Worldwide puppies and kittens pet store had a nice selection of puppies & kittens. I was very impressed how well they maintain the store. All of the animals were clean and healthy, it didn’t even smell when you walked in. Jay was wonderful and helpful. He was well informed and showed a genuine care for all the animals. We adopted a gorgeous ragamuffin, that was full of energy. She was clean healthy. She’s has just been a total pleasure. I would definitely recommend adopting a fur baby from Worldwide!

Through this note, I want to make public the unpleasant and unprofessional service provided by this company on 03/02/2024. For which I requested a touch-up and cleaning of my dog's ears, eyes and tail area, but in exchange I received the pet completely shaved and with unprofessional cuts; quite the opposite of the service I requested. They did not bother to notify me before proceeding or take into consideration the assigned instructionsUNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANYTHING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL

Took my grandchildren to see their interactions with puppies and kittens. Place is amazing. Never seen so many different kinds of kittens or puppies.Jay, one of the workers guided the kids. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He took the time and effort to have the kids meet several different animals in a separate room. Kids said it was the best day.

Hi. Please please, as much as kittens and puppies are adorable here. Don’t buy from them. First of all their prices are through the roof. They charged me 4,000 dollars for a ragdoll cat!? He was 4 months and they said he was “already old and discounted”. I immediately fell in love once I played with him and held him, he seemed very afraid of everything, I had to take him. Unfortunately I saw the reviews of this place after buying him. He started showing difficulties breathing the first few months. He wasn’t developing as normal and the vet told me he had dwarfism or was not pure breed… a 4K ragdoll cat…Then I started investigating and his pedigree certificate didn’t seem legit, I couldn’t match the number online. I had him for 10 months. Today he died of a stroke. My baby went into shock and unfortunately passed away. JUST DONT BUY YOUR PET HERE. THEY PROFIT OFF ANIMALS LIFES LIKE THEY DONT MEAN ANYTHING. You’re better off going to a local breeder, you can research online. They’ll be healthy, no shady stuff, and 1/3 or 1/4 of what you would pay at a shop and overall HUMANE. Again is not even about the price, but save yourself and the animal the pain.

I did not buy a pet from this store because we could not decide, but I would like to point out that it was a great experience. Jay explained to us the process and the different personalities that each breed had. I appreciate his knowledge and service during our visit. The place was also clean and organized.

Worldwide Puppies really gave us the most incredible puppy. While he may have been expensive, Gus was worth every penny. He is absolutely gorgeous and so smart. He is a barrel of cuteness and happiness. We love him so much and we couldn’t be happier. He has been with us a month now and we cannot thank Worldwide Puppies enough. The young woman who helped me was fantastic. You could tell she loved the animals as they were all going wild for her. I read a lot about prices on here and the truth is that Gus was not much more than if I would have gotten him from a breeder. I would have searched high and low, most likely would have had to have a puppy shipped and I’m not sure I would be as happy. He is exactly what we were looking for, a little 3.8lb ball of love and silliness. I would absolutely get another puppy through them. He is perfect as far as my vet, family and I are concerned. Thank you for our perfect baby!

I bought my Cockapoo puppy from here in June. She is the best dog I have ever owned. She is so smart and I crate trained her once I took her home. She learned many commands such as sit, stay and paw. Shes an amazing dog. We brought her to the vet to get a checkup and she is healthy and has no problems. Thank you Worldwide!!

