We have been going to the meat center for 22 years for meat and sandwiches. Such a wonderful family run business, we have never been disappointed. We now live in Smithtown but still come out to pick up their food whenever possible. The skirt steak and beef satay are simply the best! Great people, great food!

One can't say enough good things about this family run business. It is a throwback to the simpler, and friendlier times of years gone by. Their priority is offering the highest possible quality products and services. They embody this quote from the sitcom Cheers, "Everyone likes to go where everyone knows their name". Eddie, his son Mike, and his brother Kurt treat all their customers like family. Whether you are a first timer or a long timer you will never be disappointed.

This one of a kind butcher shop / deli ready foods. Amazing NY strip steaks 🥩 Eddie, Kurt, & Mike not to forget the wonderful folks working behind the scenes in the back of the shop. I frequent this great venue several times a week. The quality of the food there is impeccable, there hasn’t been a time I was disappointed not one! The sandwich’s, hero’s which I get cut into 4’s for the beach 🏖 always spot on delicious. People on the beach love it when I pass these around. By having them cut for the beach is the best for handling.Eddie & Mike score big with the quality of the products. I suggest Dartagnan strip steak home run Wagyu Japanese Beef available as well sometimes beef hanger steaks, pounded pork cutlet on the bone simply said amazing flavor. Don’t forget their fried chicken for the beach dinner great fa the children. Oh and the hot peppers 🌶 another crazy good addition.I been dealing with these folks for over fourth years won’t got to local supermarkets for my meats hands down that family has high quality food standards, 54years in food business now retired. Go to this little shop of treats for adults and children. I highly recommend this amazing step back in time classic. They do take orders over the phone as well. I also had a delicious sandwich and found the staff to be quite friendly, but if you are from out of town, understand things run at a different pace here. If you are in a hurry, call in ahead of time or just come with some patience.They have prepared meats in the showcase ready to be popped in an oven or put on the stove (I.e. chicken cordon blue, pork Milanese, etc), prepared sides (potato and macaroni salads, cole slaw, etc.), but also know that they can make custom dishes and provide cuts off meat not shown in the front case (just call in ahead of time for custom dishes). Looking forward to trying out the chicken dish I picked up as well as the Italian sausage.

I'm going with 4 stars so far. Service and selection pretty good. Several regulars came in and orders ready to go. So people come back. Looked very clean.Now just have to wait til I grill these slabs of meat and see if 5 stars are on the way

Best Butcher shop around! Every holiday and every Barbeque I only get my food here. Catering, prepared food or fresh cuts of meat, you can't go wrong. You can taste the difference in everything they sell.
