When you can't find what you need in hardware at the big box stores, go here they have everything else plus what the big box stores have. Great store that's been around for a very long time. We should all support local. This is a great family owned store. The money they make doesn't go into a ceos pocket. It goes into the pockets of local hard working people who appreciate your business.

I've heard a lot about this place and now that my office near by I had the opportunity to go there to buy a drill bit. It is a nice place. After I got the drill bit I was wandering around and some asked if I needed help. That doesn't happen much at the big places. The drill bit, for the record, was pretty much the same price as the big stores.

As much as I am all about supporting local business, Kovarik's should be ashamed to charge a customer $10.00 to thread a piece of pipe! I moved our water heater, and had to cut the gas line and reroute the gas to the new location. I brought the 2 pieces of pipe in, and was fleeced for $20.00 to thread one set of threads on each pipe. Never again!

Delicious. Had alternator issue and owner opened up jumper cables off shelf to get me going. Prolly needed shop pair as it were anyhow. Smooth sailing, no trouble calling across town and hassle to anyone else

On my way home from work, I stopped in looking fir a sprayer for a garden hose and a few other small outdoor items. Tylor and another associate were friendly and able to help me promptly. I was able to get what I needed and back on the road after a long day. Place is clean and organized.

Very helpful and friendly staff, was shocked at their inventory and how diverse the items were. Some things were way less than they cost at lowes, others cost a few bucks more but all in all a great experience.

This place offers what is now missing with the Giant chain stores, and idea what that is? You guessed it good customer service which is so rare these days and it is clearly missing and big businesses don't even worry about it because to them it is all about the $$$. Apon entering the employee spoke and asked if there was anything that they can do for you! I got what was needed and they practice all the rules when it comes to the pandemic! Local they are and a little bit more expensive but they acknowledge you when you come into the store! They may not have it all but customer service is PARAMOUNT to me! Good shopping experience!

I went in for one 10 ft section of gutter downspout spout. The gentleman found it for me and, for a nominal fee cut it to the length I actually needed. And carried it to my car. Wonderful service, wonderful people, great selection and good prices.

I'm new to the area, but I've heard high praise of Kovarik. Five different employees offered me help during my visit. It's not huge, like Lowe's, but it has a great selection, fair prices and excellent customer service.

My sis locked her key inside her apartment. We had a spare...but it fell down into the front seat frame behind the seat belt. We couldn't get it out. We went to Kovarik Hardware. Jason Kovarik took on the task, and finally got that little stinker out! He made our day! They made the copies and they all worked fine. Thanks, Jason! Got a problem? Go to Kovariks!

This is the best example of a family business (90+ years) of value and service with a smile. I came in to have a key made and my mower blade sharpened. No big deal right? I couldn't get either done at the big chains. I came in and a knowlegable man took my blade and lovely young lady my key. Both completeld within 10 minutes at a great price. I have been going there since Joe ran it on Clinton street and when you need something, including knowledgeable advice, they are the place to go.

Excellent customer service! I had a screen replaced recently and there was something wrong with the one they replaced which I didn’t realize until I got home so I brought it back and they immediately fixed it for me. I believe the employee’s name was Aaron and he did a great job! I recommend kovarik for screen repairs.

A wonderful old school hardware store that has everything. Local and family run. Fixed my lawn tractor, and had the hard to find stuff that the big box stores just fail on. Plenty of knowledgeable help. Check it out. A really cool place.

The best Family Owned Hardware Store in the area!!If you cannot find an old obsolete part, or 100 year old part for a radiator at Lowe's or Home Depot, rest assure, you will find it here!!Staff is extremely knowledgeable. The old guys there are the best source, with well over 100 years experience between any two of them.Best part is...You may even get home made cookies when you check out.
