In recent times, the nearest location to a CVS pharmacy seems to be going far and far, would be nice to have one within a 2 to 3 mile radius of our home. \nAs for the prescription, one medicine, thought it was on auto refill but wasn't, so we were skipping, thinking we lost it but later found issue was not being on auto refill, Would have been great if we were alerted before we ran out.

Scammers .. they did an auto refill on my medicine and when I asked them to cancel it they denied my request and left me no choice but to buy the medicine which I didn’t need.. worst customer service ever .. pharmacy’s are the true criminals.

Tried to pick up my UPS package tonight 5/30/2022. I was told that they don’t have my package even I told the staff the Store manager signed for receipt 5days ago according to the tracking information. The staff just simply looked around the counter and told me no matter what tracking shows, they don’t have my package. From his attitude I could tell that he didn’t really want to help me. But I couldn’t leave without my package because the deadline is reaching, if I don’t pick up soon, the package will be returned. So I decided to talk to the store manager. Luckily, the night shift manager, a young guy, he was nice enough to go to the back office and found my package.I know the first staff has been working in this branch for many years because I have been shopping at this location since I moved to Bayside 17 years ago. But I have to admit that I have been shopping with Amazon the last few years. I was a little disappointed with the experience that I had tonight.This branch used to be very busy, even at night, 10:pm, 11:00pm, there were lots of customers. Based on Google review, seems like many ppl are complaining about the customer service in this branch now. Nowadays ppl does more online shopping than shop local. Providing poor customer service will kill the local store business.

I would love to give this CVS pharmacy 0 stars. I have never been to a worse pharmacy. I've been on hold for over an hour as I write this review. Everything takes an absurd amount of time with them. I'm not sure whether it's total incompetence or simply being understaffed, but nothing has been done to address these issues. And I've been going here for almost 3 years. Truly ridiculous.

Bad customer service. No greeting or acknowledgment of my presence except when I was at self checkout being stared down hard by the overnight manager as if I was gonna steal something. Paid for my stuff and left. Came back in to drop off the cart and he's on his phone. I had to say have a good one. To get any reaction. Horrible customer service.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for the past 2 years and they have always been busy and slow, but they were always courteous so I said screw it I will keep going there. Today though I became so angry with the the person helping me behind the counter I wanted to punch her. I believe her name is Nutalia. She was slow, kept making mistakes eventually made me sign up for automated messages I did not want and then could not undo the process so I have to now call an 800 # to unsubscribe. It was so frustrating dealing with her that if I had hair I would be pulling it out. Not once during the entire process did she apologize. At least say sorry I messed up but she had this face that said I don’t care. After finally paying and leaving I was 5 minutes out driving when I get a call from the Pharmacy telling me Nutalia forgot to bag one of the medicines I was there to pickup in the first place. I had to drive back again because of Nutalia’s incompetence and I don’t give a sh*t attitude. I am done with them. There are so many other Pharmacies I can work with, that I can avoid this frustration with CVS on northern.

The CVS website, app, and store are worthless when no one answers. What happens when you can’t leave your home, can’t get anything online or the app to help you. Then call the store thinking this should be the more direct route since the other way didn’t work but they put you on a 25-35 min hold. They are hoping you stay on hold long enough to get fed up and you hang up. I know this is a crazy time with COVID-19, but this isn’t the way a pharmacy should be run. Please update and improve.

The app tells me to contact the pharmacy to fill my prescriptionI contact the pharmacy just to be put on hold for 30 minutes by three different people. When one person picks up the phone i have to re explain my situation. Back on hold.

THE WORST PHARMACY THERE IS. Quit going, will NEVER go back there for prescriptions EVER. Tried for years, complained to every manager (. A new one every 2 months), and regional manager ( beyond useless, NEVER FOLLOWS UP OR EVEN ANSWER PHONE)GOODBYE!!!! Thrilled with WALGREENS!!!!! ( me AND 4 other people I know)

There are more items than Rade Aid..That said, the pharmacy is very comfortable and listens well to what patients want. As expected, American pharmacies are more honest than Korean pharmacies.
