Okay, so I am aware that hiring folks is difficult. And there's a lot of newbies out in this world. Have patience folks. But one thing I do not tolerate is a DM (district manager or whatever Dandy calls 'em) talk smack about an employee in earshot of customers. I'd rate this a zero star if based on the DM wisecracks.And let me add to the owners response of Sheesh... I know of 3 gas stations within a 14 mile radius that provide fueling even when the establishment is closed. If you as an owner, are answering with Sheesh, you are totally unaware of competition.

One window washer squeegee across all those gas pumps? I had to wander around trying to find one. It was propped up on one pump and I found washer fluid at another. This isn't supposed to be optional at a place like Dandy.In addition, the last few times I've gotten gas the pump is out of receipt paper and tells me to go inside. That is a pet peeve of mine - I get that it happens once in a while, but it has become a habit here. I don't want to wait in line for a receipt.I've been a regular customer for years, but it has gone downhill. They will be low on my list of places to gas up going forward.

The guy working today was very helpful and cool. but the lady was very rude and irritated by me for some reason... Restrooms are filthy so are the store floors and shelf's and they don't have a microwave I was told by her because it's illegal

Bad experience one half of a sheet pizza had thin layer of tomatoe sauce no meatsauce or chees or anything Nd not done. Was suposed to have meatsauce 1 half cheese on other half. Real dent in our birthday party. Everyone has a bad day but just want you to know about this

Whats the point of having a gas station that cant serve gas? I arrived around 11:30pm (after hours) for fule and the pumps were shut off. I intended to run my card to fule up and couldn't. They're one of 3 other gas stations getting a 1 star review. If i could give zero, i would. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The worst subway I have ever had, They don’t put it on the oven to heat up and was cold and the bread soggy! Thank God I live 5 hours away and I don’t have to use this location never again!

Went to use the facilities before eating and the room is absolutely disgusting, from toilet to the sink. I would hate to think the employees use these than prepare food. Coated in bodily secretions.

Coming home from Canada, we were exhausted, hungry and had to use facilities badly. The guys were so sweet and helpful. The cashier was wonderful and Bobby in charge of the subway counter, made the best damn sandwich a hungry girl could ask for. 5 stars. Bobby- you're master sandwich maker.

Dandy’s are usually great convenience stores. The bathrooms are clean and the food is above average for a quick stop store. I’ve been to this one twice and although the store itself is the same as most of them, this one never has supplies to clean your windows. If there is even a squeezie available, the well is dry. Which is not a mark on the company, but the employees at this particular store.UNCLE GERRY’S TIP: There are a few much better Dandy’s in Horseheads so I’d skip this one if you can.

Got some 2 hour old pizza. Wow!!.. Anything after an hour grows bacteria. Couldnt warm up or eat it was disgus ing.Dont serve OLD pizza; VERY UNHEALTHY DANDY!!!

From personal experience always helpful and awsome to customers and they always do their best to help the needs of their customers to the best of their ability even if they sell out of stock because they have so many people run by they will recommend ethier another product or a nearby location that has it, plus the foods always fresh and they will never sell bad food
