I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. Anyway, that really goes a long way when it comes to the in-store experience. This is my preferred hardware store now. Thanks for your help and guidance. And thanks for allowing me to use your sink to clean my hands. You guys are great.

All staff was helpful with my project painting and the questions that I asked; they are very courteous and efficient in getting you what you need quickly. Helped me with discount coupons without even asking!Also very clean for a hardware store kind of place.

Shopped there a few times for several different items. The store is a little small and tightly packed, but their selection seems well enough. The guys working there aren't the most customer service oriented, but they helped me any time I had questions so I can't complain.

Lazy & Ignorant. Could not do something as simple as assist me with locating the bolt size I needed. They tried to get me to buy the wrench that would fit the bolt I was using to just compare the thread size, instead of locating the correct bolt for me. Sure, buy the wrong bolts and then buy a new wrench so they're not the wrong bolts anymore. Makes sense.

They sold me what seemed to be a returned item because of the level of packing tape across it....when I got in the car and checked essential pieces were missing. They did a return right away for me but if I had left the parking lot and went to work I would have been extremely disappointed and frustrated

Trying to get emergency plumbing fittings that I needed on a Saturday afternoon so I looked up the nearest hardware store and Ace Hardware came up and when I got there at 4:00 they were closed and online it said they're open till 5 and it kind of screwed up my day because I would have went a different direction

They have Duracell Battery but they don't have the paint you need, this happened 80 % the time
