This was my second time staying here. The first time was in the fall of 2023. At that time the staff was short handed but courteous. My room was clean and comfortable. This time they were fully staffed and again all of the staff that I came in contact was courteous. However, I was given a room next to the guest laundry that was quite noisy. When I asked for a different room, I was accomodated with a smile. Again my room was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I'll just ask for a room away from the laundry. :)

Very unprofessional staff and General Manger Dominique LaRosa. Kids screaming running around all times during the night. The hot water in the hotel took 20 minutes to get hot. The front desk said they know of the problem. They don't warn guests before issuing them a room. Front desk agent thought that it was funny smiling and laughing while I'm telling him my issues. Telling me that it only takes 4 minutes for the water to get hot. So again you know there's a issue don't warn guests about it. Dominique didn't do about it. No money off or anything claiming she couldn't do anything because I booked via third party. Room 302 dirty. They didn' patch work on ceiling in the room and only painted the affected area because you can clearly see that there's two different types of paint on the ceiling. Couch stained and dirty. Hotel definitely needs to learn attention to detail and customer service because they lacking in those areas. DON'T STAY HERE

I was in town for a funeral, desired to stay close to my family in Long Island. Found a bed bug in our room, they switch our room immediately. I throughly checked second room with maintenance man. While I was showering, the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated due to a fire on the ground level. The hotel smelled like smoke the remaining time we were there. In speaking with the front desk, I was told we received triple Marriott points which would equate to a free night that could be used at any Marriott, that NEVER happened.

Our visit to NY couldn't have been as nice as it was if not for the kindness and cleanliness of this terrific hotel. Super pleasant experience. Great breakfast and beautifully laid out room design and a perfect location. In the heart of a wonderful place that is Long Island.Rooms: ImmaculateNearby activities: PlentySafety: 100%

I appreciate the staff here SO much! Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. In particular, Amanda really went above and beyond. I left one of my AirPods in my hotel room and she did everything it took to get it back to me! Even though UPS messed up the pick up multiple times, she never forgot about me. It was her first week on the job too! That's real service

Old, dirty rugs everywhere, rooms, halls, stares. Dropped food, coffee etc.Of course, it has the shower in a separate room from the toilet, and a damp rugged floor between.Bring slippers if your concerned about foot fungus. It was quiet, the cereal was good and the window opened, and that is why the rating is so good.

I’m giving this place four stars because of the treatment My Wife and I received from the staff. They were awesome, all night, and even into the morning. The suite was on the first floor, and it was pretty sizable and clean. Peking was easily obtained, and it’s location is pretty secluded, yet right off Sunrise Highway. Give this place a stay if you need a quick spot or if you want a place to hang ten while exploring the island!

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay here. We enjoyed the rooms size and seating area. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We loved the outdoor space at the hotel and spent time there for happy hour and playing games. Breakfast is basic but adequate and they kept it stocked till the end. There is no housekeeping service at this hotel, website says every other day and front desk attendant said every third day, we stayed five nights in two rooms and did not get service despite leaving our do not disturb sign off as instructed. Be prepared to take out your own garbage and request towels and toilet paper if needed. We did enjoy the split bathroom, and the crisp white linens felt very clean and comfortable and everything was very clean upon check in. Hallways are not air conditioned, and since thermostat is on hallway wall and ac unit is on the opposite side of the room it runs nonstop. we had to control it manually to avoid freezing in the room. Staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. Being a Bonvoy member afforded us late check out, which worked out perfect for the timing of our flight. Make sure you have a car or plan to Uber, nothing within walking distance here. no pool, but they had removed that from website before we arrived. Hotel photos are a pretty good representation, and the rooms and common spaces are in pretty good shape.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and the split bathroom is great so someone can shower without blocking the toilet. We enjoyed having a seating area in the room as we were traveling with another family. Fridge and microwave was convenient.Nearby activities: Nothing nearby, you will need a car or Uber to everything. Ubers are easily accessible and not a long ride to stuff to do.Walkability: Closest grocery store and restaurants about an 18 minute walk. Sidewalks all around despite being mostly an industrial area.Food & drinks: Breakfast is basic but adequate, they have a little market place in the lobby with some drinks ,snacks ,microwave food and necessities that are not to outrageously priced.

