same line when a guy came in with a stick, said it was once a rose bush. Now it looked like any stick to me, and he didn't have a receipt. And sure enough he got his money back. Very disappointed to say the least!

I went this time in search of a medium sized outdoor trash can. Their website said they had 7 in stock. However when I tried to get a couple, there were NO LIDS TO FIT THEM. That left only the large, expensive option. The staff was friendly and tried to be of help but apparently the people responsible for putting the stock together didn't bother and the lids were discarded trash instead.

Came in to buy two windows and return three pallets. Windows went real quick but the the return was at the service desk. The service desk was EXTREMELY slow. We were there for half an hour. One person and no one helped him out. There was a line of four people behind us. Shame on Lowes for not moving someone in to help out.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I have had nothing but problems with this store and have been disconnected or hung up on more the 7 times in my last 3 interactions with consumer service and with the store managers. I bought 10,000 dollars worth of flooring and had to return most of it because it wasn't needed. The delivery people are rude and refused to take it off the truck. Also it was delivered on separate days and not all at once so the installers had to keep going back to the store to complete the job. On the 12th of july 2023 I went into to the store to get help with a warranty question and was told they didn't know anything about warrantys because they don't do warranty service. The warranty is through the manufacturer. I was told to give my information and some one would call me. (Chris from the outdoor area who is a manager) I never recived a call. Again after waiting 3 days I called back and again was disconnted. I will never shop at this store or any lowes again. You just lost me as a customer.

Nathan in Lumber at the Binghamton, NY Lowe's was great. Picked up a bundle of 2x12s and he had it all ready to load by the time I went and gathered some other miscellaneous items. He then quickly helped load it all and saved me a ton of time. Great attitude and a huge help!

Helpful as always, selection of items is getting better. There are no cashiers anymore. We should get a 20 percent discount for having to work for Lowes, since they don't want to give people jobs.
