This is the best CVS store that there is the staff are accommodating, mindful , prompt and the store is always organized and clean & well stocked with various items that you cannot find in ShopRite next-door. Bishop and the female brown skinned associate are very polite, accommodating, patient and customer centered. This is lacking in other Cvs stores I’ve been in. I enjoy coming here and will miss it when I do go.

The best thing I can say about this (once great) CVS is that the CVS pharmacy located inside Target down the street is not far away. Not sure the reason for its recent downfall - not pointing fingers - but if you need an Rx go elsewhere.

The only 2 stars goes to the pharmacists that are trying to do their best with an overwhelming amount of work. Visibly understaffed, they lost my prescription and could not fill it in since it was a back ordered medication. Frustrating for clients, frustrating for workers. It’s saddening to see how greedy and dismissive they are on the top level.

Overreliance on self check out they don't even give the option to have someone check out your bags anymore. It's annoying and the self checkout does not work most of the time and the bags rip. This is the only CVS I've been to where they don't even give the option.

Something needs to change here. The pharmacy line is usually 30 people long. They never answer the phone. There are like 5 people working in the pharmacy but only one taking customers. She is absolutely lovely but what are the other 4 doing? They even closed the drive in window because I guess they can’t handle the volume. Incredibly disappointing. And no explanation whatsoever. No “sorry for the wait”. Nothing.Insane. I’m finding another pharmacy.

Pharmacy takes 2 days to fill a prescription. The text notifications are incorrect. It’s abominable service. Pharmacist Barbara needs to come back. Thinking of switching to Target or Somers. Maybe they should return to the store hours????

I just…wow. I have been going here for years for my medication, but now, if you need your medication on time please PLEASE don’t go here. I have been dealing with withdrawal for a WEEK because they don’t have my med in stock, I’ve called multiple times to ask if they have any idea when my medication would be in stock. The last call dropped my jaw, (on hold for forever but that isn’t new) and the guy who picked up—after I asked him if he could please help me figure this out, and if it was going to be a few more days or WEEKS: I said weeks expecting him to say it won’t be that long— he responded, “I know as much as you do” and hung up before I could ask anything further. I don’t review places often, but please if you need your medication please try somewhere else, I’m worried for the other customers’ health.

Staff are very helpful - when you finally get to them. Since the Katonah location closed, I've waited 30+ minutes for the phone to be answered, prescriptions can take days to fill, and the lines for pickup are getting longer and longer. Clearly understaffed - or badly organized. They just seem incapable of dealing with the volume.

Waited in the store for almost 2 hours for a refund a manager promised on a check. They would not call the employee who was working that day to verify the refund. I loudly and repeatedly suggested they call that employee to verify. Only under threat of calling the police did they finally call the employee, who told them to refund us immediately. Please don't break the law CVS.

perversely they accept prescriptions that they know they can’t fill until several days later. i don’t understand why they don’t just say they can’t fill it, instead they accept orders they know they can’t fill. being 4 days behind on prescriptions is a scandal for a pharmacy that right now has 7 people behind the desk. thankfully it was not life and death for me but this is outrageous

Do not get your prescription here. They are understaffed and you will wait in long lines and often the text alert does not match the actual “filled” status. And they do not answer the phone.

Disclaimer I would give negative 5 stars for this location!!!!!My doctor notified me that she had my two perceptions sent to the cvs pharmacy on Thursday and I didn’t get a chance to pick up my medication until Monday. I called to make sure that my prescription was ready prior to showing up. When I arrived Joanna was the pharmacist who assisted me at the drive-through window. She was very tense and rude. She told me that I had to drive to the parking lot and wait 20 minutes for her to plug in my medical insurance because she had other customers to assist. When I pulled around to the drive through after 30 minutes of waiting at the parking lot. She still tried to charge me full price for my prescription. I had to remind her to charge me for my prescription with my private insurance which is $5 per prescription. She then started getting aggressive by raising her voice and yelling “WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME?” When I reminded her to apply my insurance because she was over charging me. After applying my insurance she then asked me if I was going to really need the two medications that was prescribed to me by my doctor! She had such a negative demeanor and I was extremely shocked at how condescending she was towards me. I’ve never once in my life experienced such a poor customer service at a pharmacy. I felt discriminated and belittled by Joanna and due to this experience I will no longer be a customer to any CVS.

Trying to get through to someone at the pharmacy over the phone? Be ready to wait on hold for at least 20-30 minutes, often closer to an hour. I've called their pharmacy at least 10 times so far this year, and it's always the same eternal wait on hold. Not sure if their pharmacy staff is lazy or just chronically understaffed- started going to a nearby Rite Aid, am so glad I don't have to call CVS any more.

This CVS, store staff, and product range are terrific, helpful, friendly. The pharmacy is a bit less so, but I think because understaffed. The head pharmacist Mike, I think, is excellent considering the volume as are store front desk cashiers such as Sue. "If they don't have it, they will get it for you." Manager Paul 'went the distance' for me.

Why have your doctor call your prescriptions in if they don’t fill them!! This is the WORST pharmacy around. The incompetence is astounding.And yet, the incompetence continues. The worst pharmacy and rudest people! Nothing ever changes at this store. It’s sad actually!

I wish I could give zero stars to this location. My doctor called THREE separate times confirming that they had my prescription (a medication that if I miss doses for could lead to seizures or death), three separate employees confirmed that it was there. After calling them after my doctor said the prescription was confirmed THREE times, each time they said they received nothing - my doctor then had the office manager of the medical group call them to confirm it, to which they said yes the prescription was guaranteed to be there.Drove to the CVS to finally pick it up, got to counter and was told they had no idea what I was talking about - this was Friday evening and now my doctor could not be reached to attempt getting this done again. Luckily I only had to miss one dose (which still left me in horrific pain for the day).Never go to this CVS. Avoid it like the plague they would be incapable of giving you a prescription for.

AWFUL!!!!!!! The pharmacy department is by far the worst. After dropping of a prescription to fill, 3 days later still no success. 3 calls to the pharmacy, then 2 more to my doctors office to verify the refill prescription was sent and still no medicine. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are always patient and professional, and very understanding of the annoyances of insurance and things of that nature. I appreciate that this is my local drug store.

The drive-thru prescription pick up takes literally forever. I was in line yesterday with five other cars waiting for almost 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. They seem super understaffed

This my go to store. All-star team in the front . The pharmacy is not so sharp. But it normally get worked out. Just wish they would lose the attitude when you have a question in the back counter.