Stayed here on business travel. The hotel was fine for that - I think the rooms could use some updating and a deep clean. Couch in the room had multiple stains and the door gaurd/lock was barely hanging on the door. One of the two elevators were out of service for the entire trip. The front desk clerks would disappear for long periods of time. I am sure they were busy as there didn't appear to be many people working there, so I'm guessing they were covering guest requests. Otherwise they were very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good with decent variety. Location is good in a safe area. Really good restaurants nearby in Patchogue and other nearby towns.Would probably stay here again. Decent, affordable hotel that needs a little TLC.

Ok bed, separate roomy shower, and most importantly cleaner Than most. Friendly and welcoming staff (Amanda) as well. Would recommend. One of the nicer Hotels in the area.Edit: 2/22/24-Stayed her 2 Days. The 2nd Day I asked the housekeeper for a new set of towels. I didn’t need a face towel just the standard 3 body towels. She gave me 1 and said she’d be back. She never came back nor told the front desk I needed towels. She also had ME put My dirty towels In Her cart. Do I now work here? WHY am I the customer doing That for Her? Every time I come here the customer service gets worse and worse. I will be making a phone call to the corporate office. Was a loyal customer. After that I will take my business elsewhere. No more chances. I blame Management.Rooms: Mattresses are old and need to be changed. I expect better for a Marriott. And Why are the showers so small? Me not ever coming back here means nothing to them however if you haven’t updated mattresses in over 5 Years or more Than That tells Me they’re facing a financial hardship or that their customers aren’t that important to them. Shame on you Marriott.

👍 The most brightly lit hotel room I have ever had. Reading and composing was so much better during my stay.❤️❤️❤️ I very much enjoyed the free hot breakfast buffet. Excellent biscuits, great blackberry compote, vegetarian sausage (heart friendly and delicious), three cheese egg soufflé muffins …. So much better than the hot breakfast choices at other Marriott brand hotels I have stayed at.Mediterranean cooking involves never combining fats and carbs in the same meal. One or the other.Proteins and fat choices available. Separate from carbs and veggie choices.Chef did an excellent job of providing healthy delicious choices.Very safe feeling throughout this area. No homeless seen anywhere. NOT having human body stench lingering on walkways in villages has been noticeable. The school systems and parents are doing something right to prevent homelessness. There are no ocean views from the hotel. Trees on the South, and industrial buildings mixed with trees on the North side. However, the central location is great to explore from.‼️ Drive the posted Speed Limits, police are very active here.Centrally located on Long Island, we drove to Montauk Point and lighthouse. The Atlantic Ocean is calming; see attached video. There is quite a bit of upscale 1930s style architecture on Long Island.Patchogue city is nearby and is a nice town full of restaurants and a few coffee shops.Recommended local restaurant:Lindo Mexico, Mexican restaurant58 S Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772Lindo Mexico restaurant had a very good vegetarian option. Vegetarian corn and jalapeño Tamales, and their Vegetarian burritoMixing bites of tamales with forked bites of burrito was very delicious. The table green sauce (not spicy) was good, and I used 1/2 a bottle on my meal. I also used a lesser amount of the table hot sauce, also better than usually found in a restaurant. The Tamarind soda was a welcome new flavor experience for me.My stay here continues to be enjoyable.

