Big Lots offers a wide variety of household items, furniture, decor, accessories, food and many more items at affordable prices. Some items were out of stock but for the most part were available and organized. This store was mostly clean. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking spaces available.

They should be ashamed with themselves and their bathrooms. The men’s room has a checklist for January 2024 that has no checkins made. It smells horrific in there.

Big store nice savings nice programs , beside everything good and clearance area price tags are will places on item bar code slip .Lack in employee's communication at sales counter. Floor employees hardly seen only one but very nice at counter I met Cold reception and at counter who rung me up was cold turkey like attitude when came to ask Reward card which I don't have. When enquired answer was you need email. Ignored my wish to make reward card.

I like a store that has it's own credit card, and the items there are fairly priced. The one big concern is that there is never anymore than one register open.

I love big lot I buy almost everything from there and then I bought the couches and that’s when I got so disappointed they gave me a floor display and they had told me they had a brand new one in the back so I bought it. It got home two weeks after the first day I noticed something with the long chair is a three piece couch it’s called Roam driftwood it was broken the wood in the back I called them they just want me to bring it back and get some thing else because they don’t have it and they looked at all big lots and they don’t have any. It’s all gone. am very sad and disappointed , navigate me to Ashley‘s furniture’s number to see if they can get me that piece i am still so sad about it that I can’t start with the transaction.

Big lots have things that you can't find everywhere. Their prices are great. I save money everyime I visit. The only con is we don't get coupons or a percentage off when you give them your telephone number.

The best place to buy furniture. I bought my sectional, electric fireplace, and recliner from here. I bought my sectional over 4 years ago and it's still in great shape!

Been going here since they opened. They use to be good but now, ugh. The shelves are mostly bare, no cart wipes, and they never have what a I need anymore. I usually get my cat food there. Not one can or bag. Every time I go. I don't ask because the workers don't know anything. I think I will be changing to Target.

The workers are really friendly and understanding. They have the most patience that no one could ask for and they will try and help on what you need! The store is really clean and well organized! They always have the stuff I need and they are in a comfortable price!!

This building was a former Toys R Us that has been completely remodeled and looks brand new. It is bright, sparkling clean and well staffed. The store is laid out for quick and easy shopping with nice wide isles. They have just about everything you might be looking for and prices are great. There is plenty of free parking, too. Awesome store.

One of the nicest big lots I have been to. The store is very clean, well stocked, well organized and spaced out in a way so you can actually shop comfortably without being on top of other people. The prices are always the best around and the staff is very friendly

I usually drive to Sayville even though this is 5 minutes from my house. But I had a coupon and wanted to just run in and out. The store is dirty and bare. The cashiers are rude. Literally no greeting no eye contact... Nothing. Oh and I am pretty sure that after 18 months of a PANDEMIC even a 4 year old knows to COVER YOUR MOUTH when coughing!! Sticky pin pad..just gross. Never again. It is worth the drive for me!!

I like this place, shop here often. Good furniture but watch out for the table sets they sell. Will scratch very easy, not well made at all. Also last time my wife and I shopped here, the cashier just started bagging our goods without asking if we wanted bags and charged us for the bags. I can say she had some attitude with us, like she just didn't want to be doing her job. Going to check out some of there other stores.

It was good. There was a line with 2 cashier one of them was showing pictures of some kids on her phone to the customers tieing up the line. Otherwise it was good..

Not a real savings. I actually paid more money for some things that I found cheaper at Walmart. It's a scam what they show online compared to what they offer in the store.

Very impressed. The store was clean and they had a lot of interesting items for sale. Know your prices but keep an open mind. Snacks and teas and so forth seemed reasonable and they stock some foreign items I know are good like Dare cookies from Canada.

Lots of products for your home, as well as personal items. Most locations have a selection of grocery ( no ground meat or anything ) items, not as much as supermarkets but just enough to get by. Highly recommend signing up for their rewards program, free products, coupons and reward coupons via email.

Love Big lots ..the day I visited they had alot of furniture on clearance...sofas for $300...wish I had a truck...they have the best odds and ends.

Big Lot advertising items that are not in stock in their stores. But they all have floor models and they're beautiful but they can't get you what you want. And usually the other locations don't have either

I love this place! Just realize the items are not top quality. But for affordable cell phone Accessories and electronics prices are great. Good for quick gifts.
