Pharmacy experience: The staff is doing the best they can but this location is very busy. The line started to get really long around 12noon. You can hear the calls coming in and they answer infrequently because they're tied up with the in-store customers. They had to transfer one of our prescriptions to the other CVS in Douglaston. GO THERE. It's worth the extra 8 minute drive because you won't have to stand on a long line. The Walgreens on Northern/193 st and the CVS on 46/Utopia both closed within months of each other so I'm guessing this Bell Blvd location is getting overwhelmed.Calling the store: I had to make a call today about their photo printing services. At both 8AM and 9AM on a weekday, nobody picked up the phone. I purchased prints through Google Photo hoping for same day printing -- two (4x6 prints). It has been over 24 hours and I haven't been notified of the photos being ready. I guess I have to give up on this location entirely.

This store and pharmacy is top-notch, one of a kind , and they care !Joe at the front, as a greeter is a true gentleman. Marshall and Richard are so friendly.Praise the Lord for employees like him.

The staff, Mohammad, the girl and boy that worked on January 13, 2024 after 6pm were extremely helpful! They took the time to take care of me regarding an item when I called. Very professional and caring. Thank you!

Boss is a scammer. Hired crooks that would boot your car if you walked out the parking lot even if you just shopped at the CVS and was a customer. Wouldn't release your car unless you pay the $200 for no reason. Multiple calls were made to 911 and hopefully the boss isn't laughing in the scam money now. Never forget what they did few months ago. DO NOT SUPPORT SCAM BOSS' BUSINESS ROBBING US PEOPLE.

Small store but it has competent and pleasant pharmacy staff. The parking lot is usually packed and the pharmacy lines usually take a while. This is now 1 of only 2 remaining chain pharmacy locations serving Bayside and Whitestone. It shows.

Came at 1:34 and was asked to come back at 2pm I was a little upset but complied. When I got back at 2 the line was wrapped around the corner but the lady recognized me and generously let me go ahead. Not know I have nerve damage and standing makes my legs shake. Over very nice

The time now is 3:09 am.I just successfully spoke with Demos frim pharmacy. He generosly answered a request from us. My husband and Iwere at the pharmacy earlier tonight for prescriptions.. My hubby lost his cellphone and Demos investigated for the phone!While Demos investigated my hubby found it! Sincere thanks and gratitude for his dedication and work ethic! I do not know how to thank YOU ALL. YOU are always there for the community and us. We are elder at 81. We are also NYC retirees. DEP & DOE. Oh on a light note. Excuse any typos. I misplaced my eyeglasses!Seriously I will figure out a thank you all token.Roberta

I like the store and its employees except one. This woman working the cashier is extremely rude. Every time I purchase my items and she’s the one helping me, she gives me the rudest attitude. I see her with the customers that go before and after me and she isn’t the same. A few days ago I had to purchase an itemI get there I say “hello” and place my item on the counter. She asks a few questions about the correct payment which is understandable. The problem is that she says it in such a snarky tone and her she looks annoyed. Once I was done I said thank you but she wasn’t even looking at my direction. Instead she was looking at the next person in line and she’s suddenly smiling and asking how’s your day. This isn’t the first time more like the fourth. I didn’t think too much of it at first because maybe she could be having a bad day however it doesn’t happen every single time. Especially when you are so sincere with the people that went before and after me. I don’t understand why she feels so entitled especially when this is her job. I’m so sorry that I made you do your job? You need better customer service.

I gave our phone number and presented the cashier Marshall with two coupons that expire today 9/03/23. There are five CVS cards under the same number, one each for our family members. He stated that the coupons did not match any of them. These two coupons were provided to me via the receipt of a purchase I made at the same store. The receipt of this ref # stated \"provided by Muhammad\"- not Mashall. 5 minutes after I left I decided to return all purchaed material to Charles. A separate rating will follow separately.

Communicating by touch tone phone option is useless. They ask you if you want to refill a rx, u say yes. The next day- they ask u the same question. No staff member answers there for days. If they are too slow or just way overwhelmed to handle the fast pace work environment, they should be replaced. Way too inefficient of a pharmacy, the cvs on Northern & Bell blvd.

I’ve NEVER been treated this badly at any other CVS pharmacy for the past 20 years!!! I already informed the corporate office 2 days ago what happened, but I have to share my story here as well for customers to know! I stopped in quickly 2 days ago on my way to work, right when I got texts that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. It was 1:29 PM when I was in line, I was aware that the pharmacy takes a half hr lunch break at 1:30.. but forgive me for thinking that maybe, just maybe they would hand me my prescriptions that were waiting for me, it would take no more than 10-15 seconds, since I do not pay for any prescriptions, nor did I have questions since Ive been taking these prescriptions for almost 20 yrs. A customer ahead of me was being rung up, the pharmacy technician who treated me in such a nasty way was a young brunette, since I have respect, which is something she completely lacks, I will not give her full name, but it begins with Sa____. She looked over at me while the other customer was at the register, and told me with such attitude abruptly “we’re closed” I plead with her said “please I just got a text my prescriptions were ready” she did not apologize or speak in a more warm normal manner, instead she LIED and said to me “NO.. our systems are closed” Forgive me but what? I did not know that pharmacy techs and pharmacists simply press some kind of oh I dont know, power button to lose all connection, that was a pathetic lie, I was beyond disappointed and shocked that a CVS pharmacy hires rude employees like her to assist customers, with health issues! I asked her for her name so that I could complain to the corporate office, and she did not want to tell me. She was quiet. I demanded it again and asked to speak to a supervisor, I asked for any supervisor’s name, there were over a HANDFUL of pharmacy techs and pharmacists present, and they definitely were listening to what was going on and how I was being spoken to, and again shockingly, they all stayed SILENT!! No one wanted to give me a name, because they were fully aware of this terrible employee’s wrongdoing. Next, to make matters even WORSE and SICK, she had the NERVE to lower the window gate of their counter while smiling at me!! I told the corporate office they should view this from the cameras, because it was just disgusting! They were completely appalled over the phone, shocked and apologizing many times while I told them what I experienced. I had nothing to hide, I can imagine what other customers would have said to her if they were in my shoes. She should be ashamed of herself, and everyone else on the team right next to her that didnt speak up and tell her to stop that.. to tell her to act professional, and that it was completely inappropriate and unaacceptable!!! This person is sick, she is terrible, completely VINDICTIVE, disrespectful, she was smiling at me with such pleasure while holding the button and closing the window gate. This Bayside CVS should be ashamed for hiring and paying employees like her.. to disrespect and be cruel to customers with heath issues that just need assistance!! Please, do yourselves a favor so you dont go through what I did, and just drive 10 minutes further down to the CVS in Douglaston! That pharmacy tech needs to get outta there because I dont know who she thinks she is, but I honestly pity her! Cruel and terrible people like her need to learn a lesson or two, and not think they could get away with this, because we dont need anyone in a pharmacy to get sick pleasure out of treating us horribly!!

