I returned here with my family after 3 years. The place remains pleasant, with beautiful cool weather in the summer. The appetizers are very tasty. However, the fish tacos I ordered were disappointing since they were soaked in chipotle. Additionally, the Southwest rice bowl is not as good as it used to be. Nevertheless, this place still offers the opportunity to enjoy craft beer, along with a view of the river and sunset.

Stopped in after a day on the lake. Enjoyed this establishment very much!Granted we stuck with beers and appetizers but everything was very good. The beer selection was excellent! What made the trip extra special however was the staff. Specifically our sever Katie. She was so friendly and welcoming. Truly a gem and an asset to the Ellicottville brewery. Not sure when we will be back in the area but when we are we will definitely stop back to enjoy a full meal.

Very over priced food that was not even fit to eat. We had gouda mac and cheese that was not cooked well. We ate a few bites, it was horrible. The chicken on top was to be Nashville hot chicken, it was OK. But not hot like Nashville hot chicken. So we basically paid $25 for a piece of 4oz chicken. Three stars because the building was cute and it was nice view. The beer was decent.

I really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere. The view of the lake on the patio is really relaxing. The staff was friendly. I like their interesting beers and my wife had a Pina colada she enjoyed. Our food was okay, with some room for improvement. The water has an unpleasant taste...could use some filtering. Fries were not hot at all, like they make a bunch and stick them under a lamp and grab a scoop when they need some. Fish tacos were too bland for our taste, despite being listed as spicy. I liked the crunch of my fish fry and liked the tartar sauce.Overall, a good place to try on a trip to Bemus Point!

Great beer, so much closer than elicotville and it has a great summer crowd. Food is great and unique specials. The beet noodles were great, the rice bowl was very good as well. I love their seasonal beers. The grilled cheese n soup were a nice combination as well. Rice bowl was my favorite.

Food was cold and pretty mid for the prices and it wasn’t even that busy. Most of our party of 7 didn’t finish our meals. Checking out took longer than normal.

I ordered the grilled romaine salad and wow. It was so delicious. I didn't even need to order the chicken with it. There was a somkeyness to it and a perfect crunch. I'm surprised more restaurants don't do this. Great beer selection. Love the patio and so did my dog. Would definitely come back here. 1

Great place for lunch or dinner! Shorter hours on the off season but the atmosphere is still great! Really cool inside and out, great Halloween decorations. Very pricey however for small portions

Beautiful place with good food and drinks. The layout and decorations are very nicely done and the gardens are to die for. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating options. This place is trendy and a bit overpriced seeing you are across the street from the water and don’t get the best view. Also a bit commercialized for the otherwise mom and pop area if you are looking for small town charm. They check your temperature on a machine that scans your body heat on the way in. There is also a hand washing station outside complete with soap and paper towels. The workers are all wearing masks and I felt safe being there. We came for drinks and had the Pinot Grigio wine slushy and a beer. The wine slushy was very refreshing and delicious. We had to order food due to covid so our group chose the crispy chicken thighs and nachos. Both food items were tasty and a decent portion size for a hearty snack. Also to note some of the somewhat strange things we encountered:-Areas on the front patio are near sewage pipes. Our first table was placed here but we were fortunate enough to be able to move because it wasn’t super busy and there was an open table available. Regardless still gross!-Finally, we thought it was strange that we went to buy a gift card on the way out and they charge for the actual card on top of the amount you are gifting.

We had an entirely forgettable lunch here today. I ordered a draft beer and it happened that they were out of it and brought me a similar one in a bottle at room temperature with a glass of ice? What self-respecting brewery would do this? Was I actually expected to pour my beer into a glass of ice?The food took 40 minutes to arrive, which would be fine if it was good, it wasn't. My medium burger came out overcooked and dry. My mother-in-law's beef on weck was tough and chewy, and my husband's grilled chicken sandwich wasn't a grilled chicken breast but consisted of baked chicken pieces and actually had a stem end of a tomato. I have no issues paying reasonable prices for good food, but this was awful and a ripoff. I have no idea why it's so popular.

My husband and I visited for the first time on a Saturday of a holiday weekend for dinner. We were quoted “40 to 50 minutes but it will probably be faster.” They seated us in about 5 minutes so that was great! The table was dirty, no big deal, but the hostess was very apologetic and cleaned it quickly.I can’t have carbonated beverages due to health reasons so I ordered a margarita. It was a featured cocktail so even though this is a brewery I thought it would be good. It was the worst margarita I’ve ever had. I also had the French onion soup (fine) and Caesar salad (fine, dressing was great). The salad was incredibly expensive even for Chautauqua. It comes with whole pieces of uncut romaine so you can really see how overpriced it is. Three romaine leaves, 5 croutons and a side of dressing for $20. You can add protein for more money. Unbelievable. My husband had a quesadilla that he said was fine too. The service was okay.It was 90 degrees that day and they had no air conditioning on and only the front doors open so we ate quickly and left because it was so hot inside.

