Neat and clean. Organized. This one was a little different today, as they seemed to be training people. There were about a dozen groups of 3 or 4 blue shirts around the store, talking through how to organize a section. One worked while the others watched. Unusual.

The store has all I needed and the check gentleman was very helpful because I had no clue about the bags as I was just visiting NY. No I know to bring my own shopping bags. I was allowed to park my 18 wheels while I shopped. Thanks😊

They lie about the Party snatching, it's even on the site and they just don't want to take out the money away from their cashiers and stuff. They want the money other walmarts. Do that, but I guess not this Walmart. And it's not right.Even the website says matching with other companies

I got to shop here today for the first time during the sensory friendly hour. It was so nice to not have the loud music. It would be nice tho if you could also make it at 6-7 am. I typically go out really early or late to avoid the sun. I'm allergic to the sun, lol. It would be nice to have a quiet morning and maybe even a wind down time an hour before store closes, I mean...since those are the least popular times for shopping ppl like me could go. I had to wear even earplugs during sensory hour but it was nice to not have the music blaring through my ear plugs. I have really good hearing it's painful. It was super nice experience truly and usually I can't handle the store for 10 mins, but I spent almost two hours in there today. My mood was even improved while there.

I went to the Batavia New York Walmart TLE . Next my daughter asked if they could check how much oil was in my suv ? This Walmart TLE said they don't check oil level for customers. They just change oil here. In my opinion. It'd be good business to check the oil for people like me because it's apart of good business/customer service. The lady at the counter did however give her advice.

Awesome Walmart for travelling RV'rs!! Staff was friendly and the store was really clean. Lots of space to park our 35 foot RV for the night. Thank you for a safe and clean place for our family!! :)

Common item I need frequently are constantly out of stock. The app is often wrong about what is/isn't in stock. Just an absolutely frustrating experience evey time.

It's cool they have inclusion. Saw an interesting individual today. It looks like her and her partner (or sister) pick online orders. She had dark hair with white facial makeup, like a Geisha girl. I know it's near Halloween, but I think it was belief based makeup. Incredible, ornate eye shadow makeup too. I was taken back by the sheer artistic element to her. She was like living artwork. The other girl has a similar nasal bridge piercing. So that was neat, it's not often I see something so visually interesting that it left me speechless. They both probably have great tales to tell. Bless the store for letting individuals express themselves. I'm 46 and that really made my day.

I had to take my car to the Batavia Walmart when I had an unexpected emergency with a tire 300 miles from home. The people in the auto department went above and beyond to assist me in a difficult situation. Barb and the rest of the staff were awesome!!!

Use only the cashier checkout even if I have to wait a few minutes. Always a friendly person to help check me out. Wish walmart would get rid of the self checkouts.

We didnt go to Walmart we went 5 below but walmart I have to rate it 2 stars it needs more squish mellow. Five belows are better see the pics? But five below diserves 5 stars for all there hard work! 2 stars for Walmart.

What a nice Walmart! I appreciated the staffing of registers (hard to find these days) and that the cashiers still stand at the end of the register to note that they are open and available. (She was very pleasant and kind)The store was well stocked with products and had current seasonal items, not ones that are many months early. I will definitely return to this location!

This store unfortunately is usually very dirty, and too packed to shop properly for your home for the WK! I must honestly say the curb side pick-up is this Branch's only highlight👍🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Automotive is a joke. Dropped car ar 1030 for 12 appointment. It's 1 o'clock didn't even bring it in. Then the man next to me m pipes up and says he's been here for 2 hours. An still waiting. Unprofessional, they don't care don't make no apologies. Check in process took forever. Really poor customer service.Plus I had my second vehicle due at 1.

Its everything you would expect from a major corp. Poor service ,and dont buy electronics from batavia store its a 50/50 chance its already broken . Been my experience.So i find myself in this dump again . The carts look like they wore reclamed from the bottom of a lake. And i picked out a good 1 too. Does out shopping experience come with tetanus shot!!!!Done done staying the the red bulls eye store. Ill pay few more bucks for little more class.

Went for oil and filter and 2 new front tires bought a Mobil 1 filter because of there poor quality oil filters gave to them don't think they used it says they used a Fram calling Monday to get my money back watch them in Batavia ny

Walmart pharmacy associate Jordan went out of her way to help me get my scripts from the other pharmacy who seems to be bothered by their customers concern. The lady called rite aid and my insurance to make sure everything is settled. I won't be surprised if she ended up calling my doctor too. 🤣 to you Jordan, you made my day, sweetheart. I am forever grateful. That's what you call a great customer service experience. And because of this, I'm switching my pharmacy.