Rude and impatient pharmacist named Vicki or Vicky. I simply wanted to ask a question regarding my medication but she gave me an attitude for taking up her time I guess. Since CVS has better things to do than help consult their customers, I guess we should seek other pharmacies like Walgreens!

Cause there is no zero stars option. This review is for the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. I don’t know how they re able to stay in business. They are really testing people here. SIMPLY THE WORST. Come and check it out yourself .. all I can see and hear are frustrated people.

If you go to this location, watch out! The parking probably would cost you $230. We supposed to meet friends for dinner and at the same time to get something in CVS afterwards because we had this 40% coupon from CVS email, today was the last day, so we wanted to use it.We saw the warning sign, but didn’t quite understand how it worked so we went to restaurant asking the staffs. Staffs suggested we re-park the car and later go to CVS. We went out to re-park the car, guess what, not more than 2 minutes, someone locked our car tire. CVS hired this company watching people in/out and locked their tire right away if you didn’t walk to CVS right away and didn’t return to the car in a short time. Therefore, in order not to be robbed by them, do not shop that location. You have other CVS to choose from. Do not throw your money away like we did tonight.If there was a zero star option, I would have chose zero.I just checked. CVS is a corporate company. Oh, well, it just lost us as customers. I will remove all medications to other pharmacy and never purchased anything from them again.

Always have to go here twice when doctors send in prescription. Never ready even after 24 hours.Don’t go from 1:30 - 2:00 pharmacy closed for lunch. That’s real customer service. What next breakfast and dinner hours.Update 8/22/2022, service is getting faster scrip was ready really quick.Only reason for two stars is because some staff are courteous.Find another CVS.

The pharmacy receptionist - Sharma - was rude, as when I walked in and went to the pharmacy counter, he didn’t say a proper greeting but just said, “Okay” with a hand gesture. Who did he think I am, his kid or subordinate? And when he gave me the prescription medicine, he slammed it on the counter! I was just astonished to receive such a customer service, and something must be done to train employees on costumer service & greetings 101! The only reason that I gave 2 stars, not 1 star, was that he didn’t say anything stupid or offending (as only word he said was “Okay”).

Difficult to reach by phone, can spend 1 hour easily waiting IF THEY answer the phone. Best if you use a smaller pharmacy. I am forced by my BC/BS to use this pharmacy and i am trying for 10 days to get a prescription, still unable. Went 2 x to pharmacy and they said they dont have the prescription and my doctor send it 2 times. Worse pharmacy I had to deal with.

This seems to be a common trend with big pharmacies now, where not only do they not have grocery bags with handles, but they don’t even sell reusable ones. So if you don’t happen to have a reusable bag on you and you are walking you’re out of luck.Very frustrating.

You can not reach this CVS pharmacy over the phone...over an hour with no luck. Walked in to attempt to pick up my medication, theyre standing around texting despite the large line. Got a voicemail stating my prescription was filled but at this cvs they magically are now out of it. Don't go here, its 2.8 stars for a reason.

The worst pharmacy. I was Paying for my meds and had a coupon code to use from my doctor. The cashier said only the pharmacist is allowed to enter coupon codes but she’s about to go on lunch break so I’d need to come back later. The pharmacist was standing right next to her!! How long does it take to enter a coupon code into a computer?! And why is an ENTIRE staff taking lunch breaks at the same time?! They turned away elderly people behind me because of lunchtime. Is this a joke?!

I live not too far from CVS. I love receiving the great coupons. Great savings.However, the Pharmacy part is in need of improvements. Never seem to have enough staffing, never seem to helpful on the phone. The lack of staffing is a serious issue. The line is so long and takes a long time to pick up your scripts.

They care a lot about policy but will really do the bare minimum when it comes to the patient's health. Needed emergency antibiotics and still waiting to receive them because of a technicality. Needless to say I will not be doing further business with this place.

Mainly because they WERE the only Store that GAVE BACK to Customers, Hence, on your reciept they give you EXTRA BUCKS, Great Coupons usually that are 30 Percent off any item, and other very generous coupons with many $s taken off items in store!! Stores very clean, well organized, Large variety, and Staff are all VERY Nice!! I must walk here if not everyday, every other day being its only a few blocks away..

Worst CVS ever! They never have anything they advertise on sale. The kiosk is always out of order or out of paper. They are understaffed, and want you to use self check out. That's fine, but I don't want to walk around the whole store for help. Don't waste your time calling, they never pick up. It's easier to just go in. I only come here because they have plenty of parking. I used to love this location.
