Hoping it was just a fluke in general or over stressed. She was very rude upon setting up and appointment. Which I can understand to a degree with people making appointments then canceling or not showing up. I have never taken my dogs to a groomer so had questions which were rudly answered like I was a moron. Then show up on the day of appointment and no one was there. Reached out She had a family emergency which is understandable taking care of family first. It was all in all a horrible experience.

Stopped by for the first time today enquiring about grooming of my White West Highland Terrier. She came outside to meet my dog. We discussed what we need to do to prepare for his appointment in October. A pleasant attitude and knowledge of pet care was greatly appreciated. Can't wait to return!

I tooky 2 young German shepherds to Caroline at E&C! Parlor for grooming. Ever since they were finished they have been so mellow and happy. She even was able to cut their nails which I have struggled with. Truly they had top spa treatment. They are so happy and calm. She is truly a dog whisperer! I'm excited to bring them for grooming always! Thank you so much!

We went on vacation to Florida for a week and our dog O.P. was one of the few things we didn't worry about while we were away. The atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. The kennels were very clean. We were sent pictures of O.P. playing with the other dogs everyday. I think he had just a good of time on his vacation as we did on ours. This is now our go to kennel service.
