Nothing negative about the employees, just that there are far too few of them to do anything besides man the registers. The in-store inventory often does not match what is claimed on the website for this location, ends up wasting time. Not sure if that is the fault of this location's management or the company itself messing up

My husband loves this store. Mind you we moved out of LI over 3 yrs and he still goes out there every so often.

Zero stars. Employees are no help. All they do is stay on their phones at the Cashier’s station and offer no help, they just look at you like you have 4 heads. Just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I go there every day almost and buy all time in this branch ITC member, bad experience with supervisor name gio on 12/29/2023, very disrespectful and over confident with bad attitude. I dont know how hf hire such bad attitude supervisor toward customers.Long story short, i wanted to return some items but cashier processes less refund then what i paid without my consent. He was not confident to handle so he call his supervisor who was with bad attitude, rude and helpless. He lied to me that he is manager and laugh at me and refuse to give me my full refund for unopened items and used words " your money is waste" i feel i will never shop on HF again , after spending thousands of dollars you feel insulted when this gio supervisor no help you. Its terrible.

Walked in and was asked if I needed assistance immediately. Found the obscure tool I was looking for immediately and it was 1/2 the price of the Lowes or Home Depot which didn’t have it in stock.

Good place for cheap "disposable "tools. If you need something that works but maybe not forever or under harsh circumstances Harbor freight tools fit the bill. There was not a lot of customer support but the cash register guy was helpful and courteous.

Harbor Freight has everything I need at a great price. The quality continues to rise since I started shopping with them 27 years ago. The discounts for club members are great. I highly recommend this store.

Excellent, if you need something, HF has it and just ask anyone working there they know exactly where in the store and best of all the price is right!One less star for no free items anymore, although once in a while they have a online coupon so getting better...

Good cheap stuff. Not for the pros but if you need a tool only once it does the trick. Also good for consumables like gloves and other supplies. Cheapo batteries are decent for seldom used items. Some tools are real high quality and last a long time despite their cheap price- check reviews on their site for guidance. Sadly no more freebies but then again now many free flashlights and screwdriver sets does one need?

Best bang for your buck on most things. Not everything is great as the prices reflect that. You get what you pay for. Yet you don't have to spend $300 for a simple socket set to put your kids bikes together. At the same time if you do need something to hold up day to day. They have it as well.

Excellent place for lower priced tools, hardware and equipment. I've personally bought three power tools for home use and haven't had any problems. Also bought other items throughout the years from them, while not top of the line, still good enough for basic projects and stuff.

Value priced tools, accessories, and gadgets for Home, Auto and Garden. Use store coupons for additional savings. Plenty of free parking and easy to fine location. Store is clean, well organized and helpful staff. Great return and exchange policy. From gloves to power tools to compressors to tool chests; they pretty much have it all

Good place with good buys. Have to watch out for some of their reconditioned tools. Some sale items can be on the cheap side too. Got one of their folding ladders and as soon as I started using it, a rivet on the leg let go and bent the leg of the ladder. Now I have to return it.
