We've been going to Pet Pub since 2004 when we got our dog. We were please with the store then especially the staff. The store then changed hands and we were delighted to hear and see that it was the family of our favorite salesperson there. She knew our dog and always asked about Jake every time we came in. When Petco came to town we knew instantly that we would not be going there. We have a personal philosophy of patronizing local family run businesses over large corporate box stores. I will never believe a large Petco box store could give me the service that the Pet Pub gives me. At Pet Pub they will carry out my large bag of food because they see I'm disabled without me even asking. Pet Pub is a no brainer for our family pet needs.
