Target is a go to retailer for me. I can order online, use my red card discount and use order pick up to make for a great shopping experience. My order is always ready earlier than expected and there is no extra fee!

The store was a mess. Ladies athletic apparel dept looked like a tornado had recently been through. While I was being ignored by two fitting room attendants, my husband started straightening the men's department (he worked for Target several years ago). An employee made eye contact with him, then wandered off like this was ok. Thanks for validating why I prefer to shop online.

This Target is quite lovely. Clean, nice selection of items, but a little more expensive for similar items available at competitors. Cashier nice but did not know if discount would apply when asked-but after reading receipt he knew the answer. Would have liked question answered before transaction began. Still five stars.

♿ accessibility is 100%.Shopped for an Easter Egg Hunt (2 days before Easter) & ended up finding ALL I needed here & at low cost, with what was remaining in stock.Store was clean & organized well. Grocery product selections are limited, but had all I needed (it's not a superstore for grocery items). Cashier & other staff I talked with were friendly & helpful. Had no wait at register.

Ordered an item for a gift for a family member. Item was shipped damaged. Went to exchange it in the store and the 5 or 6 on hand were severely damaged by the stock people. Every single one had slice marks through the products packaging. CARELESS!!! Needless to say, I left with nothing.

Pizza Hut and Starbucks cafe, plus groceries and department store stuff. Pure awesome. Service desk is always very helpful! Employees are very friendly and helpful as well. Easy to get to, and always ample parking! **I've been using the order on the app feature and picking up my items in the store for a few months now. The customer service is great! There's a whole section right by the counter where they have the orders ready, no disappearing behind a door, and they're really organized, I've never had to wait on a long line, and they give you a time frame for pickup (a few days). I've only gotten department store items this way, not groceries. I only use this service when I'm crunches for time - I need something, I want it today, and I live a half hour away, sometimes I don't feel like shopping in person after a drive through bad weather. This is a great time saver and service, and alllows me to stay socially distant very easily.

Drive up attendant went the extra mile in the rain to find our 2nd order and expedite it. Another associate coming throught the parking lot notice we were waiting longer than usual and also stopped to ask if he could help us as well. Excellent service by both! Well trained and committed to going above and beyond.

Great customer service. Ordered a product online, came in to pick it up and wasn't ready. The customer service representative, Ashley, looked it up and said it would be ready soon. Another team member, Danielle, said she was on her way to get my item. While waiting both Ashley and Colton were friendly. Keep up the great work.

The girl with the long hair and glasses is not the brightest bulb in the box working at the starbucks here. I paid with a gift card and a debit card for my coffee and got a gift card for a gift… while waiting for my order I asked for a receipt because she never offered me one. When I had asked her for a receipt she responded with “ sorry but you would’ve had to ask for one as I was doing your purchase I can’t go back now.” As a customer it’s NOT MY responsibility to ask for responsibility to ask for a receipt it’s the responsibility of the customer service representative. I had also asked for an envelope for my gift card. No envelope was given!! How do you have gift cards to sell at a target starbucks but no envelopes?!? This girl didn’t even offer to check anywhere else in the store. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 17 years she really had poor customer service.

I find the Batavia location dirty and unorganized.I find some of the cashiers friendly... most of the young people working on the floor work as if hung over, stuck up, or depressed. Target please work on your customer service and hiring people who actually want to work to improve on their social skills customer service etc. and not just for the $$ No no complaints here about Starbucks though!!!

the store is clean easy to shop. buy online pick up at store services a great. the check out experice could be improved lots of time there is only 1 register open with 1 cashier and no self check out options. All of the staff are extremely friendly and outgoing will be making target runs instead of using another discount dept store in batavia.

This Target is bright, cheery, well-organized and priced right. If you like Target, this is a great one.Store also contains a Starbucks and a small Pizza Hut / pretzel stand with seating that faces the parking lot. Manager is excellent about allowing meetings in that seating area, so it's a great place for entrepreneurs, work-from-home, traveling salesmen or managers, and home services like tutors to meet up with clients.

I love Target and tend to shop at many target stores around the country and I always find that I prefer my Batavia Target store. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. 90% of the time the store is in impeccable shape and clean and when it isn’t they are diligently working to fix the mess.

I love that there is a Starbucks and their staff is great at deciphering what I am looking based on terrible coffee descriptions. Also, the rest of target is amazing. Very helpful staff, always a clean store and clearly marked pricing.

It is a pretty typical smaller Target; however, it has 4 stars for me because a Starbucks is located just inside.The store itself does not have a full grocery section, but it carries some.As for everything else, it is a typical Target--a safe bet when looking for something. I like to buy my shaving and dental supplies here. In fact, my 5-year-old electric toothbrush is Target brand (Up and UP).

I could not find an items I can get anywhere else. The third time. No cinnamon tablet,and no large decaffeinated coffee. Again Also picture frame were marked wrong price. I appreciated your scanning station to check. I reported the $4.50 price tag on the shelf of an 17.99 frame. She said they were in the wrong place, and I found two others the same way.

Great store. Always kept clean. The employees here are very kind, and there isn't the, how do I say this....the 'mysterious crowd' that you get at Walmart. Not that I've got anything against Batavia's Walmart, it's just not always the most desirable place to find yourself, if you catch my drift. However, Target is a very nice place, has a wide selection of everything, and the Starbucks is a nice bonus.
