Went here today to pick up some fox farm soil. Pricing is excellent, and so is the customer service. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable, and even gave me some growing pointers. I also signed up for their membership program while I was there. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone. When you go there just know that the entrance is on the other side of their loading dock area. It’s easy to miss… but its definitely there.

Best shop on long Island hands down! If you live in the 5 boroughs, it is so worth the trip to them. The knowledge, the selection, and the service. Let alone the great pricing. If you have any hydroponics needs, this is the place.

I can not express how amazing LI Hydro is. I called on a Sunday about an item I was looking for and although they carry it they were out of stock. The very next day they called me back to give an exact date of when it would be in stock. Naturally I had to go in person to check out the store with customer service like that. First and foremost I love that they don't try to push anything on you - it's not all about the sale. I was so fortunate to meet Adam who educated me and was so patient with my million and one questions. I walked out more confident in my growing abilities. I highly recommend LI Hydro

I love this store. My first time in, Adam spent almost an hour walking me through the store and educating me on growing while never pressuring me to buy anything. I took Adam’s advice and stocked up on items he recommended and I am now finishing up my first successful grow after failing numerous times prior to coming in. I have been back to the store numerous times now and have always gotten unbelievable customer service, great conversation, and invaluable advice. I couldn’t have done it without the team at LIHYDRO.

Great experience shopping for the upcoming gardening season here! Amazon has been my easy go-to for everything from soil to nutrients, but the prices here are comparable, and you get guidance from people who know what they're talking about. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the dog running around is awesome.

This Grow store is overpriced. The need to get with the times and price match. They even charge customers to be apart of some type of loyalty discount program to get a % off your purchase in store. This is a horrible way to do business in an industry, were growers are exiting left and right from the industry. They need to price match. As you can get multiple products they carry shipped from grow stores out of state for a better price including shipping.

This is a super legit Hydro store. Staff was incredibly helpful, they have a ton of stuff (all reputable). Staff was thorough in explaining products, no salesmen just a discussion on what was needed with recommendations. I really enjoyed my visit and I won't be going anywhere else.

Stopped in for what I thought would be a quick visit. Spent over and hour with Ryan. What a dude. What a store. Such knowledge and you can tell he cares about the craft. If you want to support local businesses- this should be one of them.

I was surprised to find this place as it was tucked back in the Grumman Complex. However the store was clean, well stocked and very organized. I went in to see what they sold but the employee behind the counter (Tina) was extremely knowledgeable about what they sold and more importantly what (I didn't know) I needed. The store had a lot of options and would be the perfect spot to start for anyone looking to get into hydroponics. I resigned myself that I was paying a little more for stuff than if I ordered online but was happy to support a local business. Much to my surprise they were actually cheaper than Amazon (by a bit too). I'm looking forward to going back soon.

I can't say enough about this warehouse/store. The employees are so helpful & were able to answer every question, all led by a great owner that was such a pleasure to meet and speak with, Ryan. They sell everything that has to do with hydroponic, indoor and outdoor growing such as seeds, dirt, LED lights, indoor growing tents, irrigation systems, fertilizers, EVERYTHING you need for indoor growing. I appreciate you guys helping me today!!!!

Very friendly and informative. They sell everything you need for hydroponic gardens and other gardening needs. They don't sell plants or seedlings 🌱 which is what I need and their main focus is cannabis. I grow different kinds of herbs, so not that helpful to me 😂
