Never been so harrased. I bought a bag of groceries and leaving the store a arrogant security guard took my receipt and rifled thru my bag touching my groceries. No apology actually bumped into me. I'm not letting it go. My lawyer was notified already. This man actually touched my food which were some heros already made. Are you serious. I'm a construction worker in the area trying to bring lunch to my workers.....

Very well run store. Items shelved clearly and neatly. Plenty of freezer displays also neatly and clearly displayed. Plenty of variety in stock. We will be including this store in our shopping rotation. Worth the trip!!

Person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. When I was asking where the shoprite of bay shore store was, the person was able to give me the exact location and area where it was at and was able to tell me what stores it was specifically at to look for as far as it's location was concerned in a detailed manner.

This store stinks like the Turkey I just spit out. If I don't get food poisoning it will be a miracle. I bought it yesterday. Beware of the specials on lunch meat at the Deli even pif it's the best brand.

The staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful. I usually find items sought for in a well-maintained clean environment. The baked items are often fresh in the earlier portion of the day. The produce appearances are favorable, but I have not noted the quality of many other items such as seafood and meats. The shopping center allows considerable parking when it is busy.

Well No Meats Zero. I should have gone to Shoprite of Plainview for sure. Like nite and day literally. You always know instantly when entering thy front door only to be disappointed NO SANITIZERS DISPENSER EMPTY AS USUAL. Then I mentioned to customer service that SANITIZERS need to be filled there empty. Then customer service says, "oh that's for maintenance". DURR

I'm having the worst experience ever with this location when it comes to online shopping. I have ordered my groceries online and will be my last time ever doing so. I got overcharges for items that never got substituted, they took extra money out of my account, and they're taking forever to give me a refund on my debit card. Even calling the customer service number got terrible! Just don't order online, ya'll!

If I could 0 stars I would, managers here are rude, no help. One associate will tell you one thing another will say they don't know. Forget about what's right there def a team here thats sticks together only when it's to protect there side. The extra drive to Hauppauge is def worth it than dealing with the ghetto ratchet workers in here. Never again.

I've been shopping at this store on a weekly basis for the last 3 years and for the first time I have experienced a problem. I purchased 6 bags of your Bowl and Basket Unsalted potato chips and when I went to check out 2 of the bags split open from the back of the bag. There were potato chips all over the check out belt as well as the bagging area. The cashier Erica was so understanding and helped me clean up the mess. I am totally addicted to these chips and unfortunately there have a been a number of times when I went to purchasing them the whole section for the Bowl and Basket chips is totally empty and/or there no unsalted chips there as well as the endcap which is located at the end of the frozen food isle. Not sure if they are very popular and/or the distributor doesn't supply you with enough Unsalted Chips.

The store is clean. The staff is very courteous and the prices are the best. The owner is also very nice and concerned with customer service. I shop here weekly. I highly recommend people do the same. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the prices.

I use home delivery because I'm handicapped.. most of the time everything is OK except the sale price isn't always reduced and I have to call for a credit... However, I can except that but... when I use the deli for cold cuts I'm fooled into thinking I'm getting what I expect to receive... Example: I order a pound of Ham and request it sliced thin... When I open the the package... the first 5 or 6 sliced are sliced are perfect and full slices... then and the rest...(more then 3/4) is cut from the end of a new Ham and put under what is what I see when I open the package... Not just once... this is the last 3 times when I open the product I'm fooled and given the end of a new Ham, (including the very first slice which is normal thrown away. The rest of my product is bits and piece, of the end, and cut at all different thickness... The product is Boars Head, at $15.00 a pound... this is a common practice in this store and I won't use the deli again... I'm hoping management reads this (Bayshore L.I. store) and makes a change of personnel, who think they are getting away with screwing the customer....WHY, WHO'S THE FOOL ???? I'm totally disappointed and want retribution for my loss...

I wanted 8 pieces of chicken, I saw you can pick it yourself, I picked 4 legs 1 wing 3 thighs, I thought would be 1099. Because I didn't want or eat breast they tried to charge me 17 dollars. I didn't know it had to be specific pieces.

The deli is the worst they do not know how to cut cold cuts they are also rude will stop helping you in the middle of your order and take care of some other unrelated problem instead of helping the customer .The cashiers are not much better they seem bothered that they have to ring you up .It really is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! So pack your patience if you want to shop here !

Very poor management, Had me waiting for a manger named Chris who never showed up. Does anyone work here, I went in to purchase a cake at 830pm Store closes at 10:00 and two girls were the only one available and no one can assist in placing a cake in a box and tag it ….what a shame

Nice experience here. A worker named Samuel took the time out to help us locate an item we were looking for which was amazing because usually all we get from workers is an "I don't know". Store is clean, prices are reasonable, front entrance seemed a bit overcrowded with items. But overall, I'd visit again.

I always order the home delivery. Today I noticed what was an error on my deliver address... I called and spoke to a really nice girl in the phone in the home delivery dept to clear up any errors. I applaud this young woman's customer service!!! I will be calling the manager to inform him of her great service!

First time there, I was at HD and needed a couple of small things. I found everything I needed and at very good prices...Definitely going back.One quick note, the store was very busy, I have to give credit where credit is due, plenty of registers were open to handled the large volume for the Thanksgiving rush, only a couple of people on each line and it went very quickly...Nice Job. !

Not sure who trained the staff, but they need more training. A store label had hummus @ $2.49, they charged me $4 & then I Had to go to Customer Service so they can fix the issue. Took 5min + just to get a "refund", while the managers argued w/ a man for not wearing a mask.

If you’re ordering cold cuts bring your lunch the line is ridiculous that helps situation abominable… I feel so bad for the two people that are back there… It’s every time you come in… Stop And Shop has a system that you can order and it’s made for you ahead of time… So much more convenient for a customer

I was having a wonderful Christmas Eve until I ran into this Shoprite for a few items. I approached the self checkout lane and the frond end manager Short blond hair yells at me. Going forward there is a line here. There was not one person on line and at least two registers open She was standing with the store manager. I was so annoyed and taken back. I went back to her and told her how rude she was. She stated she was not rude and she has been doing this for 30 years. The cashier was also shocked and apologized for her action. I have been shopping in that store since the day it opened. Today was my last day
