Gayle and Justin at the Upper Front St CVS in BInghamton NY went above and beyond in order to help me resolve an issue I had with a defective diabetic sensor. They could have easily told me to come back in the morning when the customer service numbers were active, but they did not give up and ensured I could rest easy tonight knowing that my glucose levels would be monitored and if they were low I would be notified by the sensor. Great service from a 24 hour location. I go out of my way for the convenience of the 24 hour services and great customer care. Highly recommend!
