I had a vegan breakfast, my hubby an egg and sausage on a bun, he ordered a cold brew and I had a latte with pistachio flavor which I didn't like. We ordered via drive-through. Went back and I asked if I could get something different, they didn't even hesitate and got me a lavender latte instead. That is customer care 💜 Love their food and coffee selections. Delicious! Much better than any of the bug chains like DD, especially the portions.

Best. Bagel. Of my life.For the most part I’ll eat a bagel from anywhere. But it’s pretty rare to encounter just one perfect bagel let alone a 1/2 dozen. My mom brought 6 plain bagels from Batch and as soon as I saw them my mouth began to water. It’s everything I look for at first glance: wide, no visible hole in the center, crunchy outside and soft in the middle. To me this is exactly what a bagel should be. Not a skinny ten speed bicycle tire but an adult sized snow tube. I toasted in my toaster oven which again, imo, is the only way to toast a bagel properly, slapped on the Philly cream cheese and was blown away. Even if you’re a Brooklyn bagel snob, you’ll find ZERO complaints from this. It’s an absolute 10/10 and I wouldn’t be surprised if they start selling out once the word travels.

Great local place for all your coffee needs. It was great to see the workings of the process. Tasty signature drinks and a really cool vibe that embodies what a coffee house should be. Outdoor seating, pet friendly & the food was hot & tasty. Honestly, the only lack luster part for me was the plain bathroom. I think bringing the colors into would tie it up nicely.Parking: Also has a drive through

Nice to have delicious coffee so close to home. Tried lunch for the first time this past week. I had a cheeseburger and fries and my wife had a California salad. The food was really good too. I thought the burger could use a little salt and pepper, but I ordered it without the caramelized onion, so that may have changed the flavor profile a bit. The fries were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned and the salad was flavorful and a lot of food.

The bagel sandwich was delicious. From the first bite to the last, it was moist, and I could really tell it was homemade. The medium roast coffee has great flavor and undertones. The difference of freshly roasted beans can be tasted in every sip. The maple latte is not too sweet or bold, very balanced. The staff greeted me with a warm smile on their faces, and the ambiance is warm and clean. I could tell by the patrons that were there that it makes a great place to meet up and stay a while. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a delicious cup of coffee ranging from a plain drip to the care that goes into an artisnal drink to stop in. I don't know if you will find a better bagel in the area.

I wasn't impressed with my first visit. I expected a full robust full body dark roast and the coffee tasted thin and weak with little flavor. I asked about the origin of the coffee and the clerk seemed confused by the question and told me light, medium and dark. The cinnamon roll was loaded with a brown sugar mixture and frosting and overly sweet with not much cinnamon.The roll was doughy and tasted microwaved.

I must say their customer service is way above average. This company seems to lead in innovation compared to many chains in the area, but I definitely put them in a less than easy experience tonight. I showed up literally minutes before closing, and any other place would have turned me away for making hot food when the kitchen was obviously closed. With some consensus they made the exception , and me and my son are VERY grateful :+) I believe the manager handed us the food with a smile on her face. The fact that i left with a smile on my face as well shows that there is still hope for humanity thanks to people like those at Batch. I also never leave reviews, but that is how different this place is..ESPECIALLY for this town in the middle of winter.. Thanks again guys <3

The coffee & specialty coffees are so very good. Love the design on top. Desserts are decadent, delicious. Although their bagels & cream cheese are good, Breakfast sandwiches & wraps are in my opinion below average. Tastes like eggs were made, frozen, heated and placed on top of a wrap or bagel with other bland ingredients cheese etc., kind of blah. I’ve had 3 different breakfasts, I’ve not been fond of. Not very many choices are offered. I think Batch would do much better grilling fresh eggs, fresh ingredients, and adding a better selection of cheeses, including American Cheese, to top their breakfast specialty offerings. Let the customer choose the cheese, or meats etc. Hopefully in time, this will be addressed. In the meantime, because I love their coffee, I will continue to buy my Latte, bagel & cream cheese, and pounds of Batch Coffee beans at Batch

This coffee shop has pretty much everything you could want from a coffee shop! ☕️I got a brown sugar cinammon iced latte and a grilled chicken wrap. Both were super delicious! I love that there's so much natural light ☀️ The decor is really cute and cozy and I love that you can see outside, too. Most importantly, every single table has outlet access 😍

An absolutely fantastic place to grab a late and see a local coffee roaster. The have some yummy pastries, coffee treats, and bags of roasted coffee. Looking forward to seeing what new things they create as time goes on.

Batch Coffee boasts an impressive ambiance with its beautiful décor and outdoor seating. However, my experience was dampened by the underwhelming smash burger. The taste and texture of the burger reminded me of dollar tree burgers that you would microwave at home - plastic and bland. Not only was the burger cold and tasteless, but it also lacked the defining characteristics of a classic smash burger. It seemed like a frozen patty that was hastily prepared in the microwave. I was left wondering why they didn't use the beer tree burgers, which are known for their delicious taste. Overall, while the setting is attractive, the subpar quality of the burger was a letdown.

Went for the soft opening and the line was long but they kept it moving quickly. Was disappointed that they didn't have a dark drip ready to go but the light brew was very tasty. Super nice service, looking forward to trying the food as well.EDIT: The interior BADLY needs sound dampening.

We go here almost every time we come into the Binghamton area to get coffees and snacks. I absolutely love it! Affordable, good vibe, and good coffee/food. We like the ciabatta sandwich for breakfast. We usually do the drive through but have done seating inside before. Seating outside is a little close to the drive through but still available if you prefer it.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast and lunch

I recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt for a truly wonderful coffee shop and I have found my spot at Batch. They have unique flavor combinations, the chocolate orange latte sucked me in. They roast their own coffee right on the premises and you can definitely tell the difference. There's a small food menu from breakfast to lunch to freshly made baked goods. I've been here a few times and their house made bagels are the BEST! Every employee I've come in contact with has been so friendly and pleasant which just puts the cherry on top of the whole Batch Coffee experience.Parking: Plenty of spots
