The outside does not represent the overall community. Maintenance worker harass women; specifically one bald headed man. As you said it @Shanehaley you take care of the grounds and you do a bad job. The person who cuts your check doesn't pay you not to take care of the property. Nor do they pay you to harass the shoppers either. Just because their are a "whole bunch of those" around you; doesn't give you the opportunity to do less or not your job. Ever consider putting in a garbage can? Ever think to ask the property owner, "Hey, can we install a garbage can to help resolvethe issue? A garbage can would be helpful....considering the dumpster is in a sketchy location. The people you see there; at least they make an effort to do good everyday. Know something before you judge. And with your lack of effort, you make that shopping area a gloomy place. Inside not so bad. Frequent staff changes. Things you want are never in stock. A few employees are cool.

I just left my neighborhood family dollar moments ago running in to buy some soda and chips for the holiday, when I encountered so- called employee #9. I went in to grab 4 bottles of 2 liter canada dry soda that were on sale: signage clearly stating " Dr Pepper or Canada Dry products assorted varieties 2 liter" $1 (Photos attached) Emp #9 who refused to give me his name is painfully unaware of and must assuredly be retrained regarding the rules of customer service; which clearly state that the store must honor the advertised signage whether it is entered into the system correctly or not. This person wasted my time going back and forth to get other products to offer me that did ring up as a dollar and to add insult to injury he said i picked my soda off of the wrong shelf and those were not offered for a $1 at which time I promptly went back to the shelf took two pictures and brought him another soda that rang up for $1 that stood directly besides the sodas i picked, at which time he said that he would ring up those sodas for me but not the the ones i wanted because they did not ring up in the system as a $1. Let It Be Known; that he has barked up the wrong tree. I wiil be going back tomorrow to speak with management regarding his lack of training, attittude and behavior; but only after I write a scathing letter tonight to corporate headquarters! There is Power in the pen!!! PLEASE train your STAFF in customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could, black lady that works afternoons nights is very very rude! Makes me uncomfortable every time I shop there. She even yelled at my 9yr old daughter because she knocked something over. She needs to go! Acts like she doesn’t even want to be at work.

Store is always dirty and workers are usually always nasty and rude. Just go to dollar general across from the dutchess stadium. They at least treat customers kindly.UPDATE: 2/09/23After standing outside in the cold for close to 5 minutes (waiting to get laundry detergent) finally a woman (I’d assume the manager) arrived late and told us with a poor attitude that we would have to stand outside for another 10 and wait. It amazes me how this store is still open. If I could give this store a ZERO I would.

One of my favorite dollar stores. Unfortunately I haven't been able to buy their delicious $1 burgers. They carry all the other items of this food line, but for some reason the shelf that carries the cheeseburgers is empty. I have to deduct 1 star for that reason only.

Pretty reliable for all the house needs. There is a section for just about everything from auto to hbc. The customer service are dead on. You can save a buck or two.

The gentleman that was working on Christmas Eve at 948pm was helpful, understanding and wonderful. He helped us with a special balloon gift for my 2 year old grandson. He demonstrated the true Christmas spirit.

Service was quick couldn't find fresh milk but found dish washing liquid I needed. That I didn't need to wash because I couldn't have my hair breakfast in the morning without my fresh milk.

Love this store! I always find unique items I've never seen anywhere else AND at very low prices. On this particular visit an employee went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

Workers had their masks down off their faces, and allowed customers doing the same thing, to stand at the counter well after checking out, to continue to stand around while others attempted to check out. This is a heath concern, I won't be back.

If you have seen one you have seen then all. This Family Dollar, is a tad worst than the other ones i have seen. They go through staff and management way too often.If you enjoy long lines, you may like this place.

Good for browsing. Usually buy my detergents and little items here. Sometimes the store is a little messy. Aisles are definitely crowded.

The is a mess. The employees need to send more time cleaning the store instead of just standing around doing nothing. You need to bring in a crew to clean it up.

Personally I think familydollar route 52, is expensive, just a few items was almost 20.00$, I live on small retirement, rethink you're prices.