Bought our english cream Golden Retriever here about a month ago at the time he was 3 months. We stopped by and got him on a whim to be honest since he is my boyfriend’s dream dog. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Danielle, answered all the questions and concerns we had. So far so good, he eats great , is very playful, and seems to have acclimated very well. Currently in the process of potty/behavioral training which is also going great.Overall our experience was nice, but very important to do research. Yes PRICES are HIGH. He was originally priced at $4,000 which is $500 more than the highest average price for that breed/color, but there was a “sale” and he cost $2,900 (in line with the higher end of the average pricing). We also paid a $200 chip activation (we would have gotten him chipped anyways) and another $400 for an optional package that included the crate (which he will grown into) with the shearling bed insert, a month’s supply of the food and treats he was on, 5 toys, food and water bowls, shampoo, and a basic collar and leash.We also had a positive experience with the vet office they are partnered with. He had already had a round of vaccines before we bought him (we were given those medical records), and the vet we saw did not try and push on extra or excessive vaccines like one review said. They only gave him one his first visit and said some of the rest weren’t necessary at the time and up to us in future visits. Everything health wise seems to be fone so far but will soon be taking him to a different vet closer to our home for second opinions and further check ups.After reading reviews, I am a bit concerned about any premature illnesses, but of course too soon to tell. We love him so much already, we hope with proper care and nutrition he lives a long healthy life with us.

So this morning I called about 10:40 AM I spoke to a female I forgot her name, but I did call her to let her know that my friend is looking for a puppy, and to warn her not to sell him a puppy because he abuses animals she barely took his name. She really didn't carry enough. She said she didn't have time for this, they're more of trying to sell an animal than to take the information on an abuser and animal abuser. This is very disappointing and very scary as she said to me while I was trying to give her the information she needed to know. I give this less than a one review I would really love to speak to the owner of Wide Puppies & Kittens. They're more of selling animals than taking information on an abuser of animals. My name is Lisa.more interested in selling over priced pets and except abusers to animals when they are warned . Very nasty person I spoke to.

Another amazing experience at worldwide puppies and kittens. We recently got a new mini golden doodle and we couldn't be happier with him. He is such a doll and the staff created an easy and seamless process. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had!

Scam. 4000 for an Abyssinian. Was skeptical so asked what was covered. Know a place giving Abyssinians for $2700 with everything this place does NOT include. The workers aren’t the problem, the breeders are so giving this place 2 stars. Would be 1 star if the workers weren’t exceptional.

I adopted the most adorable and sweetest kitten back in October. She cost me $2500. Few weeks ago she began to develop fluid in her belly and became very sick. Almost $3000 later on vet bills, she had to be put to sleep. She had a disease called FIP which she most likely would have contracted as a baby in the pet store. My daughters and I are completely devastated and heartbroken. So much money lost, but will never replace how sad we are. She was the best little kitten ever 😔

Honestly, I happened to be driving through the neighborhood when we happen to pass this puppy and kittens shop. Me and my family walked in and immediately went crazy looking at all the beautiful puppies and kittens available. I suddenly noticed a Cavachon puppy (I had no idea what breed that was) and immediately fell in love with him. I asked for the price got a little bit scared LOL but the staff went through all of my options on how to bring my puppy home. After I complied with what I was asked to provide to the financial company, they allowed me to go back to the store and stayed passed closing time to ensure the process went smooth so that I can leave with my baby. I truly appreciate the time the staff took to make this happen for us. We are completely IN LOVE with our cutie and would not have it any other way. Our baby is PERFECT!!!

If you want to get ripped off then come to worldwide puppies and kittens. I came in to buy a kitten. I found one that I liked until they started rattling off all the costs. First they said I had to pay $200 to activate a chip tgat was supposedly put into the cat. That should be my decision whether or not I want a chip in my cat.. that left a bad taste in my mouth. Then they said the cat was 4995. I was willing to pay the $200 since he said the cat was only $49.95. He said no no no it’s $4995.00. I said your store is a ripoff and left.

I love this place especially to have my fur baby Callie groomed there. They do a great job and I am always happy when I pick her up after her grooming appointment. I would recommend this place for your fur babies grooming needs.

