If I could give a zero I would. The drive through worker was SO rude for no reason.I ordered a small iced coffee half caffeine(because I’m pregnant)w 2 pumps of mocha and cream and the drive thru guy goes “how am I supposed to make a half caffeine coffee..” and i was like “half regular iced and half decaf iced” …. And he was like oh yeah so half caffI’m almost certain he just gave me full caffeine

Yesterday I ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and they forgot the cream cheese which I chalked up to a simple mistake. Today I ordered the same thing and mentioned to the cashier that yesterday I didn't get any cream cheese so it was a very boring bagel lol she smiled and apologized for the inconvenience. I get my bagel today and I'm on my way to work and sure enough no cream cheese again. The receipt explained I wanted cream cheese and somehow it was forgotten again. Two days in a row lol must be my luck

Hoping to get some coffee before our busy thanksgiving we were more than disappointed with what we received. We got four lattes and every single one of them didn’t have the right amount of espresso and some didn’t even have any. They tasted completely like sweetened milk. In the hot chocolate we got had chunks of powder in it. We were not even able to drink anything we got because it was so disgusting. Complete disaffiliated with the service.

No jelly munchkins. The glazed munchkins were dry and very little, if any, glaze. Blah. The croissant sandwich I had had very little bacon on it and again pretty blah. The sourdough sandwich my husband had, he said was good. We did not get any napkins. We did not go inside but this dunkin is in a gas station so the atmosphere was gas station atmosphere. The coffee was Excellent!

I am here 6 days a week and always order ahead with the app. My order is waiting for me when I arrive and the staff is always so friendly! Love the americano and caramel machiatto!

Unfortunately a very bad experience today - had to wait 28 minutes to receive 2 drinks and a donut, and one of the drink orders was completely wrong. Usually very patient and I fully expected to pull up and find only one person working and feel bad for them, turns out there were 3 people back there so I think knowing that and having to wait almost 30 minutes is very excessive, on top of the order being wrong. We also ordered a seasonal donut that I understand is very popular, but to be out by 800am seems a bit extreme as well - you would think they have enough supply to last through at least the early morning. Due to this we were late for a very important appointment that we had left in plenty of time for, even if the drive thru took longer than expected, but not 30 minutes. Very unfortunate experience that will probably lead us to going to a different Dunkin an equal amount of time away from us.

The Bergen Dunkin Donuts deserves a 0 Star review. There were 5 cars in front of us in line and it took 28 minutes to get our order. Things in our order were wrong and at that point couldn't be fixed because we were in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer. They're brownie batter donuts are delicious but they should know that they are in high demand and should have enough on hand not to run out by 8am every single day. Lastly they forgot to give us a straw. Might be the first negative review I've ever given.

Good food, good drinks. However, the drive thrus at the Brockport and Bergen locations have been terrible the last few times we've ordered. Forgot half of our order and the other half was out of stock. Not sure how you run out of plain bagels by 6AM on a Sunday, but twice now.

The slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a couple times to try it and see if it’s different but everytime I wait in the drive through I’m stuck in my car for 15+ minutes waiting for the line to move, no way to get out and turn around either.

If you're having a bad day and need a coffee, go see the ladies working at the Bergen Dunkin' Donuts. These women are the nicest food service workers I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Their sweet demeanor and positive attitude is contagious

They are always out of everything ! On top of that they take forever to make a drink I feel like if I were to order a water and there was no one around the would still take 15+ mins to make it. Don’t even bother to go in the morning if you expect a quick pick up and go.

I was having a HORRIBLE day. You see my dog recently got hit by a car (RIP Muffins you will be forever in my heart 💔) and on my way back from the funeral my BREAK LINE BLEW IN THE 7/11 PARKING LOT!!!!1! What a HORRIBLE week I was having. As I waited for the tow truck I noticed a Dunkin across the road. I figured a nice peach refresher with coconut milk (my FAVORITE DRINK EVER!!!!) would cheer me up. When I got to the Dunkin Donuts this very handsome dude named Elton asked me how my day was going. I BEGAN TO SOB. He was very nice and polite and handed me a napkin for me to wipe my tears on. He told me to "keep on truckin'" and told me I was a "total alpha rockstar who could get through anything". He made my day! I honestly don't know what I would've done without him. And the refresher was DELISHOUS!!!1!!! I would definitely visit there again!

I am now ordering my coffee 40 minutes in advance and they still can’t seem to pour an iced black coffee in that amount of time. I asked when I should place my order for it to be ready on my commute to work and I can’t seem to get an answer, so I’m not really sure what’s going on there.

I ordered two for $6 and a large coffee with extra sugar and cream on Sunday, August 15th, 2021, around 2:30 PM. A two-for-six deal comprises an egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich on a croissant or bagel. An employee named Julia, who did her best to understand my order, took my order. She became frustrated and told me to pull up to the window so she could take my order. The intercom was making an annoying buzzing noise, and I hope the owner will resolve the problem as soon as possible. It was not Julia that caused me not to return and file a complaint to corporate, but to the cook and the person who made my coffee. Three things made me angry:1. I waited for 25 minutes before taking my order with the buzzing speaker (I was the only person in attendance).2. My food was cold in the middle.3. The creamer in my coffee was spoiled.I spent $9.60 on something that made me feel sick! If I had not been running late for work, I would have returned my food and coffee for a full refund.

Do not go to this Dunkin'. I regulalry have to wait in the drive through for over 10 minutes and one morning was stuck waiting for almost half an hour. I'm going to have to go somewhere else for coffee because they're just so slow.

Okay.. now today I've had enough... I come here once a week and every week.. I pick up my son and we go here and have been coming here now maybe alittle over a year. I'm a very nice and friendly person.. and I own a auto repair business where customers service needs to be it's best and I can see getting frustrated and annoyed with being in retail. Every time I come, there is a lady who always yells at me through the intercom in the drive through and each time i come she seems to be even rude. Louder and less patient then before.. today was it though. I hadn't returned in a couple weeks because I just didn't feel like dealing with it first thing in the morning and my sons been upset when we dont. Today will be my last day coming here. Order is usually right, donuts seem hard and stale, but the customer service is on it's own level of terrible here. I feel like I've given this place way more chances then I should..

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited 10+ minutes in line, the associate was RUDE, didn’t say a single word to me. Not a hello, thank you, good day-NOTHING. I ordered 2 frosted donuts and they were frosted so poorly, I wish I could post the pictures here. My small coffee that I ordered light and sweet was PUMPED with syrup so thick on the bottom and looked like they made it with all milk...I didn’t even try to drink it. A waste of my time and $5
