I placed an order online order through the app and long story short I was charged for my entire order that I did not receive. When I called the store for assistance the lady on the phone was rude and tried blaming the door dash driver when. It was the BJs staff who did my shopping. Double check your orders because they are liars and steal your money! This is not the 1st 2nd nor 3rd time this happened and I've been a loyal bjs customer for over 7 years . This is very disgusting unacceptable and not right. Bis staff need better and proper training and need to do better with customer service and taking peoples money and not providing the items.

Everytime I place an online order for delivery they charge me for all my items and when I get the items most of the orders are not there! They blame the door dash driver when it's the BJs staff who did the shopping. They suck and need to get it together over there. Do better training and not rip shopper's off! Very unacceptable! Get it together BJs!

Very disappointed. Small inventory. Other BJs carry all I need anytime but this store. Also, this store is very disorganized. They shoud take example from Riverhead BJs. Clean and organized.Update: 03/16/20. No water, No meat products, No vegetables or fruits, and no tissue paper towels or toilet paper.Update:01/30/21. Removing last star. Line to register is all the way to freezer. Noone keeps 6ft distance.

BJ's is well stocked with many items. You need to check the price above the item. Some have a different item under it. The checkout process is simple. They seem to take their time checking your receipt at the exit. If they worry about theft, they should have checkouts with cashiers only. There is plenty of parking. The cart area outside definitely needs to be cleaned (see picture). The manager should walk the parking lot to see for themselves.

Went here yesterday at close to 11am. I understand how busy it was since its Saturday but your staff Laura acted so irritated since the computer asked for some assistance as we did the purchase thru self check out and asking for an Id for the hard seltzer, came to us with straight face and bad energy, and next thing we scanned is the Ridge chips without knowing that it must be 2 bag of chips to purchase, then she came told us we cant buy those. Then, time to pay, accidentally I hit to use my rewards for some $$ but didn’t want to use it at that moment. I asked for assistance and she said SHE CANT!! She cant undo the process. And were confused that she cant get us back to the payment method. And shes like I CANT do anything or else I’ll void everything. Which supposed to be not a big deal for her since shes not the one scanning everything and on our part we don't mind to rescan everything back again. Just making this reviews just to express how awful to be mistreated that way. I understand that she may not having her best time at work but hopefully next time she may tried her best to be nice.

When you go to BJ’s and need a handicapped parking spot and this guy thinks he’s special and takes two spots not one because of the sticker on his windshield and he doesn’t have a handicap sticker. 🤦‍♀️

It's ok..I had to take fresh meat and frozen turkey meatballs back a total of at least 7 times. I don't know if it's coming to the store rotten or if it's just sitting too long to be refrigerated. No eggs..no variety in spices...until recently ..most things I shop for are in stock .but at a time when I really needed a product they were out of stock..I think other BJs have more things in stock than the one in Bellport/Brookhaven does

I had my afro trimmed here by Christian. He did a great job. It was important to me as a female that he did not take off too much. It looked like he barely touched it and it came out perfectly shaped and full. I highly recommend him to ladies who have gone natural.

If you are a tracker don’t deliver here no one wants to do their job most of them I their phone I came in my appointment they took them two hours to start unloading me. even after I backed in the door for two hours.

Their curbside pickup sucks ! They cancel stuff and tell you last moment say they didn't have it. Then we went into the store and they have multiple item of that product..I don't like stuff like that....2-3 times happen to me now....

We had to throw our ribs away because the smell was off. We know the expiration isn't the problem, it's the refrigeration in the meat section of the store. We hope the store sees this and makes the change

Sells expired stuff or things very close to expiring! I bought yogurt from here, ate it and it tasted weird.. turns out it was expired🤦🏻‍♀️. I’ve bought bread from here and it expired the next day. Now i check all the expiration dates and most of the time they expire not to long from now or they're expired

My friend has a membership here. After a failed attempt to get a TV at a local Target, we decided just to check the BJs in Bellport... and I was NOT disappointed.As soon as you walk in there's a plethora of TVs. It is beautiful. While Target had next to no stock (hence the failed attempt), BJs had stockpiles of these big beautiful televisions ready to find homes. Within literal minutes I found a gorgeous LG TV and we were on our way. We were in and out within 15 minutes.We went to self checkout and the worker there was extremely helpful when I asked him about warranties. He wasn't pushy at all, which was a breath of fresh air compared to the salesmen I had dealt with elsewhere.If you're looking for a TV, go here!

Worst Produce DeptI have ever seen. Every pkg. Of berries was rotten. Salads in bags always slimy...ridiculous! Should have went to Costco, but I was in the area. Walked out with nothing! I stopped coming here a long time ago for that exact reason. I was hoping things were better, but obviously not. Ugh! And why do you still need to clip coupons?? Bjs, you can learn a lot from Costco!!

They have only one young man working while the other worker sees more than 5 ppl on a line waiting to be served is simply slicing and packaging deli meat. This place is disgraceful!

Very upset and disappointed! Went for the first time this morning to shop during seniors hours. Approached the produce department to discover an employee had his mask off, reported it to the front desk and they announced all employees should be wearing a mask. This employee put his mask on for about 2 minutes and removed it again. Reported it and ..didn’t stay around for a 3rd round. Will be looking for another location to shop.

I had a great experience all around here. I was greeted when I came in, customer service helped me find a product I wanted, & at check out Charmaine (unsure of spelling) was incredible! Never been thru checkout so fast and accurate without lifting a item. She's amazing, they need 10 more Charmaine, lol.All were helpful, professional & Friendly with a. smile.Thx

Poor management- the store is a mess and always long lines to get out.today there were well over 20+ people on 1 line with only 2 open registers. and a self check out. the line went to the back of teh store. i left my cart. took pics of the line while the manager stood there like he didnt even work there.

All your registers ..including self check out ..should TAKE CASH!! There is no excuse for this!! There at times will only be one register that takes cash !! I never had this issue until about 3 months ago! If you keep on only have one register accepts cash ..I’m not shopping here anymore! All registers need to accept CASH!!

It's good store, need some improvement on cleaning outside areas but it's more irresponsible people littering!!!I love the plants they always having in stock.
