I had a pleasant experience visiting my local CVS. The associate at the front greeted me warmly and promptly assisted me with a product that was locked, even though they were busy with general closing tasks. What's more, the product was offered at a great price.

The pharmacist was incredibly disrespectful to me today. I have been on a couple of medications for years. I have been getting them filled here. They are prescribed by the same Doctor and she is aware of the potential interactions. I have been monitored for years. I tried to explain this to the pharmacist who threatened not to fill my medication. I asked if he wanted to call my Doctor and talk to her. He said "I already did and they don't believe me." I told him I was going to follow my Doctors recommendation who I have been seeing for years and knows my complete phyisical history. His response was "Well I'm a Doctor too and I don't want to have this argument with you."...I was incredibly hurt by this conversation. He was rude and condescending. I could tell from start to finish this conversation was all about the pharmacist "Doctor" and his ego. I was well aware of the interactions he was concerned about and my Doctor and I monitor my health closely. He is not a clinical practicing Doctor and in medicine sometimes the benefits outweigh the risks. He should have not take his insecurity out on me...a paying customer, who did not ask to be admonished and belittled by a "Doctor" while picking up my prescription. I am bewildered by this treatment and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I was waiting for about 15 minutes to speak to someone about transferring prescriptions, while a technician was on the phone in front of me. After about 15 minutes another employee came from the back just as another customer came to another window. I tried waving to the employee to let her know i was waiting, when the employee on the phone said to me "if you aren't picking up a prescription than you need to just stand there and wait!" 1. I was "just standing there" and waiting, 2. I didn't say a word to her, and 3. I don't think my expectation to be waited on was unacceptable.

Trying to transfer my prescription. It was a hassle and I spent the entire morning and afternoon dealing with the inconsistencies that exist within the CVS database/system.As a SWE myself, I must say that whoever were the developers of their current system certainly -- without a doubt -- need to be blacklisted until they go back to school.Originally, I was told to call the CVS location near my home, and was given a run around. But the second woman that picked up the phone was quite helpful in getting my prescription transferred over in a short amount of time. Will update the review accordingly as the situation unfolds.

I've been coming here for awhile. Usually, good staff. This time the staff person on, ignored me for about 5 minutes so I left my money on the counter. After I got out the door, she came out screaming. I was embarrassed because people who heard her were laughing. Bad example of a mature worker. I'm changing where I fill my prescriptions and shop for essentials. -Donna M.

Where do I begin? Just got home from another 1hr+ trip to CVS. Very rarely do I go there and they have everything ready (despite their app, and multiple texts notifying me otherwise). It's always "There was a problem with your insurance" or "We're out of stock on those" This after waiting in line forever...4 people behind the counter and only one of you know how to use a cash register?...Really?! Tonight I went there to pick up a prescription refill for my wife. She was notified that it was ready. Surprise, surprise, "Insurance won't fill that until the 16th" I then call my wife to let her know. She gets mad, calls down there, and magically now they are able to fill it. I go back in, wait another 1/2 hour, and finally get the meds she needs. The reason for the screw-up; they didn't read the instructions for the updated dosage and submitted the old prescription for refill. This isn't the first time, the second, or even the third time this has happened. It's something similar to this that happens every time I'm there. This will be the last time for me though. Tomorrow I'll be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere. Unless you have no other options, avoid this place like it's the plague! Unfortunately I can't go any lower than 1 star.TL:DR - Horrible service, incompetent employees, stay away.
