Truly amazing experience! Everyone is the office is really nice and very helpful. The office is extremely clean and well laid out. Our dog is huge and can very intimidating, they were perfect with him. Overall best vet experience ever. We love our dog with all our heart and if you love your pet, this is the place for you.

Everyone who works at Fine Animal Hospital seems to really want to be there. That positive energy sets a tone of confidence when I bring my dog in. They treat each animal with care and kindness. The doctors (Dr Dan is ours) are incredibly responsive, smart, and they take the time to explain options and costs in advance. You can be confident that they will get back to you as needed. Definitely one of the best animal hospitals in Westchester.

Dr. Dan is a wonderful vet and the people who work at Fine Animal Hospital are all kind, patient and helpful. My cat is a former feral, 1 year anniversary and Dr. Dan got him to come out of cat carrier and allowed him to get used to the idea of being in the room before beginning the exam. My dog is incredibly timid and scared due to being a rescue. Dr. Honovich is great with her! He sits down on the floor of the exam room and calmly pets her while he's doing the exam. And the ladies at the front desk are always very nice and patient.

We've been sending all of our animals ( multiple cats and dogs) to Fine Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have been very happy with the care and medical attention that our fur babies are given. Dr. Fox is our primary Vet and he is very caring person who truly cares about his "patients" as well a being a great communicator with us. He always gives us thorough explanations until we understand exactly what the situations are during and after our visits. The follow up care is also fantastic, someone always checks in with us the day after any procedure to make sure things are well and if we have any concerns. I highly recommend Fine Animal Hospital!!!!

I've been a loyal customer of Fine Animal Hospital for over 20 years, and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted with their response to an emergency situation with my 15-year-old dog. Let me start by saying I have not, in 20 years, complained, and I attempted to resolve this by speaking to the vet directly but had no response.A few weeks ago, my 15-year-old dog briefly went unconscious and limp overnight. I spoke with Maria at 8 am and again at 8:30 am, who was far from accommodating. While I understand it is not always possible to squeeze an appointment in, rather than offering to attempt to connect me to the vet on call, I was told to "find an emergency room." I was appalled at her callousness towards a loyal customer of 20+ years - I was in Manhattan and willing to drive the distance. But it was apparent that loyalty and care for their customers is not reciprocated.It's no surprise that my daughter's vet was willing to see him right away, given the emergency, without any prior relationship with him.Probably the most significant disappointment was that the vet office that saw my dog for the entirety of his 15 years didn't follow up to see what was wrong with him. Even worse, I left two messages for Dr. Hanovich regarding follow-up care and he never returned my calls.It saddens me to write this review as it could have been resolved at several points. I just wanted to share my story in case anyone else considers using Fine Animal Hospital. Like many others, my dog is family, and I want him to have the best possible care. Given this response to a situation when I needed my vet the most, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. In any event, I did, and the quality of care makes Fine Animal Hospital look like a factory. My dog was able to get testing right away and is now under excellent care.

I highly recommend Dr. Honovich and the staff at Fine Animal Hospital! I scheduled a routine visit for my 6 1/2 year old male Pitbull. I was a little worried because my dog hadn't had a vet appointment since his old vet retired just before COVID; however, there wasn't any reason to worry because Dr. Honovich and his Vet Tech were absolutely amazing. Not only were they thorough in their examination and in answering my questions, they were also so compassionate. It was really very wonderful to see Dr. Honovich (or Dr. Dan as he asks you to call him) and his Vet Tech team up to gently and calmy draw blood from my dog's front leg and to clip his nails. I say this because my dog really dislikes it when anyone tries to hold his paws or clip his nails; my dog actually pulls his paws away and cries out loud. At first he pulled and cried when they tried but as Dr. Dan and his Vet Tech spoke to him in a sweet kind voice my dog relaxed and allowed them to clip his nails. Dr. Dan also had a way of holding my dog that kept him from moving but at he same time his hold was very comforting. I was amazed! As I said in the beginning I highly recommend Dr. Honovich and the staff and Fine Animal Hospital. They were highly recommended to me by a family friend.

I am beyond thrilled that I finally took my dog to Fine Animal Hospital! Dr. Dan was able to examine my dog’s painfully infected ears with expertise and care, something my previous vet avoided because I have a large breed dog that is intimidating. Dr. Dan and the practice understood how my dog communicates and how to interact with him, which allowed my dog to get the fullest care and treatment. I am only sorry I didn’t switch to Fine years ago. Plus, they even called the next day to see how my dog is doing. This is a great facility with great skilled care.

Our 2 rescue kittens needed their 1st physical, and shots. We chose Fine Animal Hospital because of all the wonderful reviews. They were more than what we could hope for! made sure all the animals, and people, wouldn't come into contact with anyone but the doctors. After our appointment Dr Fox gave me a call, was extremely informative. He had such a great personality, and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to Doctor Fox, and his staff! A great place for pets for sure!!

The Doctors and staff have been taking care of my cat and dog for many years. Very responsive to my concerns. Always able to get an emergency appointment. Recently my 17 year old cat had to be euthanized. My daughter and I were given quiet time to be with him before and after the procedure. Greatly appreciated. My soon to be 14 year old dog just had dental cleaning and extractions. Dr. Fox went over health concerns and the procedure with me in detail. Highly recommend Fine Animal Hospital!

I love Fine Animal hospital! They are caring and always address my concerns with both my dogs. They follow up the next day to check in on how my pet is doing if the previous days visit was an emergency. Dr Dan and Dr Fox are the most caring and such pros! The staff is kind and helpful. We’ve been bringing our Lab to Fine Animal Hospital for almost 9 years - since he was a puppy - and they have been wonderful. I credit them with saving our dog’s life when he had a horrible allergic reaction to the food we were feeding him. The staff are all knowledgeable and kind, and I never have a problem getting an appointment. This is the third vet we’ve tried in the area and we will stick with them. The other vets we’ve used don’t come close.

Intro appointment for our new puppy. We were pleased to see staff thoroughly engaging covid preparedness measures, including a process calling for pet owners to remain in their cars while tech and admin staff came out to collect paperwork and to take your pet inside. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant, with Shannon being a standout for making us feel so welcomed. While waiting in the car, we received an update call from Dr. Fox who patiently answered all of our questions and who couldn't have been more helpful. Shortly thereafter, our happy pet was returned to us.

This is a LONG overdue review for Fine Animal Hospital... I used this office for my yorkie Bentley for almost 14 years. He had some complications along the way (which included surgery, etc.) and I could not have asked for BETTER vets than Dr. Fox and Dr. Honovich. With my care along side the routine care and support of these vets, I believe my dog was able to live his longest and best life. And when his time came to be put down as he ended up having heart failure and no longer had a quality of life in his old age, Dr. Fox genuinely cared for my dog. If did not move to Delaware, I would continue to use this office for my recently adopted lab mix. I HIGHLY recommend Fine Animal Hospital for the care of your furry and some not so furry family members. THANK YOU!

We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful practice! The staff are always very professional, accommodating and are warm individuals. The doctors have a wealth of knowledge, take the time to do thorough exams and give explanations. Our dog actually looks forward to entering their building and is treated very well.
