In the past, I've never had an issue. They were great with my dogs. I used to recommend them to everyone. I always saw the gentleman, not the woman vet. I was unaware of her employment there. Due to a recent visit that my stepson and his father had with their Rottie, I will absolutely never return with any of my dogs.They saw the female vet. That poor pup ended up with a bloody nose from being put in a headlock too tight, his nail cut too far back, and treated like he is some unruly vagrant. It took Conan several days to act normal after that. He was treated like some vicious creature. My son visits with his brother and stepfather often, and Conan has never once been nasty to either of my boys. His first time meeting me at the age he is now, not once has he been nasty.It disgusts me that poor boy was mishandled like he was, and my ex treated like he isn't caring for him properly. That dog is spoiled rotten, and he is healthy as healthy can be for a 6 month old Rottweiler.No thanks.If my Yorkie or German Shepherd were given a bloody nose from being choked out, and then said it must've been a seizure or they hit their heads...? I was treated like an imbecile...? I probably would have had charges put on me for it.Do not be a veterinarian if you're going to be that disgusting.My business is now lost, and I will be finding another vet.

First visit to this vet. Everyone was friendly and professional. Vet we dealt with took the time to explain everything. I would recommend them highly.

The people that work there are devoted and kind. They open the door if I am struggling with the pet carrier. The vet Dr. Lisa is very good with cats. If you have a cat that needs a vet I highly recommend you go there and have Dr. Lisa see your cat. Dr. Lisa is very knowledgeable and knows a lot of different ways of approaching issues and problems.I think the fees are about comparable to other vet places. My mother always took her animals here and I am continuing the tradition.I would recommend. Just don't do a no call no show for an appointment because they will change you $50.00. But call 25 hrs before and cancel if you need to. That does not charge you then.This place is a yes.

Took my 12 year old German shepherd here to be put to sleep and they were amazing, understanding, supportive, and made the whole horrible process a little better. Thank you for ever for putting my baby to rest the best possible way! RIP Piper

All of the staff were very friendly to me and sweet to my dog. There was no waiting. The Doctor was thorough. He made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns at the end of the visit. The price was reasonable and I didn't feel pressured to do more than I came for.

Prices are a little expensive, but they are probably like that every where else. Staff are very nice they greet you with a smile. They try to get you right in when your pet needs to be seen.

Dr. Lauren and the team at New Berlin have treated my little puppy hayes sooooo great! They have been helpful and informative with everything they were doing to him every visit. Unfortunately my wife is a traveling nurse and we will not be able to continue our care with them. If you have a little doggy or kitty cat, taking them to this vet, you will be in loving and caring hands. Thanks again for everything you guys have done for us. You are the best!!

Love it that they make suggestions but don't try and push anything on you and the dog. Left other veterinarian clinics because how pushy and insistent they were. Not so with the New Berlin Veterinary Clinic.

If I could give more stars I would!My car broke down in their parking lot when I brought my cat in to be spayed. My ride didn't come the next day when it came time to pick her up. My back up plan of having the tow truck driver bring her home also fell thru. That's when one of the staff offered to drive her home. I'm am beyond grateful to the staff who were so kind and understanding and went out of their way to assist me during a rough patch.

I recommend New Berlin vet to everyone!! The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable and the vet techs truly care and listen to every concern. The vets there take the time to get to know the animal and explain their diagnosis thoroughly and lay out the plan for treatment in basic steps. Never thought our puppy would be excited to go to the vet but she loves New Berlin Veterinary Clinic!

New Berlin Vet Clinic is by far the best vet in the area. They are loving, listen to their patients and compassionate to the animals. I will only bring my animals here and travel over an hour away for this vet clinic. The entire staff is phenomenal. Thank you so much for helping my Roxy and listening to us. We absolutely love you!

For some context, I've been going there just over two years now for standard check ups/vaccines for my cats.I called them first thing Monday morning because one of my cats had not been eating much over the weekend. I was told they weren't able to diagnose him over the phone, but they also weren't able to get him in until mid NEXT week.At that point I asked the employee to cancel my future appointments with the clinic while I search somewhere else to bring my cat. I was met with horrible attitude from a worker named Liz, and was hung up on.All I'm trying to do is make sure my cat is going to be ok, these people have no passion for animals or empathy. There are plenty of alternatives, trust me.

Very nice people. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Clipped my cat's toenails for me also. My cat received a rabies, distemper, exam, and a flea collar. Around $177.00 but I will get a 20 dollar rebate on collar. I was happy and overall my cat and I had a pleasant experience.

First time bringing my pup to this vet. Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They were so gentle and good with my dog, he is a senior Chihuahua and is quite fragile. The way they handled him was beyond my expectations! We had to have our 17yr old dog put to sleep.Called on a Saturday morning and they got us in by Noon. They were so kind and caring to help us with this difficult decision and made it a pleasant experience as best it could be. Very professional and understanding. I am beyond frustrated with this facility, 3 years ago I called them for a quote on flea treatment for my dogs, we wound up getting it online it was cheaper. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for treatment I never received or went to go pick up, so I called and asked them to correct this, they could check their inventory and cameras if they had them, I never came into the clinic and physically picked up any treatment. For about a year after that I had to play phone tag with a collections agency and this facility because they never corrected it. I stopped receiving bills so I thought they finally fixed it, I was told they did. I hopped on a credit app 3 years later to find out it still is not fixed, and for the past 2-3 months I’ve been struggling to get ahold of them so they can finally correct this AFTER they had reassured me that they already did years ago. Very disappointed because this is a nice vet clinic, hopefully they can get it together and fix what they need to fix.

It was the last day with my senior Dog. He was in terrible pain. I do not have a regular vet because of cost. New Berlin vets slipped us In to see what they could do. Finally, after a dozen calls to other veterinarians in the area to ask for help.New Berlin had sincere sympathy for our family and stopped our Pups pain. Although he is an angel now they have helped us deal with his loss.

My cat got injured somehow and I was there at 8 when they opened. Was told 500 because I had no appointment and he might have to be sedated. But someone would have to work through their lunch break.
