My physician called in 3 med renewals on 12/12/22. On 12/15 my wife attempted to pick up rhe prescriptions and was told by pharmacy staff there were no prescriptions for me. I returned to the pharmacy several hours later and told the staff that the prescriptions were called in on 12/12. I was told the prescriptions were now being \"put in\" and would be ready in 3 hours. I returned the next day, 12/16, at 11 AM, and was told there were no prescriptions for me. I told the staff I had been there the previous day and was told they would be ready. She replied, \"Yeah, there were things they didn't get to yesterday.\" I told her I would return later. I went home and phoned the pharmacy to determine the status of the prescriptions. I was in the holding queue for 18 minutes and the call was disconnected. I have no confidence in the performance or competence of this pharmacy.

Everyone is nice and very helpful BUT this girl Shelly! She has horrible customer service la manners.this is the third time she treats me poorly. First she gave me a hard time when I went to check on my sons amount of medication which was wrong. He’s a baby and had pneumonia at the time. Her coworker was vey nice and able to accommodate my order. She doesn’t listen to the customers and you can see she is careless. Tonight she saw me on the drive thru and ignored me, meanwhile I could not go inside with my sick son. She had an attitude helping her coworker. I just don’t know why she still working with people. Be better SHELLY!

Went to visit CVS minute clinic last year for my DOT physical. Came again for a tick bite and Dwayne Blake helped me he is amazing!

I call cvs pharmacy to update my insurance last week and this gentleman told me to call back I call joe and this rude girl just keep saying no to me like she is paying my prescription.Please train well you customer service rep and that way we will know who te believe

As everybody knows, I basically live in this CVS. Everyone knows everyone, being that its in the Village, everyone is SUPER nice and their Pharmacy is excellent. Not a bad thing to say ever. Thank you!
