The best pharmacy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t live in the area directly and drive a bit to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Kenny, and all the staff are always amazing, assist with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Never wait on line, and script is always ready for pickup. The traditional processes and great people, make this an amazing pharmacy.

Fantastic pharmacy that always has everything in stock and never tells you the wait will be 45-1hr. Local places like this are what makes living in small towns like this so special. The staff is always friendly and the pharmacist are knowledgeable. Why go to CVS where you’re just another person when you can go to this place and feel like you’re somebody.

Showed up an hour before closing in a panic because I lost my meds and was 60 miles from home. The folks here were kind, patient, fast, and extremely helpful in getting me my prescription. I am so grateful for your help during that stressful time.

What a great family run pharmacy. No lines, no wait, attentiveness and the owner is so very knowledgable. I ask him about all medications before purchasing them even with a script to learn more about what I am getting and if there is a better option and he always steers me the right way.

Quaint little throw back to what a family pharmacy used to feel like. Nothing fancy but it’s nice to go to a place that seems like it will remember your face if you’re a local and frequent visitor. A rare gem in the rough that is on par with Walgreens and CVS chains. They don’t sell gift cards though.

Awesome pharmacy where the pharmacist will do their best to work with people and deliver medications which helps people like me who have MS and recently underwent surgery. Would've given 5 stars is a certain person working the register were helpful, nice and not so cranky most of the time. Also if they had extended their working hours all week and were back to being open on Sundays. I stay because of the rest of the employees and professionals whom make the place feel very welcoming and understanding of my needs. Would recommend to anyone!

If everything worked like Shore Drug, the world would be a better place. One of my favorite places as a kid was "Atlantic Chemist" on Atlantic Ave in Freeport. Shore Drug reckons me back to that. Personal service, no BS ever, convenient, great communication etc.Well done, keep it up.

I have been a customer for the past few years, and I have to say the entire team from Pharmacist to Support Staff are such caring people, who always go the extra mile to provide for their customers. Personally, I am just so thankful and appreciative of all that each of you do each month to ensure my prescriptions are filled when due regardless of the barriers you are up against. Providing services for people is such a difficult task with each customer having different expectations and needs of others. I highly recommend Shore Drug for all of your pharmacy needs. They were previously located near my doctor’s office but a far distance from my home. However, they filled all of my prescriptions promptly. Now I have to wait 2+ days to obtain a complete order. Last but not least they have never for the past 6 years been friendly to me. I want to change pharmacy to one located nearby to my home. I don't care to spend my money for mediocre service where I'm not welcomed. I noticed that they are courteous and friendly to some customers. But when I approach the counter they greet me with a what do you want attitude.

The pharmacy is wonderful and Carol anne is amazing. When I call for refills or call to find out what medications have or need refills she is my go to person. She is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to talk to. In addition my partner and I had our COVID-19 vaccinations done here it was a really good experience as they are a small personable pharmacy.

Very nice looking pharmacy with A beautiful Jewelry and Knick-Knack store in the rear of the store, I bought several items of Blue turquoise jewelry and other items, the pharmacist filled my dogs meds quickly. Historically I have loved Shore Drug and want to support a local business but … This week I purchased a BinaxNow instant COVID test and they are completely price gouging people when they are in need the most - this is the opposite of taking care of your community! They charged me DOUBLE THE PRICE- $50- going rate at CVS/Walgreens is $25.

Fantastic customer service!! Whether it be a hand delivery on Long Island or a Fedex delivery to Manhattan. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. Larry in the pharmacy department is very personable, always accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. You just can't go wrong using their services.

Definitely recommend this place. Worth the task of parking (more around back). Follows up on deliveries to Fire Island. Cracker-jack, smart as a whip front register guy & gal. Pharmacist also knows his each and every customer and is willing to go the extra mile. Established for decades, and maintains its reputation. So much more personal and "hands on" than any CVS, Rite-Aid or a supermarket within the 5 mile radius. I've accidentally tried others over the past 35+ years and know that SHORE DRUG is a well-oiled machine.

I came into this drug store to get 1 item I didn’t realize it was going to take me 20 minutes to wait on line with only 1 person in front of me. The pharmacists and the cashier are rude and nasty people. They completely ignore you when you walk up to the counter and then give you an attitude for being there and bothering them. I can’t believe people actually come in here and get treated like this. I for one will never step foot in this store again.

We have been using Shore Drug for over 30 years and have always had positive experiences. The staff is helpful and courteous, and their hours are convenient. In addition, waiting times are minimal. They also have an impressive variety of vitamins and nutritional supplements. Highly recommended.

They were able to communicate with my Drs office and have my script ready fast. If your on vacation in Ocean Bay Park or the surrounding area, this is the Pharmacy you want to use. They will even deliver, not sure the fee. If you take the 11:40 on a weekday from the islad, you can walk to Shore Drug and be back in time for the 12:50 back to Ocean Bay Park. Thanks for the exceptional customer service!

I have been going to shore drugs for over 20 years the staff is awesome hey today December 23rd 3:00 pm they got delivered hundreds of rapid covid test nobody has them the owner will take care of you along with the staff I just picked up 2 boxes for friends my whole family goes their Why Because THEY CARE. Needed a hard to find prescription filled for my dog. They were the only local pharmacy that stepped up to help me. Very nice people there, they really go out of their way. I have moved all of my pharmacy business there.
