Lucky Paws (formerly Pawfection) is my new groomer for sure! They are super accommodating and friendly. I’m always hesitant to leave my baby at any new place with new people. But he was as happy as could be! Martha picked him up as if she’d known him forever. (He’s a little bichipoo). Which also requires monthly grooming and maintenance! The entire staff is great and I really appreciate their help, support and most of all making me and my boy Charlie comfortable and happy :) he looks amazing and cute as ever. And their timing was amazing. He was only there for about 1.5-2 hours as opposed to 5-6. They called me 20 mins prior to him being done so he wouldn’t have to wait and he also wasn’t put in a cage. He was walking around in a safe, contained area, which I was so happy to see. Thank you again, to everyone at Lucky Paws!!!

Carrie and Faith are two of the kindest, gentlest, and most caring humans you can imagine. My dog has suffered a lot of trauma and they were so sweet and understanding of her. They accommodated all my special requests and the communication was very clear.

I cannot enough about how amazing and kind Lucky Paws Pet Grooming is. They go above and beyond to make my anxious dog settle in (letting me walk him around the back), and ease him into everything. The text updates are so appreciated, and they do the best job grooming your dog. And your dog comes out in the cutest bandana at the end.

They did a very nice job with grooming our bernedoodle however,I found them to be quite expensive compared to other options in the area (+30%) and a bit unorganized. They didn't give us a time for pick-up and only said they would call 15 minutes before she's ready making it very difficult to plan. For an 11am appointment our dog wasn't ready until 4:30pm which was too long. I didn't find the groomers there particularly friendly and it was obvious that our pup hadn't been taken outside nor given water. Disappointing as we had high hopes for this place.

amazing! i have a very old anxious dog and they were so wonderful and so accommodating of my situation. i had sara and gisella and they both took extra time and so much care to make sure my pup was comfortable and calm. they gave a full bath, haircut and nail trim and my pup left looking beautiful and feeling great! bring your dogs here!

We absolutely love Tara and her fellow groomers. They are fantastic in their craft and so accommodating! We had taken our Golden to a few other places and were not satisfied; the last establishment said that she was so nervous they would only accept her again if she was sedated. And then we found Pawfection whose groomers absolutely could not believe anyone would say that about our girl. Clearly, it's all in how you approach and interact with the dog. Pawfection is simply the best!!!

My rescue cat's nails turn into claws every two weeks! But because my cat is so traumatized by going to the Vet in her carrier, we missed our appointment today and they were not accommodating. Desperate to get her nails clipped so she can play comfortably, I searched for a Mobile Pet Groomer and got connected to HOUND SPA in Mt. Kisco, who gave us a recommendation for Pawfection Pet Grooming Boutique in Bedford Hills. I called and was told it was "cat's night" and could bring her in between 4-5pm today and with no fuss, my cat's nails were done purrfectly! Staff is friendly, amazing, and skilled! Stellar recommendation!

Originally in the location of the former dog groomer Pawfection, Lucky Paws is a wonderful dog grooming business. Everything from the person who answers the phone to the doggie haircut, this business is top notch and friendly to boot. We are lucky to have Lucky Paws in Bedford Hills NY.
