Overall, Pet Valu is a really great brand. We used their Stamford, CT store for a long time and were thrilled when this one opened up much closer to us.They have a broad selection of toys, treats, food, etc. Our dogs get Primal raw dog food which comes frozen. They are one of the few places that carry it. We've found it challenging for them to reliably keep it in stock, but they have limited freezer space so we just make sure to call ahead of its an urgent need for us so that we can go to Stamford if necessary to find it.The Stamford store's manager even recognized it's always coming in for Primal and really bent over backwards to help make sure we got what we needed. He'd help us coordinate with the deliveries, adjusted their orders to cover us, and more.So far we haven't needed the same kind of support from this new location, but I'm sure they would also do what they could to help.They also have a nice incentives program so that we're frequently getting $10 or more off the order.

Good place and very clean. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the beta fish section, they only have a handful, one of them was on ita side dying, the others had barely any water and they didn't look good at all, I hope management takes care of this asap.
