We've been to several Love's and have loved all of them except for this particular location. It's much smaller for one thing, which is fine, but a lot of things aren't functional. When I went to the ladies bathroom there were no paper towels to be found. A staff member was sitting on the counter just hanging out, apparently "off the clock". I guess they don't have a staff room?!? Anyways, I mentioned it to a different staff and when I came back later there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter. Idk if they were too lazy to actually fill the dispensers or if both were broken. The bathroom also stinks of sewer.This morning the pop machines weren't working, the "hot" food was cold, one coffee machine wasn't working, and overall the staff just don't seem to care about much of anything.It's very rare I leave bad reviews as I can get past a lot of things but as I said, we've had no issues with other locations so felt it needed to be said.

Well stocked store. Fresh coffee.While traveling always stoped here since there bathrooms were clean. During September 2023 stoped here twice and noticed that bathrooms are totally ignored. I may not stop here again.

So I had my tractor go down on me when I was at the truckstop. I parked and a mechanic from the Love’s repair shop was nice enough to come over and diagnose it at the spot instead of making me move it. The mechanics name was Dan and he was very efficient and professional. He hooked up the lap top and told me that the truck was showing several codes. I am not mechanically oriented at all, so he was kind enough to break it down and explain to me. My DEF tank was leaking pretty bad, pissing def everywhere and the solenoid in the starter was going bad. Although the company ultimately decided not to authorize the work at the Love’s shop, I really appreciate Dan taking the time to explain everything to me, so I would know what was going on with the truck. He told me how much the repairs would cost and pretty much guaranteed that he could’ve had my tractor finished by 11 PM that night.. The company decided to go with another repair shop and they had the tractor a week and still did not fix all of the issues. I actually saw Dan today at the truckstop when I stopped through again and he was so pleasant and personable that I wanted to make sure I left a good review so his company would know what a rockstar he is. I hope we don’t meet again under those type of circumstances but if we do it’s good to know that they have such a knowledgeable and professional mechanic on site to handle whatever the issue is.

10/05 03:40. Showers are down(broken). Def on pump 23 broken.Got diesel at pump 23. I guess diesel is free today. Got 86gal of diesel but display stayed at $0. Lol. Told the guy inside, he didn't seem to care.

I am so grateful to the Service Shop at Loves The Manager Kristy, mechanic Jose, assistant manager Mike, the apprentice mechanic Darren and the whole team really came through for me. I had a cracked radiator and not only were they able to locate one for me, they actually drove me there to pick it up and pay for it in person to save some money. I truly appreciate them going the extra mile for me. While I was there, they also checked the general safety of my truck and found a bad shock. I fortunately was able to get all of it repaired in a timely manner and a reasonable price.I will always recommend this place. Truly a class act.

At 4 in the morning, every coffee pot was empty, when I said to the guy "no fresh coffee" he said well there's only 2 people working !But Love's you're roller grill is cooking hot dogs and other roller grill items at 4 in the morning but drivers gotta wait for a fresh cup of joe lol

The appearance in the parking lot and at fuel pumps had me a little apprehensive about taking a shower here. However, the showers were very clean, and the water was hot. I did not get the standard greeting "Welcome to Loves" on entry.

Have stopped here a few times just for fuel. Each time the service was friendly and the facility clean.The store is very well stocked with a wide array of snacks, beverages, gifts and apparel.

If Traveling near Binghamton NY of I-86 & I-81 and need Gas, fuel, or something to eat n drink a great place to stop! employees make sure your visit will be one that you will come back if your in the area! Place has clean restrooms and plenty of gas pumps for quick in n out service!

Stopped here to get gas the other day and they took out a 175 dollar "hold" on my card, never got this money back and it shows up as a transaction on my bank account. Don't stop here!!! They will steal your money!!

This place needs help! 90 percent of the time you have to go inside for a receipt. The staff acts like they’re doing you a favor for the receipt you had to go inside for. The pails for the squeegees are usually empty. Overall the place needs an upgrade and good cleaning. Fortunately for them the only other choice for gas in the area is the local crook. Well here it is January 2023 and nothing has changed. Still no receipt at the pump and now the windshield cleaners are frozen.

Shower barely had warm water, that just kept getting colder. Plus the AC seemed to be on, so it was a pretty cold shower.At least the door had a proper deadbolt.

