If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Top notch customer experience from beginning to end. The kindest and most well educated staff. Clear communication throughout the whole process. Their place is immaculate, we will definitely be back. They took such good care of our boy, and he looks and smells great! Highly recommended!

I am so glad I listened to all the recommendations I received and brought my Pomski to Shagget Pet Grooming. They deserve much more than 5 stars, if I could, I would give them a million. I found them to be extremely professional and unbelievably friendly. Not only did they do a great job but they treated us like family. Kai looks amazing… I especially loved the tie!I would highly recommend Shagget Pet Grooming to anybody who loves their pet and wants them to be groomed with love, by the best!

Could not recommend Shagget enough! They are so accommodating and really care about your pet and making sure they are comfortable. AND they do an amazing job. I’ve been using them for about 2 years now - my dog has been groomed by multiple groomers there and every single one of them has done an amazing job. 10/10 experience every time!

Shagget Pet Grooming is the best!! I’ve been using these guys since they opened and they never disappoint. My elderly dog, Teddy, is a very nervous dog and Shagget staff always makes him feel safe and loved-and, he always comes home looking fabulous. Thank you for being so accommodating. This was my first time taking my 11 year old girl here and I am so pleased and happy!! Firstly the salon is beautiful, sanitary and clean looking. It smelled amazing when I walked in. I asked the sweet owner how my girl would be dried after her bath and she explained everything thoroughly! The best part was receiving text updates during her grooming with how she was doing- amazing!! She has intense skin issues and they gave a special mud bath to soothe her. This staff is the sweetest!! I will 100% be coming back with my other dog soon!

I’m a volunteer foster and have been caring for a dog that was from a hoarding situation, and crated for who knows how long in unimaginable filth in a condemned home. He smelled horrible as he was horribly neglected and has a skin condition that causes him to scratch relentlessly. I took this precious baby for a grooming at Shagget and he was given a mud bath for his skin and had his teeth, ears and his little face folds cleaned. I cannot tell you how amazing and beautiful this little boy came back. He smells divine! Thank you, Shagget for taking such good care of this baby. Super late in this review but we love it here! Definitely our new go-to groomer. My dog Buddy is a rescue with a lot of stranger shyness, but he seemed so happy and pleased coming out of his cut! And he looked stunning! The place was also incredibly quick and clean, and the staff were all super sweet. They even managed to clip his nails (not an easy feat!) highly recommend.

We’ve now taken all three of our Goldens here for grooming and they absolutely love it! (2 seniors, 1 energetic puppy) The Shagget teams are so patient and sweet to the dogs, they treat them with such care. And the best part- my dogs have never looked better!

OMG! Shagget Pet Grooming is 100% the best grooming place for both my cat and dog I have been going for about a month now. I was looking for a new not so expensive pet groomers and my friend told me about this incredible place and the first day I walked in there, it was the greatest I mean to the customer service to making myself and my pets right at home. This business is like no other, it's very easy to schedule an appointment, they have a loving staff team very loving and respectful of taking great care of your pets! Shagget Pet Grooming is the best !

We love Shagget Grooming! They are always so good with our dachsund/Yorkie mix! Today, I explained that he had surgery not too long ago and they were phenomenal with him. I am so blessed to have stumbled upon this place for my cat Macy. I was reluctant to bring her to a groomer, as many of them do not cater to cats. We were able to walk-in without an appt for her nail trim a few months ago, and yesterday we did a full-on LUXURY SPA treatment - trim, bath, nails, everything! Macy is an anxious baby with a heart murmur, so I always want to ensure that she is in a comfortable, peaceful environment. As soon as I walked into Shagget grooming, I knew that she was in the right hands. The staff is so genuine and caring; they are true animal lovers with a big heart. They are patient with the animals and in no way rushed just to get the ‘job done’ like some other businesses. I stopped back home during her appt, but the constant updates and communication put me at ease, knowing that Macy was well taken care of. I am so happy to have the Shagget grooming staff in me and my Macy’s life - they truly love her! Also, Macy has a new best friend - Felicia. FELICIA, you do an amazing job taking care of Macy, your empathetic and nurturing love towards animals is admirable. Macy definitely wants to pay her bestie a visit asap ;) You guys are the best! What an incredible experience at Shagget Pet grooming. They are extremely friendly and caring about my dog and myself. They even took the time to call to let me know that my dog was doing well. It was my dogs first time being groomed in 2 years. His past experience was not good and shagget pet grooming took their time to get to know jasper. This place is INCREDIBLE! The staff is so sweet and accommodating and takes the time to walk you through everything they will servicing your animal for. The place is also SPOTLESS. You can tell the owner loves what she does by the passion and empathy in her voice. My corgi has a hard time with nail cutting and they actually told me he was really calm for them and had no issues. Each time i pick him up he is smiling and so happy which is the biggest sign to me that they really do care about him. I will be a consistent returning customer and I recommend everyone use this grooming place. Special thanks to the amazing staff for consistently being sweet to me and to making my corgi feel right at home!

Can not say enough amazing things about Shagget. I feel so lucky I found Felicia and I never intend to let anybody else groom my baby after the friendship they’ve developed! You can tell that Felicia truly cares for and enjoys working with her furry friends. The place is clean and spacious and I feel safe leaving my Sophie there. I have been happy with every cut she’s received. They accept credit card, which is a good plus because I know a lot of grooming places don’t. Most of all, they are friendly and welcoming, and make sure to call your dog by their name! Shagget is amazing

I bring my dog Lola to get groomed here and they exceed my expectations. The most clean and beautifully decorated Grooming salon you could ever go to. I just love the place. We absolutely love Shagget! We have a very large and excitable German Shepherd and they handle him with great care. The owner is a joy and very helpful in recommending add-ons and treatments for our allergy-ridden shepherd. The groomers are wonderful and gentle with our sensitive boy. Definitely recommend!

Shagget is the ABSOLUTE BEST GROOMERS EVER!!!!! They are very experienced, loving, caring, efficient people. You can tell they love what they do, they take the absolute best care of your pets while they are there. The services they provided for my boy Max were amazing. He is a Leonberger and very big and very hairy, they tended to all of his needs in deshedding him and dematting him. They are by far the most reasonably priced groomer I’ve ever met. Max looked amazing when he left. So I highly recommend them and would suggest telling all your friends about them, you and they will not be disappointed.
