My mother told the woman sales rep that she wanted a stationary recliner, and not a swivel rocker recliner because of her legs and balance. The sales rep placed the order for a swivel rocker that we didn't want. We didn't realize until it was delivered. Also is not a matching color to the couch. Order SPN1MCC85PKZ3900K2 clerk C3897R. Will not be returning to shop at this store.

The only reason they get a 5 star review is because it’s not for the store. It’s for an employee by the name of Sedlick. A VERRRY POLITE African American gentleman. When we walked into big lots. There were 2-3 employees. One on the register and 2 on the floor. The gentleman that Sedlick was working with, paid no attention whatsoever to us. I said I had a question. The Caucasian man looked at me and went back to standing there looking at something. When we walked into the store. Sedlick came right over to us and asked if we needed help finding anything. At the time we said no. Just looking. He said. Ok well if you need anything. I’ll be right over here. We thanked him and went on our way to continue to look around. When we did have a question. Because the Caucasian man didn’t bother to step up and help me because I didn’t see Sedlick at the moment. I went looking for him. Because I was comfortable asking him for help. Thank you young man for your kindness. We will continue to shop there as long as they keep Sedlick AND give him a raise. He deserves a good raise. His customer service is outstanding. Thank you again Sedlick. We appreciate you.

Bought a bed last week and got it delivered. The quality is amazing for the price i paid. Went back for a comforter set and found a really nice one for only $30! Anywhere else you go it would be a minimum of $50 for the set i got. The customer service is excellent as well! Super friendly and pleasantly helped me several times . On each visit i dealt with different employees and every single one was great. For the prices, quality, and customer service Binghamton and Vestal big lots is the place to go for household needs!!!!

Over the years had bought an electric fireplace, bedding, slippers, gardening supplies, seasonal items, plastic storage boxes, clothing, (primarily) for somebody near and dear. She actually worked atBig Lots for years in Arizona. Victoria is terrific each time I visit and greets you and is consistently approachable. Daily email ads, with e-coupons make substantial difference for Big Lots' abundance of promotions. Well organized here.

I haven't been in Big Lots in years but I see they have stepped their game up offering affordable furniture and today only it was 20% off of your total way to go! Glad to see that somebody is out there looking out for the working people! There were sales associates there who actually offered to help which was a plus! Nice and clean as well, I will be checking them out again for sure! If you have read any of my reviews you can see I hate when the customers are made to wait for lack of having enough cashiers working but there was a nice crowd and guess what checking out was fast and that is always a plus!

It was a clean and peaceful walk through . The shelves are displayed in a different comforting safe floor plan . The pet toys and harnesses were inspiring. Their card for Big deals is an easy and packed retail customer dream come true.The staff are young and adventurous with great companionship for each other .

Amazing selection of electronics and home products available at incredible prices to design your home in a very nice way. It is spacious and pretty organized. A few things were hard to find but associates helped me right away find what I needed from then that was great. 5 star discount store.

Cashier zoe was very friendly efficient and knowledgeable. She greeted everyone that came thru the door while cashing out customers. There was a long line (about 4 of us customers) and my wait was less than 2 minutes to check out and head out the door! She even answered question add to where the item was from a passerby.

I love Big Lots. They always have great collections for decorating your home, great buys on linens and a variety of food, storage and many other things. I always check the pet isle because I have 2 small dogs at home. Great choices.

The staff are really knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Things have changed in this establishment recently. Different workers who aren't as efficient or knowledgeable. Prices have gone up. It used to be my "go to" store. It's not worth the drive there anymore. Bring back the old Big Lots! What happened?

The Binghamton location used to be my favorite spot but there is a new manager now who is beyond belief snotty and highly disrespectful I went in to buy a living room suite and while I was talking my mask kept moving down mind you I was over 6 ft away from the man more like 25 ft away so I would ask a question pull mask back up etc you know...so the next question before I get 3 words in he says you need your mask on I'm like dude I have it on it rides down while I speak so I pull it up no biggie 3 words back into it mam I said you need your mask on...I say yes I know and I know you see that it rides down while I'm talking...so I just told him he was ridiculous and I left with my grand still in my pocket and that store losing a regular customer who spends a ton of money in that store. If you love big lots go to the Endicott store they still treat customers great!

Big lot has good price but once you black they follow you around the store. If you in an isle searching for something instead of helping they come in the isle trying to fix item and as soon as you walk away they stop working. Very frustrating.

Big lots isn't the store it once was. When it was in the Bi ghamton plaza, the floors were like a roller coaster, but at least they had an amazing inventory, especially things from Pier One. My most recent visit did not produce the same results and the inventory was really lacking.