My husband and I were excited to try this place out for date night. Unfortunately we had a rough experience. It was pretty dark and crowded tables. We couldn’t hear each other talk well due to the noise of tables all around. We ordered drinks and an app. The app took quite a while and in the mean time had to ask twice for another drink. The app came and the beans and peppers on the nachos were dried out. We had barely began to eat them still when our entrees came out. My Mac and cheese was completely dried out and the fried chicken breading looked unappetizing. It seemed to have sat out maybe and became soggy with some sort of fatty grizzle on top. I did make mention of it and got the meal taken off the bill. It took quite some time to get the bill after a box for my husband’s food to go. We hadn’t been checked on but maybe three times during the roughly hour and a half we were there. We won’t be back to EBC. The price of everything didn’t seem correct for level of food and service given.

I love this place! Right on the water so the view is lovely. The food was delish and we love the beer flights! Our server, Kaitlyn, was wonderful. Bemus Point is such a cute town to walk around either before or after.

My family came the day after Labor Day. My niece ordered Mac and cheese for her 3 yo. My sister and I each got a chicken quesadilla. My little niece’s Mac and cheese came and looked exactly like the Kraft boxed kind. Her mom asked the waitress and she said the child’s Mac and cheese is Kraft. There was a side of apple sauce in a packet which was probably Mott’s. There is nothing wrong with either of these products but for $9, and in a restaurant it’s awful. The quesadilla’s had ground chicken in them. I never had a quesadilla with anything but real chicken white meat. Next trip, I’ll go across the street to “14Main”. Great food there

Was busy and a little loud. But food was good. Glad that they had boosters and highchairs, but was surprised that they didn't have a kids menu (there were lots of other little kids there)

Very nice up scale restaurant. Not the kind of place for a simple hamburger and fries, they will if you want but cater to a more elaborate meal. They will bend over backwards to make sure you have a good time. Sit outside for a beautiful view. Prepare for a long wait to be sitted, very popular place.

We’ve been to the Ellicottville location and really enjoyed it, so we were pretty sure the Bemus Point location would not disappoint, and it did not! We sat on the side outdoor patio so our pup could join us. I had the grilled chicken caprese with pesto and glazed balsamic in naan bread. It was quite yummy. My wife had the Fountain Cheeseburger, which was amazing (I had a bite)! It was covered in a fountain of beer cheese with French fries and onion rings out the top. We especially enjoyed her side fried pickle spears. She had the Foggy on draft, which she loved. Highly recommend this place.

Changing my review to a 1 star because of how terrible the owners response was.Original review was 3 stars and commending them on great beer and atmosphere but service could’ve been better. Apparently the owner leads by example as being just as bad. Would’ve definitely returned before the owner response but now I will make sure I tell everyone not to support them. You all should learn some customer service skills:)

My husband received a gift card for his birthday, so we decided to try this place out. Loved the atmosphere. Cool bar with a lot of seating without feeling like you are elbow to elbow. Music may seem loud to some, but we loved it and it was our genre. I ordered the pub burger and my husband ordered the beef on a week. Honestly, a burger is a burger anymore so it was ok. My husband said his beef on a week melted in his mouth. Fries were ok. Not many choices in sides. He tried a few microbrews and really liked the pineapple upside down shake. He wanted to buy some to take home, but they were out. I had a decent glass of cabernet. Prices are pretty high. Pretzel appetizer (cheese was good), two dinners, one glass of wine and two beers was $88. Our server was awesome. It has been some time since we have had such a good server in a restaurant. Her name was Allison and she was attentive without being pushy and had her timing down.Parking: If there are no slots in the lot, you will need to park on th street. Street parking is very limited.

Every beer we tried was trash. Their beers taste like a trust-fund baby wanted to make beer for wannabe beer drinkers who don't know what good beer is. The food absolutely sucked. Overcooked fish, bland and boring side dishes, and the appetizers looked like they were those frozen TGIFridays apps that were prepped by a first-time line cook. Literally dozens of bees. My father in law got stung at our table INSIDE. Go anywhere else for better food and beer. The waitress was nice. Good luck finding parking.
