This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. They barely acknowledge you standing to pick up the prescription. Staff is moody, not willing to help customers, the wait is ridiculously long. Yup!! Exactly!! Why should they care, they are there to punch their time card to make money. God forbid if they’ll go above and beyond to help their customers. It’s against their law.I mean, come one. For Gods sake, hire trained staff in customer service.

I've never been compelled to leave a review before, but my recent experience at this pharmacy was so frustrating that I felt it necessary to share. The service here is abysmal, with consistently long wait times and an understaffed team that clearly doesn't care about the customers.The wait times are nothing short of ridiculous, and it seems like the pharmacy is always understaffed. I don't understand why they can't manage their resources better to provide a more efficient service. The staff, when present, appear disinterested and indifferent to the needs of the customers.I've been to other pharmacies where the service is efficient, staff are attentive, and wait times are reasonable. Unfortunately, this pharmacy falls far short of those standards. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance their service quality.I strongly recommend looking for alternatives if you value your time and expect a basic level of customer service.

No changes needed. I observed that this store is well stocked. It was also quite refreshing to see someone my age at the counter. Long story short, they were friendly, receptive, well stocked, and extremely helpful. In my opinion this store gets a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Great job!

My visits are usually pleasant but this last visit on Friday March 8th was not! I encountered a Cashier name Jayeeta who was checking my items while talking with her coworker. A few times I'd to ask her to please pay attention to what she was doing. After looking over my receipt I noticed my coupons discounts weren't on my receipt. When I asked for a explanation she couldn't give me one, so I asked for a Manager. The Manager was cold & indifferent. After returning all my purchases & then attempted to repurchase them he discovered the coupons had expired. Now why couldn't the cashier tell me this?

Horrid experiences with this pharmacy on several occasions. Whether you are there at 125pm and they ignore you because lunch is at 130pm and then tell you to come back after 2:00pm or they don't have the drug that insurance approved and you have to drive 35 minutes out of your way to pick it up from another CVS Pharmacy and when they are supposed to be filling the remainder of the prescription they tell you that it's not their problem because they submitted it improperly as a refill instead of the remaining pills and they won't help you and they refer you back to your insurance company. Or they tell you your insurance doesn't pay for the drug and it's going to cost you $1,000 like it's something everybody can afford but then you pull up with the insurance company on speakerphone and the insurance company schools them on how to do their job and miraculously the insurance goes through. The best is that they actually hang up on you after they make the mistakes and they're rude to you. Customer service doesn't exist. And the wait time on the phone is approximately an average of 40 minutes at a time.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. An abundance of incompetence within the pharmacy staff. The wait times for either in store or drive through pharmacy Pick-up is ridiculous. The majority of the time prescriptions were called in hours before and it's still not ready. Every single time I attempt to pick up a prescription, they do not apply the insurance correctly and attempt to charge me the full price. I then have to wait around for 45 minutes for them to correct their mistake. I use the pharmacy because it is close to my house but I have to locate another pharmacy because of the pure aggravation associated with this CVS.

There was only ONE employee throughout the whole store.No one on the floor to assist with getting locked objects, or finding items.Only one person behind the counter and when asked where the rest of the staff was, he said there wasn’t. Possibly his manager (who was no where to be found).The line was soo long and senior citizens in distress due to the lack of assistance.Also, the one person working didn’t even know where the item I had in question was.Lack of service is disrespectful, especially to vulnerable persons in a pharmacy.Do better. This CVS is nearest to my job, I am never coming back. Will be going to the Walgreens down the road instead.

HIRE MORE PHARMACY STAFF! Phones need to be answered in less than one hour, perhaps a 15-minnute standard. Pharmacy software needs to accuratley portray when the RX is ready for pickup. I have been texted many times that my Rxs were ready for pickup & when I got to the store, they weren't ready & in some cases, the pharmacist didn't even know what RX had been ordered. Customers should not have to arrive needlessly & then wait on a long line & still NOT get the medicine they ordered. This is an absurd breakdown in process, staffing, incompetence & overall function. I will be switching my scripts to a mail-order pharmacy because it's just too difficult to deal woith CVS' continuous incomeptence on all levels. Moreover, other frustrated customers in the store yesterday, January 5, 2023, eched this exact sentiment--that they would switch toi another pharmacy. Five customers ready to pick up their RX were told on the drive-thru & at the pharmacy itself, that they would have to come back for their RX. Unacceptable! This has been going on for months, but the situation has gotten much worse.