I don't see why they got a decent rating I came in today around 8:00 none of the people acknowledge I was even here they never spoke they just looked at me as if I was crazy which is very rude considering loves employees always speak to the people that keep them employed I ordered food from the Wendy's I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit I asked for jelly and they said they stopped getting them but every other Wendy's I go to get them maybe she just lied to me the bathroom for very dirty and had a horrible stitch overall I would never return to this place the TA around the way is a lot better

This is one of the worst Loves I have been to. I travel for work and have been to many better ones. The bathrooms were awful, floor was sticky. Trash cans were overflowing. Showers were unavailable.

Was in a real bind with a DEF issue maximum derate and my people contacted love's truck repair and Dan is the man that got me back on the road running and he was very transparent thru out the whole process! Dan is the man I want on my equipment for repairs!

The fact that the showers are down and there are ALOT of reviews about it is a problem. This should NEVER be a common occurrence at ANY truck stop especially not at one of the major chains. Fix the problem or hire new people! Probably do both

Woke me in middle of 10hr break to tell me to move. Had already been there 4 hrs, I wasn't blocking anyone, no other places to park. Told me plenty of places around back (or public parking?) - not true. Went to TA. Plenty of parking. Love's is a shell of it's former self. Fuel too high, never any half & half for coffee, staff is always a gamble. Not ever stopping at Binghamton store again.

This love’s travel stop was clean, with all the usual offerings. I seem to remember that in the past there was a very large sign off the highway advertising this truck stop. The sign is gone, but the Love’s Travel Stop is still there.

Manager Doug is service is a tool. Don’t come here . There policies are not the same as other loves. I highly don’t recommend. Gonna be calling corporate. He likes to argue and tell you to deal with what there doing to your truck or leave . So enter at your own risk .

Great place for gas but avoid the food like the plague, got two hot dogs while filling the tank. The second I bit into that stale and nasty hot dog, I spat it right out. When I brought it up to the employees they just looked at each other, before one of the employees walked over to the grill, moved them forward on the grill, shrugged said they seemed fine to him and walked off. Really can tell that from moving them with tongs? Didn't even ask or want a refund. Just wanted something done about the old hot dogs left on the grill, maybe exchanged for a fresher dog at most. But nope treated like a lier as they just continue to sell those stale hot dogs. So ya you been warned, eat at your own risk.

Home of the dirty places and unfriendly faces... seriously this is the worst love's. Restroom has no toilet paper, no soap , no paper towel or air dryer. I wanted my receipt but the clerk was telling me that he can't help me 🤣. I said what are you saying my man? You need the truck number or pump number . That's it... I do this all the time. Then unpleasantly he printed and asked if I want two or one. Bla bla bla. He saw I'm a regular customer who buys at least 6 to 8k fuel every month. Tried to get coffee but their brewing machines one is out of service labeled other one just pour just hot water. I was hungry so I got an hamburger from Wendy's and no fuel point can be used so I paid but since they have a big mess I hope I don't get poisoned from this burger. 🙂

Overall a good experience. Dan, Doug, hose, and Darren were all super great to deal with and work with. Dan and hose helped me off the highway and tried there best to troubleshoot and fix my truck. Darren was awesome and funny! (Thanks bud for going over my fuel lines like a sniper!) Doug was very nice and honest about every part of the job and I think an excellent manager at loves! The only reason and I mean ONLY reason I'm only giving three stars is because the day manager christina came out and stopped Dan from finishing my truck when Dan was about 85% of the way done.. so after 1600$ in labor (very fair for the job Dan and Darren did) I still left and had to go to a different shop instead. It really bothered me the way she handled it and the articulation she used. I was also wanting 8 drives and a spare and was going to get them from loves as well but since the problem with christina happened I bought them and the second shop I ended up at which also did a fantastic job at handling my truck and getting me back on the road! Phillips garage rocks!! At the end if the day christina cost loves some big money on sales and in my opinion needs more training before she handles a job like a manager position. Just my opinion

Decent location - always a great spot to watch the sunset and the parking lot is usually clean. This Loves also has laundry facilities, but the showers are a bit small and outdated.

Service was extremely slow. One customer had 2 people tied up at the lottery machine. The other cashier took a long time to ring stuff up. Not a quick stop. The fuel pumps are entered from every which way so it could take a while to get gas

Location was modern, bathrooms clean, gas prices low, and they have squeegees for your windows. Highly recommend.