Everything about this was horrible. Two nights in a row an alarm sounded keeping us up all night multiple times at one point, having to wait in our car because of how loud it was. I called the front desk and spoke to an associate named John, who assured me that I would have a refund and then when I continue to expressed my concerns, he ended up hanging up the phone on me when I called back in the morning as I was told to do to speak with the manager Dominique she told me three different stories as to why the alarms were sounding and told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do to accommodate my current stay or future stay, at one point, she said to contact corporate as I had threatened to do due to the client service that I received. Outside doors that required keys to get inside the hotel were left open the elevators were no longer working which I was told was due to safety reasons, and then told it was a hydraulic issue , my shower was absolutely freezing in my room had a horrible smell to it unless the AC was left on at the lowest temperature resulting in a very uncomfortable cold stay. The service that I received at this hotel was absolutely horrendous.

I was here for 3 weeks for work. The service brings the overall rating to 4 stars: the front desk staff (John, Thomas and Justin) were all outstanding. The carpets are a bit worn, as are the AC units, but everything works. Housekeeping keeps things very clean inside the rooms, but make sure you request service on days you want it. Cleanliness in common areas could be improved: elevators, hallways, etc. My microwave had not been cleaned either. There was no room for a bedside table on one side in my king room. The bed was comfortable, though. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was good, but lacked variety day-to-day.Long-term stay issues included lack of laundry facilities for the time being (I understand you can have them do it for a fee, but I just went to a local laundromat), no freezer section in the mini-fridge (they'll label and store stuff for you if you ask.)Overall, the stay was above average because of the staff. The people really do make the difference. I enjoyed the separate "office" area in the room, and the throne room was unique.

Very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. Our room had a few minor issues like a crack in the shower floor that looked like it was filled in but not well enough as it was pretty noticeable, and there was a light that wasn't working but that wasn't a huge deal, mainly just wear-and-tear stuff. I would stay here again if I ever go back to the area. The location was pretty convenient.

Room is spacious and set up in a fun way where the toilet is in a separate room than the shower. The bed is soft, the couch is stylish, there's a nice desk for computer and work related stuff. My only complaint so far. Is that the lack of lighting by the mirror makes it a little more difficult to shave.I'm not sure how long the pool has been out-of-service, but it looks like a fun place for kids. The gym is average sized.Walkability: This isn't the place to stay if you're looking to walk to neat places.

This hotel was a meager attempt to provide a mid-level accommodate at premier rates. The room was barely acceptable in terms of size, internal setup…not particularly comfortable or conveniently laid out. Strangely, toilet and shower were separate rooms. Very poor internet access. There was only one bedside table, not one for each side. Up an down the line things were obviously done, per design, on the cheap, Sound insulation between the room above and our room was pretty poor, and we had to hope the people above us would finally go to sleep and cease stomping around the room. The hotel also seemed to be okay with a bunch of really noisy people playing wiffle ball in the parking lot, hooting and hollering well after dark, on June 17th. Not a good experience, and one I would never repeat at this hotel….Would not recommend to anyone I liked. Oh, and they tack on a $40 “security fee”, without advising you first, though, to be fair, they say they will refund it if no damage. Oh, and the 2 night weekend rate was just under $600. Live and learn.Rooms: Designed to maximize profit, at the cost of providing a way sub-par middle-level accommodation. Seems to me to be more of a rip-off than a decent bang for the buck. I’m

Took a shower in the first room upon check in water leaking all over the floor, huge puddle. Assigned another room and the toilet doesn’t flush and the shower drain goes down very slowly. In the elevator a guest touched the railing and it fell off. This hotel appears online to look well put together but it’s not. It’s trash! It’s not worth the money at all. I’d never stay here again. What a disappointment!

Exceeded all expectations. Wonderful staff, incredible comped breakfast w/ like 20 items to choose from + juices, milk, even homemade waffles you press yourself! Great beds, extremely clean, separate walk in shower and sink / vanity from the bathroom, perfect desk, L-shaped couches, etc. I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that don't compare to this hotel. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I came here looking for a good clean place with walk in shower. Due to the fact that I needed a place to stay after my surgery. Not only was it a clean and comfortable, it included a good breakfast. The staff was amazing! And provided encouragement daily. They gave me a gift with a letter with encouraging words regarding my recovery. They went above and beyond and it really touched my heart and made me feel so good! Thank you