If I could negative 50 stars I would… NEVER shop here, worst experience of my LIFE!!! Staff is friendly but manager is TERRIBLE, dogs are overpriced and the advertising breed is FALSE. I purchased my puppy here in May 2023. I paid for a Shih Tzu but DNA tests proved I got a mixed breed dog, that clearly shows signs of abuse/trauma. I wouldn’t recommend this pet store to my worst enemy. BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: I received a call from the Manager Danielle, looking to resolve the matter. Unfortunately it quickly escalated to her being rude and threatening. She continued to shout at me and express her distain about the matter in a very condescending tone. After explaining the issue, being sold a dog that was NOT the breed I paid for, she explained that I am not entitled to to any monetary settlement to resolve the issue. Needless to say, unfortunately we were not able to come to an amicable solution. I pray no one else has an experience like mine. What was supposed to be exciting, family bonding experience… quickly turned into the most dreadful headache ever. Save your money and sanity… this pet store is not worth it. BEWARE!!! ❌ A complaint has been filed with the NYS Attorney Generals office and the BBB.

The workers are friendly, but we were not told the price of the dog we were with until they had our ID. Us in the room with the dog, and then it took them 20 minutes to tell us the price. We asked 4 times and it was always let me find out. Extremely shady place. In no world would I be paying $4900 for a lab. They quoted us $5700 before taxes and fees for cane corso that’s almost 3 months old. I felt awful leaving her there in a small cage but in no world am I paying 4000 over what a purebred breeder is charging.

Place is full of absolute morons. They never know what they are talking about especially over the phone. They had us come down to talk about a dog we were interested in and once we got there they told us it was already sold. They charge $5k for any animal cat or dog. The animals don’t even look taken care of. A complete joke. Parking sucks too. Don’t go here.

Dog we bought here just turned six and passed away the other day. Was perfectly young shouldn't have been that way not to mention we paid over 3200 dollars for him six years ago. We have multiple mastiffs, rottweilers, and pitbulls generations. They all lived to be 10 to 13 years old. He shouldn't have died that young. Next time I will buy from a breeder. Oh also I remember driving there at an earlier time after we were told they had a certain breed of dog only to find out they lied to get us to drive over 45 there just in hopes we would fall in love with something else.

Me and my wife went to buy a puppy. They offer payment plans and medical packages. We notice that they continually take care of the puppies individually which I appreciate. Our puppy, a teddy bear, is very peaceful and energetic, a good sign of being taken care of. The staff was always checking if we needed info when we were looking and made our visit very wonderful and personal!

Young and very friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Not a lot of large breed pets to choose from I assume most folks now a days like the smaller breeds. There is quite a selection of pets for anyone to choose from. I can also see that the prices of pets has more than doubled and maybe adopting a pet or going to a breeder directly may soften the blow of instead $3500.00 pet that has a life span of 8 years from a pet shop. I can't imagine what a pet shops mark up is on these 4 legged friends are.

If I could give this place a - star I would. This place treats their animals horrible!!! The manager Danielle at this establishment has a REALLYYYY NASTYYYY attitude. I don’t understand how she has a job with the way she treats the customers AND HER EMPLOYEES!!!! So many of the animals are coughing. The workers just brush it off as if they were “ choking” on their water. These people don’t give prices over the phone. I DROVE from GEORGIA because I was thinking the prices were in the 100’s.. the MAX 1000!!… NOT EXPECTING ALMOST 5K!!!!. Than they say “ oh they are on sale” what kind of sale is that?!?!.. You can just tell all they care about is getting a sale. They don’t care about where the animal is going to, don’t care about anything like that. They just want to get the money. I will say the person that helped me ( I can’t remember her name but she had her hair in a pony tail and hair is very thin) she was really nice. I should’ve checked the reviews before committing myself into coming to this place. I feel really bad for the animals here. Hopefully they get shut down sooner than later!

I would strongly recommend that you shop around for the breed you want elsewhere, because they are extremely expensive and a complete rip-off!!! They don't post their prices anywhere and ask you to come in for a price. I paid an exorbitant amount for a scottish fold kitten and then they add on 179.99 for a microchip which apparently does not cost more then $50 at a vet. Then they tell you food and vitamins for an additional cost. I walked out paying $6100 for a kitten that should not have cost me more then $2000 .