This place is an absolute joke, and it just continues to get worse.Over the last few months, the pharmacy has gotten out of control.It takes days to get a prescription filled. My doctor called in an antibiotic and I was in an excruciating level of pain and they kept telling me it was delayed. Days later I went in to talk to them and was told my doctor ordered 2 bottles and they only had one and never ordered another, and ignored my phone calls so I wasn't aware. Were they going to just let me suffer? It seems like it. I was risking a kidney infection without medication, and they ended up sending me to another CVS to pick it up. Why wasn't another bottle ordered? Why didn't anyone inform me there was an issue?Fast forward to last night, my husband went to pick up a medication that was delivered from CVS Specialty pharmacy to them. They claimed they didn't have it, and it was canceled in January, yet we picked it up less than 2 months ago. I had the proof of it being delivered and the copay I paid for it, and they kept my husband waiting a half an hour to eventually find it, and admit they were looking for Dana Clayton...after he corrected them and said Clanton. It was in the specialty medication fridge where it always is. When he was there, he watched another person getting screwed over and she was visibly very upset and they didn't seem to care.Every single time we go, there's a problem. The line is outrageous, you can hear the phone announcing "5 people on hold", and there is zero respect from the employees. I've watched people get angry and argue and I've never understood it, and now I see why. The incompetence is unbearable. We have medications to survive and obviously it's not a concern for them. I'm switching and recommend others to do the same and save yourself the aggravation. This place is going downhill, fast.

Its just not a pharmacy shop, as you all would know. This shop hosts a lot of stuffs apart from medicine. You can find beautification products,laundry cleaners, frozen groceries and stuff which you can gift to your near ones.Best thing is that this shop is open 24 hours. There is very minimal wait at the medicine pick up counter.

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to.There was no customer service AT ALL.I was waiting at the consultation window for over 10 minutes.They just walked right by and pretended not seeing you.Will never step into this store again.No wonder their review score are so low. Now I know why.

Your pharmacy the past several months is worse than going to the DMV. Hire some competent people because it’s painful standing there for 20 minutes to be told your meds aren’t ready when they should be. You can’t even get in touch with anyone on the phone because they refuse to answer it.

This is not a review about the pharmacy staff but rather how corporate runs the pharmacy. Always understaffed and ALWAYS the most wait time. Over six hours for prescriptions to be ready is pure insanity when people are in pain and suffering. CVS should be ashamed. Will never fill another prescription here. Time to bring back more mom and pop pharmacies and support the ones that are still in business.

Hung the pharmacist is excellent. Went out of his way to help me with a prescription. Total package of true customer service! The cashier to the staff are working hard and presenting their best.service with a smile. Keep up the hard work.👍🏻

I came at night to do some shopping and to avoid crowds. Everything was easy to find and the store manager there that night was so nice!! I had trouble with some of my coupons and she went above and beyond to help me. I have used coupons at other retailers and sometimes am scrutinized over it by employees which can be embarrassing. This woman took her time to figure out what was going on with my transaction and helped me do it so I could save the most money possible. Personally, best customer service experience I had!On another note, I went the next day to pick up the Sunday newspaper and the cashier who was there was also extremely nice. I appreciate the customer service! Thanks guys!

The lady with pink hair was very rude and unhelpful when had an issue. She yelled at me when asking for help and said not her responsibility. That was the manager of the store it seemed but I’m not exactly sure. It was about 9pm. Another person has helped in the past when had an issue. This place has terrible customer service from that employee.

The Cashier, Dylan, makes me give this CVS a 5 star rating. Everytime, I come in Dylan is friendly, patient and helpful not only with me; but with other customers as well. The store has all the products set up in an organized ,neat, fashion as well.

The day manager or the lady incharge of Self Checkout machine should be fired asap. No etiquette. No customer service. She forgets that she is an employee of the store and not the owner of CVS worldwide. Their self checkout Machine doesn't have the option to delete an item or to even void a transaction. Give her anger management and customer service lessons. They have posters of various vaccines available but actually most of the vaccines are not available at their location.The pharmacy cashiers are clueless about the vaccines they themselves have posters of on their own walls.

I have always found the store to be very clean. The pharmacists are great and accommodating.I gave it 4 stars because their supplies are sometimes lacking and like all, CVS Stores, they are expensive.

If CVS tells you that they can fill half your prescription and you can get the other half later, don't believe them they're not allowed to do that. Unfortunately I had to find that out the hard way and the whole time I was being told that what happened to me is impossible, even though she has all the information right in her hand.

Omg, this place is dirty beyond dirty.When to buy hubba bubba gum and needed yo use the restroom. I was informed that it is located left of the pharmacy which is located in the back. Went to the men's room and was so grossed by what I walked into. This bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned in months. Check out the pictures. Poor management. #dirtycvs
